This store is just about perfect. We'll laid out, easy to navigate, plenty of parking, we'll maintained, plenty of seating, nice bathrooms, and an abundance of EV chargers including 3 free ones by Volta. Parking is free for 90 minutes. I wish all other stores were at least this great.

Wow. Ordered catering and it was supposed to be ready at 10-11am. It’s 4pm and I’m picking up….Nothing is ready. The woman working asked me to go through my entire order item by item and she wrote them down on paper. Now they are in the back trying to put it all together. I’ve been here for 20 minutes now and all they have brought out is fruit. This is an absolute mess. Horrible service

Today I had a very awkward experience with one of your management staff. She was working at the register near the Customer Service. Every once in a while, I get cash back and separate the amounts, $20 in petty cash and then $100. Never had a problem until today. She awkwardly made a scene and told me that even if the system approved it, she could not give me my money. The system did approve it and she DID give me my money in the most awkward way possible. She even told me that she would have to print this record as if I was doing something wrong or I cared. Then she started to shout to the other register telling someone named Nick that they needed to talk about this. Not the place nor time for that discussion. It was embarrassing and inappropriate. The only reason I’m leaving this one star is because she focused on a rule that’s barely enforceable rather than the customer experience. She even told me to walk in the rain to Chase. I’m not walking to Chase to pay them a fee for an extra $20 in the rain. Do better Whole Foods. Manager should use reasoning rather than blindly following a dumb rule. All this over $120 cash back.

I wanted to like this place, but there's no cell signal inside (I was instructed to connect to an unsecured WiFi network instead), the self-checkout is a nightmare (requires Internet connection to scan QR code), and it's way too tightly packed in there. Whole Foods used to be one of the nicer grocery stores. Now... I'm not so sure. Feels just like every other grocery store in town with a more pretentious sheen. It's starting to seem like people are right when they say that Amazon destroys everything it touches.

This location is exceptionally located within an exuberantly designed shopping center. 💎💎💎🤙As with most WFM's, which offer very healthy buffets and grocery sections, this one is nicely sized, also with great seating and bar lounge area.And, of course, the employees are exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 💎💎💎From coast to coast, one of the most exquisitely designed.Although, still my favorite, is the one at Central Park South, Columbus Circle corner of NYC. 💜💎💜🤙🤙🤙Not, just because I love Central Park 💜

This place is getting dirtier every day :-( I think even when Traveling through Mexico most stores are more clean. Food looks old re heated and not fresh. Also not really hot .

I went to Whole Foods for the first time in almost a year. I was looking for fresh produce. They had everything I wanted. I also picked up a very nice Italian Olive Oil. It was in sale. The store had everything I wanted.

I typically wouldn't be waving the flag for whole paycheck. But they're salad bar Zone puts Gelson's to shame. It's only across the street. And if you go into Gelson's at the end of the day after working and your dirty and disheveled they treat you like your homeless at least that's my experience. Whole Foods all the way

Horrible Managed Store but fits Long Beach! Each time I am here products missing. Or just wanted to order sandwich, staff told me the sandwich person takes a break. Pizza ok next to pizza 🍕 bad luck too looks like outside entire day dry not looking attractive enough to eat:-( Amazon bad Job! Hire some better people! I am almost every day there always no soups and dirty. Disappointed Customers. Please hire good Manager!

It is my own fault that I walked in the door. So I can't blame Whole Foods for their business model, and the fact that there are people so stupid that they are willing to pay double what things should cost. But it still pisses me off. Every time I purchase something there, I feel like I just got a huge splintery pole rammed up my rectum. But clearly, I am the idiot for having walked in the door in the first place, knowing what the experience is going to be like.

Cannot wait for Whole Foods to be back at 100% OPEN again. They have a great lounge area where you can enjoy all of the hot food that they have to offer its patrons. Great selection to choose from. Love this place.

It is a nice store located in the outdoor mall on pacific coast highway and 2nd street in Long Beach. There is always a little bit of a line here, but the employees are always so helpful to me and they actually take you to location of the item instead of just telling you which aisle it is on. The parking lot is always well lit and people are usually busy walking around.

I like the organics, but I know how some are mislabeled by the growers. The variety is limited. Baked goods are poor quality except the bread and Sp. Occasiion cakes. Cleaning supplies are limited. Good Spirit variety. Meat is expensive BUT FRESH. I LOVE the cold pressed juices. The Long Beach Store on Lakewood is friendly.

Ordered online and got the most disgusting old cilantro I’ve ever seen. All the produce was terrible and overpriced. Guy at customer service was unhelpful. Aweful store.

I really love this store. It is well designed for easy shopping - even on a busy Saturday morning, I can get around the aisles just fine, find my groceries, and get into line behind just one other person who is trying to pay and leave. It's a pleasant experience and I really appreciate how fair their prices have gotten since Amazon took over. So happy to finally have a more positive weekly grocery shopping experience.

I usually have a good shopping experience at this Whole Foods Market. The employees provide excellent customer service even while seemingly very busy at times. There are a lot of different brands and items (depending on the item/pricing varies for similar items) though I feel like if a place sells cooking/cleaning ingredients (if you will) that place needs to sell supports for the ingredients like a broom, a mop, pots, pans, etc. I want to own a Whole Foods type store in a/its most ecofriendly form. The ingredients (Kale Salad, Tofu, and String Beans) of the combination meal I order are so fresh, and tasty! They accept Samsung Pay, and sometimes offer discounts for Amazon Prime members. As of my most recent visit, there is a cleaning station at an entrance that provides masks, and hand sanitizer.

Great place to go if you have no idea what to eat. Amazing options ready to enjoy right away. Favorite part is the build your own burrito 🌯. And the soups are very good as well. There is even a bar inside the store haha. Really cool spot all around. Love the Olive bar thing too.

We recently ordered a birthday cake for my 11 year old daughter. Jen from the bakery section helped us understand the whole process. She was extremely courteous and professional. My daughter gave her a drawing on how she wanted her roller skate themed birthday cake to look like and Jen did an awesome job. All the kids loved the way the cake looked and tasted. Thank you Jen!!!
