My husband and I utilized Heaven Scent due to a recommendation from someone within my mothers work place. They were extremely well priced for the pieces we were wanting compared to most florists.Our colors were dusty blue, navy, celadon green and champagne gold. During my first consult with the florist we went over what would be in season within each of the colors in my palate and played with what would look good together. They put together gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres for the wedding party. A flower collar for our sweet female pug to match, along with the floral pieces for our archway. We even were able to design one of the archway pieces to be repurposed for our sweetheart table!

I ordered these 2 items on different days (shown in the picture below) for the girl of my dreams. A love story 20 years in the making and let me tell you Jewel Ann and Her team DELIVERED AND DID NOT LET ME DOWN !!!! Jewel Ann, the owner was extremely kind. Some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time! I came in with my son to purchase some flowers for his date. I let her know our budget and off they went! Jewel took him and they personally put together the sweetest, most thoughful bouquet. She was phonemenal, talking to him about each flower and their names. The quality of the flowers are wonderful! If anybody asks for a good florist all my fingers will point to her 10+++. Worth the drive to her location! No you aren't getting lost! Beautiful countryside florist! Draft horses, goats and majestic oaks dotted along the way. I have become a loyal regular as of now! Jewel Ann is the most giving and caring small business owner and deserves 10 stars! Her work is beautiful, her flowers are top quality and she is a rare gem!! She came highly recommended by a good friend and I thought I called the right florist to order a corsage for my son’s girlfriend for Winter Ball. Turns out I ordered from a florist in Roseville and when I picked up the corsage I was completely disappointed!! Not pretty and she added purple flowers when I specifically said I wanted red, green and white for a Christmas theme. I immediately called Jewel Ann, who should have gotten my original order, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in to try to salvage the corsage today and literally saved the day! She ended up making me a completely new, beautiful corsage!! She will have a loyal customer for years to come and I cannot recommend her enough!!! You don’t see a lot of businesses willing to help someone out of kindness, but she exemplifies Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for coming to our rescue!!

I wasn't able to make it out to California for a friend's graduation from her nursing program so I decided to send flowers instead. I am so glad I found Heaven Scent - they were incredibly helpful and accommodating and stuck exactly to my budget. I had no idea what type of bouquet I wanted but she ended up creating something absolutely perfect. She also texted me my receipt as well as a picture of the bouquet before delivering it which was super helpful. 100% recommend this place to anyone :)

I highly recommend this lovely shop! Jewel was so kind, and patient. I let her know what I wanted (fresh, natural looking, not your grandma’s arrangement), and gave her my budget. And then she texted me a photo of the arrangement! You never know what you’re getting when you order flowers long distance. Getting photo confirmation via text was great. This is such an amazing company, she sat down with me and really talked to me about what kind of bouquet i wanted for my wedding and talked about what i was comfortable with pricing. She also suggested flowers that might work better for what i was doing and it turned out beautifully. She stayed in contact with me and even showed up early to drop it off.

Ordered flowers this morning, nice as could be and loved what she created ... great customer service, received an email (or offered option of a text) of what flowers looked like, she asked what time was best to deliver (within reason of schedule - awesome) and followed up with a receipt via email. What a pleasure to work with. We texted from Michigan this morning for a delivery of flowers to my mom for her 83rd birthday. We have a friend who lives on the west coast and we are back here on the east coast. Our friend was celebrating her birthday, but it didn't seem there would be a lot of attendees at her party. We decided to send her flowers to cheer things up a little. So, I googled florists in the in the area where our friend lives. And the Lord directed me to this wonderful lady who went way beyond what I would have expected. I would give an additional five stars if they let me. She helped me with selection, as well as contacting floral shops directly to place orders to my two step daughters, commemorating the passing of their mother, a year ago.
