This is for their BBQ store. We bought a Weber grill and had some issues with it (not Ace,s fault), but it’s how they took care of us that is beyond belief!Their customer service is simply amazing. I most recently dealt with Sam over the phone, never met him prior. He was polite and just made things happen for me in the easiest stress-free way.When I arrived to the store to take care of the details I was shocked to see how young Sam was, as his customer service skills over the phone made me believe he was much older and wiser! Just a great young man and a huge asset to Ace and beyond.David the store manager was equally friendly and customer centric. And one last shout out to their Weber rep Chris.Bottom line, I originally bought my Weber here because the price was the same as the big-box stores, but I got the small town feel and customer service. I would have NEVER have gotten the help I did here at Ace had I bought from those big box stores.Many many thanks to Sam, David and Chris.

I absolutely love this store. Very pup friendly and also had treats to offer. The staff was very very helpful and took me right to what i was looking for. This small store has just about everything you could possibly need (kids bike tires - bird food) and its super easy to find. Prices were cheaper then i had expected & i can't wait to go back..

I love the old-school, neighbor vibe of this place: tall shelves, old wooden floors... We always find what we need, and the staff is helpful when needed. The store is also very dog-friendly.

Amazing service. Reasonable prices but more than big box. But honestly worth the service level and supporting local owned company. The hire local kids as cashiers and have experts ready to help solve your problems. LGBTQ friendly and supportive.

We stopped into the BBQ store because they are listed as a Traeger dealer. The employee there was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up with a Reqteq smoker and we love it. After our first use, we had a problem. Reqteq customer service responded but offered no solution. We called ACE. They called their rep/dealer and he found a solution for us right away. We are VERY happy with their store, their prices, their customer service, and above all, their support after the sale!

Yay welcome back Ace Hardware! I was there last Saturday. The store looked well organized and fully stocked. Plus I found my bugasalt gun. I've been looking for one of these for years. I returned today. The buyers for this store seem to really get it. The variety and unique quality of the merchandise impresses me.

It's nice to always love a good ace hardware. This place has lots of items. Tons of things in stock when I haven't been able to find it other places.Parking is limited but great when you get it

We came in to get a nut and bolt to secure the underside of the fender on our car. Didn’t really know what size to get etc. One of the salesmen helped us. He had two different ideas he tried and the second one worked. He was really helpful and very nice! He took his time and made sure it was done right. He said he loved working on cars. Very grateful for his help. He’s an asset to Ace Hardware. It felt like an old fashioned friendly family business. We need more businesses like this one!

This place has anything you might need in the realm of hardware. It is organized & Staff is helpful. Is kinda expensive on some items but you'll spend more in time and gas going toHD in Rsvle or Rkln.Is worth checking them out.

Nowadays it seems like everyone is nostalgic for the Happy Days (late 1950s) era. Whatever your position, this Ace Hardware is exactly where I picture Mr. Cunningham working. It's definitely not a 'big box' place but that's the point. They know what their customers need and keep that in stock. They can order everything else. This location is actually larger than it seems as there is also the 'annex' across the street. Super friendly. Super knowledge. A great place to get the thing you need (trust me. I literally went to five other stores first. Only this Ace had what I needed).

I challenge you to find a friendlier staff who is ready to help. You may may pay slightly more than Home Depot, it's worth it when the staff greats you and walks you to the item you need. Skip the box store and visit Ace.

This place is always great with lots of help. They didn't have what I needed on the shelf so they located my item in the warehouse. The prices are just a hair more than you would pay elsewhere but the service and convenience is worth it!

Super helpful staff. They spent a lot of time consulting us on our broken lock issue. They were then able to recreate a key for us from a piece of broken key, saving our lock.PSA: they do not lend out bolt cutters

This particular Ace store does NOT honor veterans. They opened and did but changed their policy. I will not do business with those that reject what our veterans have done for our Country. The locations in Roseville, Granite Bay, Auburn and others DO honor veterans. It’s a shame this owner puts profit over the humble discount offered by others. I guess he doesn’t realize that the freedom for him to conduct business was hard fought by veterans.

Prices are little higher than the box stores, but the experience is so much better. The staff knows what your talking about guides you to the right product and makes suggestions on the project your working on. So if I have to pay higher prices I d rather pay it here. They still believe in providing quality customer service! Something that seems to be dying, as it is nor longer a companies desire to effectively communicate that to their employees.

This Ace has just about everything you need for small to mid home repairs or projects. They also have a decent assortment of power tools and accessories, garden tools, and fertilizer. Their appendix shop across the street has a plethora of BBQ items, seasoning, etc

I love Loomis ACE HARDWARE. Walk across the street from the main ACE store to My Favorite ACE store with all the BBQs and Some Big Name "Meat Church" seasonings as well as all the Other Goodies....and You just might get a free BBQ smoked and prepared on the spot just for you Chicago Dog...or what ever they are demonstrating. So wonderful

Excellent local hardware store with an astonishing amount of stuff packed in the small footprint. The satellite bbq store across the street is the same way. Way better than driving to the orange or blue anonymous hardware warehouses
