Had a horrible experience with them. Manager Jen is not good at conflict resolution regarding merchandise and gift cards. I will drive extra mile just NOT to go to this location. I had another store resolve my issue that weren’t even the one that made the mistake.

Tried to purchase simple food and dog treats online. I could get them same day through DoorDash with a $15 mandated tip but I couldn't pick the items up myself in the store or have them shipped to me.It seems to me you're reserving items for DoorDash. The item I was looking for which was a simple bag of dog food could not be found for 15 miles. That is crazy!

Microchip is the lowest cost anywhere and very easy to get this done. When I moved to LB, I priced several clinics and nobody mentioned that Petco offers Vet services in their stores. It was very easy and best value!

Absolutely my favorite pet place. For years I thought UNLEASHED was a doggy daycare. FUNNY but not really. It's not evident from the outside , the windows are covered and the sign doesn't say pet food etc.. anyhow the gals in there are so great. So kind, so helpful. It doesn't carry everything but maybe you don't need everything. The prices are the same but the store is small. I like that. Anyhow I will go there as long as I have my kitty.

Several brands of CAT food are often out of stock. The young staff comes across sarcastic and uninformed regarding product availability and wont help much w/ questions. I would recommend going to Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies @ the Circle Marina Center instead.

Has everything I need; online ordering for in-store pickup is quick and easy. My orders are always ready in just a short amount of time which is fantastic. They're very friendly and helpful here. I appreciate that they remember me by what I buy and inquire how my dog is doing. All around great team at this location

Love this store, big enough to find what I need (cat & dog food, cat litter, dog supplements), it's always clean and organized & the staff is friendly and helpful, BUT they need a bigger selection of toys and rain/winter clothing

I come here often for the kitty litter refill which is to say the least AMAZING. The store is always organized & clean. The staff is super nice and they dont mind helping you with questions or concerns. I really like the vibe there. They also have a great toy selection and plenty of fun treats to chose from.

Very helpful staff! Needed a pet bed ASAP for doggie coming home from vet, they had a good selection in stock and also got some CBD supplements for the pooch. Easy parking, entrance and location access.

Favorite store don't go too often but when I do I can find everything easily because the people at the store are awesome they help when I need it. There are nice people working at the store but I should go more often it's close by to my house no need to go to Signal Hill but I do I love to drive there. It's a real good place to find what you're looking for.First see some reason that I do not find what I'm looking for I do go to Signal Hill and see if they have what I need for my pups.Almost forgot lions or short at this location a Signal Hill that it's usually somewhat of a long line but I usually get there to pay pretty quickly also at these two locations I'm glad they allow pets to walk with you while you shop also at Signal Hill sometimes I take my dog for grooming this location doesn't have it but that's okay. Love both locations staff that works at PetSmart always in a good mood like if they love what they do for work.

Great customer service! We bought harnesses for our two puppies but got one too big so had to exchange. No issue with the exchange at all. It took no more time than a normal shopping trip. We have been here multiple times and have had a good experience each time. They also have their own parking lot which is awesome.

This location is close to me and has the litter I use but never has bulk Fancy Feast and they never have any cans of the turkey flavor.. the only thing my cat eats so I have to make a trip to another store to get that. I would super appreciate it if the store was able to obtain bulk Fancy Feast. It's always available at PetSmart but I have to go out of my way. The staff is always awesome and friendly!

We are as happy as our pets are happy, right? They smile. We smile. They not feeling well. We feel rotten. When they are afraid. We too are anxious. So when I go shopping for them for food, the store should at least be friendly, clean and well-stocked for my girls. Almost universally that's what this Unleashed store is about. You walk and you hear a Hi and welcome how are you from someplace way across store from somebody who is restocking or whatever but there might be a class going on in one corner of the area of the space ... it never fails you get a welcome and you feel good. Usually a puppy is getting a lesson in one of the corners of the shop. Owners bring their pets in. We have cats now and it's a great place for us to see different dog breeds. I always give a $2 donation whenever I shop there to help them sponsor neutering and spaying programs for people who can't afford it. I trust that my money gets to where it's supposed to go. This place just works for us!

I recently frequent this Petco and the service is always great. The staff has changed a bit, but I am glad that Maya is still employed at this store. I enrolled in two training classes after attending a puppy playtime at this store and her level of service is unmatched.Although she doesn't do training anymore, she still is there to help with any questions I may have. She also takes the time to make sure my dog is settled in before she assists me.

All the employees there werevery friendly with big smiles. You could tell the associates there do enjoy their works, and the store was maintained clean.Although it is a small store compared to the Petco in Inland, I think it provides the necessary pet stuff to their neighborhood and it's like a lighthouse in the area.
