Great idea! Great palace! Great price! We took our dog to Rosie’s dog beach. It was so much fun for our doggo! Even better we did it have to put a wet, sandy, dirty dog in our car. We went to the paw spa and they had everything! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, ear cleaner and more. $25 bucks, what a deal! We loved it! Now we have a clean springer!

I was a little nervous about trying a new place for the first time but the Paw Spa really went out of their way to put me at ease. The staff are awesome and friendly, from scheduling on the phone to the dropping off/picking up process, everything was great!Erika took care of Kayla and she did an amazing job. No joke, probably the best Kayla has looked in years! I was so happy when I went to get her. Kayla was too, which tells me they treated her well! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff, clean environmentI brought Tyson, my 12 LB. Yorkie in for a hair cut and bath, they did a Great job!I believe Erika took care of Tyson.I will definitely return.Also, a full grooming service was only an hour and a half.

Stopped in with our senior Labrador to clean her up after her trip to Rosie’s beach. This place had the perfect set up for washing our big old girl. Everything we needed to shampoo, condition, and dry her off was provided and the price wasn’t bad either.

I had my dog groomed here over a year ago and they did a great job. Since then, however, I can't even get hold of them to make an appointment. Their phone message box is full. I reached someone once and they said they would call me back. Nobody ever did. How do they stay in business?

Great spot to take the dogs after a day at the beach. Good prices and friendly staff. Only two self bathe stalls. When we went there wasn't much of a wait. Towels, shampoo, and conditioner included as well as combs and ear cleaning solution.

I would LOVE to give this place a 5 star. They gave us shampoo and conditioner for both dogs, a blueberry face wash, and an ear cleaner. They also had a cute little shop at the front that I bought some jerky treats for my good girls who took their bath. I was just passing through. Everything was perfect except for the fact that I had a deep feeling that I was not welcome there. The older woman in the front was very short and curt with me. She just seemed annoyed with me the entire time and I think I was being friendly! I'm not sure, this place was perfect besides that too. Easy parking as well.

Love the paw spa. We have brought our puppies here for years. The best part is the self wash tubs for when you’re done at Rose’s Dog Beach, you can wash the pups off. Great price for the service. Their groomers loved the boys. Their location is to die for and their hours are exactly what what any normal working peeps. Would require.

The best self dog wash we have found in LA. The size of the wash rooms is great. Big and individual rooms with your own dryers. The staff was super helpful and nice. The energy of the place is great, with music and lit really well. Maybe our only dog wash from now on.

This place is awesome. I always come here after a day at the beach to get my large German Shepard clean she is 80lbs. This place saves me from having to deal with all that fur clogging the drain at home. Cheaper then a plumber.

Excellent place, clean, bright, easy parking. The people working there are super nice and it seems they really enjoy working with pets. Best blow dryer in the self washing station and excellent water pressure. I experienced a lot of self washing places for my dog. I think this is the best so far, but not the cheapest.

I took my pup here years ago for the self service washes, to do in between grooming appointments with another groomer. Then I moved far from the area. I’m back in Long Beach now and had no idea where to take my dog. The place I used to take him has since closed and I’m SUPER weird about new groomers because I’m kind of a freak about the style of his cut and the person who will be handling my pup. I saw great reviews for Paw Spa and wanted to give them a try. The groomer, Clark, spent time discussing my preferences, while schmoozing with my pup, accessing his coat, and putting me at ease from the start. That really means a lot to me! I felt good about my decision instantly! And he listened! I picked up my pup, who looked SO incredibly cute and sparkling. No weird cuts or clipper burns like he’s experienced in the past! Clark is AMAZING! I’m so thrilled and look forward to taking my pup there for all of his grooming needs going forward! Thank you! ❤️

Place is clean and easy to get your dog in and out. I had to give my 50 pound Aussie a quick bath. Perfect place. It cost 22.00 great deal. They even gave you supplies.

Really great and affordable service. Seriously methodical way of working, they take notes about the job they do so you don’t have to describe what you want every time. They don’t charge you for every tiny thing they do or you ask for. Clean place. Plenty of street parking on the front and back side of the shop. The Paw Spa is a great example of Paw Service shop run by Paw lovers. Highly recommended.They have experienced groomers who care and do a great job. They also have self grooming stations which are closed due to Covid19 currently.

A+ All the way around.I brought my dog here when this place first opened up under a different owner, (I read the partial neg. review from Jonathan) please note his review is on the guy from the first owner when it was called "Tidy Dog" It has been under new ownership for the last few years now called "The Paw Spa" (that guy is long gone!) All of the people who work at the Paw Spa are very nice, the place is a terrific place to bring your dog for a wash, price is very reasonable for all that they provide, which is everything you need, private stall, different choices for shampoo, rinse, nice clean towels, shammy, hair dryer, ear cleaner, etc.I went when it was the Tidy Dog because of the convenience, but now really love the place because the new owner, Amber and her staff are great.If your dog needs grooming this is also the place to go. They really knowhow to cut properly and are kind and gentle with your pets. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I want to give a shout out to the front desk and groomer. So sorry forgot their names but it was my dogs first time at the groomer, long story short he did not do well but they let me come back and bathe my dog myself and they did not charge me. Appreciate that and I’ll come back because my boy did enjoy his bath but he only let his Momma clean him. Thank you.

Been looking for a groomer for years & finally found ours. This business is easy to work with. The a la carte grooming options give you a ton of flexibility. I never have trouble getting an appointment. The prices are very reasonable (I'm a full time student) The staff is helpful & friendly with no high pressure selling.

Booked appt 3 weeks in advance only to arrive and have a groomer tell me that she had no record of my appt. And, she made no effort whatsoever to offer another appointment or to try to fit my pooch into a possible cancellation. So unprofessional!

Steph, formerly of Paw Spa, is the best groomer ever, both because of her skill and her loving heart. You'll find her at STEFIE86@GMAIL.COM. My timid little poodle Merle relaxes when she holds him, enjoys his bath, and comes out looking gorgeous and happy. She is the reason I went to Paw Spa, and I was so glad to be able to find her again.

Great self dog wash place! Super close to Rosie's which makes is super convenient. My dog is 80 pounds and it cost $22.50.
