Always disappointed with the level of service here. I few months ago I order items online from this store, not only were things wrong, they didn't answer phones, they overcharged me for items, and shorted me on weights across the board. Buyer beware.Today, they overcharged me on berries. They got upset that I asked for a refund on the difference and when the cashier helped me, she got upset at me for telling the next customer that the berries were a different price.I have never been so nervous about shopping at a grocery store. Check all the prices, and double check them, this is a pattern of behavior of shady and predatory business practices. Also please retrain cashiers like Cathy on customer service.

I was here today and I saw a deal so I’m so happy to buy couple of wine when I arrive to cashier her name is CAThy she said the price of the wine is not what I saw and we been holding the line keep coming back to the wine place the guy help her come with me and confirm with her that the price was as I said she said the bar code don’t match at all I told her well not a lot of people have time to look all small number at the corner because they are busy your advertising is wrong, I was so very disappointed with this situations and the wine bottle are all heavy to carry out too.. RALPS DEFINITELY MAKE ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES TRAIN AGAIN!

I love going to this Ralph’s because it’s big and close to my home. The one negative about it is some of the female cashiers are VERY rude (besides the VERY nice lady working self checkout at 4:40 pm on 04/04/2024) ! If you have personal issues to work out, please do it in private! Customers don’t need to feel your negative energy!

I went to Ralph's Marina b/4 7am, and both Handicaped were taken by 2 vans with the windows covered. I went back after 10a, both were in the same spot, both had handicap plates, covered windows like they were living inside. Would really like to SHOP and be able to park in handicap.Not fair for people to park longterm in the handicap spaces by the door.. I'll go to shop down the street if this continues. Thank you..

This is my local Ralph’s, just down PCH from me. It is very large but can still lack selections for various categories and that could be due to the local demographics. It is very nice inside and has upscale features and departments. The cheese selection is huge and very quality. The bakery is also nice. All of the employees here are outstanding and friendly. To maximize saving you have to use the Ralph’s app, otherwise it can be pricey. It is always clean and never overly crowded like some competitors. I due miss the Wells Fargo Branch inside.

Store has a decent selection but the prices are fairly high. Customer service is terrible. There are people stocking the shelves and blocking aisles with cardboard boxes and things like that even though the store's pretty busy. Cashier and bagging people are just socializing with each other. I let the cashier ring up my entire purchase. Then I had to start bagging it myself. She only helped after I had bagged three bags myself.

As i was going to the bathroom , i was able to see inside the hallway to their back stock room and unfortunately i saw a huge rat the size of an opossum. I was a regular here but after looking up how many health code violations this store has had i will no longer be purchasing anything from here nor picking up my daily coffee from starbucks as they also have health code violations. Absolutely disgusting.

This is a great Ralph’s. The lady at the sushi counter offered to make anything I wanted and was really nice to my kids. It was a great experience on our way to go hang out at Long Beach. They also have a great cheese section like a whole cheese, Island it’s great. Can’t wait to come back! Did I mention sushi? Ya I only like grocery stores with sushi. I’d like to report on the bathroom situation but I forgot to check.

This is the 4th time getting spoiled meat fresh packaged, not on sale from this location. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can smell the bitterness as soon as you open. The meat rots from the inside out so it looks good until you see under the price sticker and open the package.

Their fried chicken is absolutely delicious. I usually buy my fried chicken from Winco, but this is MUCH better tasting. Not as salty and greasy as Winco's. And the white meat is OMG .... soooo juicy! It is literally juicy as the dark meat. Besides the fact that this particular Ralph's is the biggest, nicest, and most safe one for a ways. Staff is pretty cool, too.

I love this store! Fresh Fare is definitely an elevated version of the typical Ralph’s store. I love the produce department, the gourmet cheeses and trays, the bakery, the deli, the butcher shop. Hmmmm. I love the whole store. I’ve been a regular for several months now. It’s kinda cool when the staff starts recognizing you as a regular. I’ve always received great service. It’s my store and I love it.

No worker like her when I go there to shop that ask if I need help with anything. So the days I go and she’s not there I wouldn’t shop much. First of all, I would like to say that I have been shopping at this Ralph's for a very long time. It's always been a pleasant experience. Today, however Nathan, Starbucks worker, was very rude. When I walked I walked in Nathan literally interrogated me regarding my service animal. As if I did not see the clear sign in the front. I am very aware of service animal policies and my dog is trained and certified. I asked Nathan if he wanted to see it, he said no but continued to expressed to me that he did not want my dog in the store barking or disturbing other customers. How Rude! I could not believe what I was hearing and experiencing. I immediately asked a clerk… I think her name is Crystal (super sweet), to speak to the site Director, Steve. Crystal and Steve were great! Steve said he even agreed with me. That Nathan's encounter was totally uncalled for. I am very disappointed. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning to inform them on my encounter. It is a shame that Nathan is not aware of the service animal policy and the questions and communication that are permitted when approaching a service animal. Luckily Steve was aware of the situation and said he would speak with Nathan who, must I say identified himself as a manager, and turned out not to be a manager!! Weird and disturbing!! Anyway have a blessed day overall this Ralph is very friendly clean and has fresh produce, I love the location by the Marina! I can't wait for the LA fitness gym to open right next-door this is going to be a true incentive!

This store is top notch and always has been but the employees here have gone above and beyond during this pandemic, shout out to Bunni who kept things calm and orderly starting way back in March when things were crazy and special mentions for Otis who brings us our groceries curbside for his caring attitude and attention to detail and finally Maria G. Who recently helped with a complicated return and went out of her way, without asking to make things better than right for us. This store does everything right and we are thankful to have it. Loyal customers for life.
