This is a horrible place! !!! If you love your pet never take them there under any circumstances. He doesn't have hot running water to bathe the dogs. He starved the animals he gets paid to board. I my friend and I took this dog out of his care. Because he was starving him! He should be put in jail. What he does to dogs is criminal.

I am not usually one to write reviews, however the reviews on Google are not an accurate representation of the quality of this establishment. I had never been to this place, however after looking at the five-star reviews from Google I decided to give it a try. (The reviews on Yelp tell a different story and I should have looked there first). My dog went in, perfectly healthy and energetic, however when she returned, her eyes were bleeding and she could barely walk or even stand. We asked the staff member if anything had happened and he said there were no incidents, but there was clearly something wrong with our dog so we took her into the vet and had her examined. The vet told us she was either strangled or there was blunt force trauma to her head. We went back to the groomers the next day and the employee finally confessed that something had happened. Due to his negligence, our dog had fallen off the table and was hanging from her neck for a long enough time that the blood vessels in both of her eyes popped. I am thankful that our dog will recover, but I would NEVER trust this place to take care of my animal, and I do not recommend that you do either.

I was skeptical because of other reviews... But I decided to take a chance because some reviews were good. I took my 2 dogs here and stopped by halfway through the grooming because I had a bad feeling. I stood in the lobby and watched for a good 10 mins before they noticed me, they were being extremely rough and did not treat the dogs well at all. So I got my dogs and left and later noticed one of my dogs had a big cut on the bottom of her neck. Please do not take your dogs here, pay more for better groomers.

Had a horrible experience went to pick up my girl Luna and apparently the cut her eye lid when she was being groomed. They allowed me to pick her up without saying anything about the incident. I was wondering why it was taking so long they probably were try to stop the bleeding, Now she has a bare spot cut on her eye lid. I tried call several times to get an explanation know one called me back. Ill never go there again! They need to shut this place down,

They have great prices and do a great job with my dogs. They do take a while so make sure you have other things to do.
