So I took my babies to purrrfect pet parlor the other day and I gotta say I’m very impressed 😍😍 Nikki did such an amazing job with my Lola and Lola loves her so much she sat so good for her to do the tattoo on her butt which I love my baby looks so good and is so soft!!!!! Thank u again Nikki we will definitely be back again ❤️❤️❤️

Nikki is the best Dog grommer, Beffy my English bulldog loves her. He runs out of the car to the front door looking for her. He got a bow tie, to make look classy. He loves going here to get groomed all the employees are pet friendly and love their job. BEFFY Looks very happy 😊

I took our yorkie in for a grooming appointment for the first time at Purrfect Pet Parlor! I can honestly say we were satisfied with their knowledge, quality of service, professionalism, and care of our dog from beginning to end! A huge thank you to their outstanding staff! Our dog will continue being groomed here and has a follow-up in 6 months. 5 star service, I highly recommend! 🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾

I have two, 7 month old puppies and I was looking locally for their first grooming. After reading positive reviews about Purrfect Pet Parlor on NextDoor App, I called to book an appointment. Many other businesses have not returned or answered my calls, but Joanna answered and was able to book an appointment for both puppies within the next week.When I arrived today, she was SO warm, welcoming, friendly and informative. The business is clean, easy to find and she made my puppies feel at ease.I came a few hours later to pick them up and was in tears.... they looked SO good!!! Joanna made the puppies look like new and I felt at ease knowing they were in great hands.Teeth cleaned, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and an amazing hair cut. I am so thankful and will be bringing my puppies back here again and again!UPDATE: Joanna gave my puppy a feather accessory on the last grooming visit and it’s amazing. Purrfect Pet Parlor is the BEST!!

Absolutely amazing service!Everyone is outstandingly professional, kind, educated & very patient!Our pup Brooklyn is only 5 months old, & by her third visit the wonderful women here already have made her feel comfortable enough to get her first “big girl” hair cut!Brooklyn loves going in and that says a lot about the trustworthiness of this establishment!The prices are phenomenal, especially for the service your receive. It’s always good for the girls to visit Joanna shop. All of my dogs have gone to Joanna for years and now she has her very own shop. I have referred people to her who had grouchy little dogs only to have them run in the door to see her. If you need a groomer she’s the only one I recommend. Thank you for always being there for our girls!

Me and my wife went in with three of our doggies.Eevee: Chihuahua/Poodle Age 1Daisy: Chihuahua/Manchester Age 3Nala: Chihuahua/Daschund Age 14They took amazing care of all three and had immense patience with our older one Nala. Who was her first visit and experience with a groomer.They bathed them, cut and filed their nails, expressed their glands, and clean the inside of their ears.Their Groomer was Cindy and she was very knowledgeable, kind and gave us a few recommendations on how to better their cleaning routine. She had patience with all of our dogs and none of our doggies seemed scared, in fact they all looked happy and refreshed.The young lady who helped us communicated exactly what they would be doing and expressed to us if they had any kind of difficulty with our older one that they would call us right away.I want to personally thank this establishment for its amazing customer service, professionalism and most importantly, the kindness that was shown to our animals. It's easy to forget that their are passionate people out their, that appreciate their craft and what they do.Not only is this place exceptional, but I will be returning at least monthly to support them as a local business. Thank you all, we'll be coming in again soon.

Purrfect Pet Parlor is amazing!!! I took my cat to get a cut and shampoo I was super satisfied with the service and the staff is nice and very professional. If you live in Long Beach or nearby city it’s worth bringing your pets here to get groomed. My cat looked super clean and he smelled amazing!! Thank you so much for taking care of my cat:)

Love this place! They're very knowledgeable and helpful with great pointers for caring for your pup's needs. They do a really awesome job. My dog always looks adorable when I pick her up. Highly recommend! Oh, and parking is way easier than you would think given the downtown location. There's always enough street parking out front.

AMA-ZING!!!!!!!!!! Hussle my 3 year old Frenchie went to get groomed today by 2 wonderful ladies. Now we have found his new home. These wonderful ladies we’re patient,informative, & most importantly it was affordable. they also paid attention to details & took there time.Hands down the best groomer he has been with. We are very appreciative of you guys! Deshedding treatment so worth it! Seen results instantly!

This was going to be the second time using their service for my cat. I text her to schedule an appointment and when she responded she mentioned that my cat was very nervous last time and she would not be able to give her a bath/blowdry, but would try to clip nails and deshed her. I text back, that's fine when can you schedule? Cricket's.....still waiting! (Its been a week)...I took her to pine animal hospital where they did an amazing job for half the price. I don't recommend a place that can't communicate, even if it was a "no mam please take your cat elsewhere." It's common courtesy and bad business.

Joanna has been grooming and loving my dogs for over 15 years and she has now opened her own grooming salon! She treats each dog as if it were own with genuine love and concern for each of them. And her work is the best. Cannot recommend her more highly.

They're conveniently close so I was excited we booked an appointment. They called me ONCE and left a voicemail asking for a deposit. Emailed them when I could over the weekend (they were closed or I would have called) and they gave our appointment to someone else citing they'd reached out several times, which wasn't true. It might be excellent grooming, but I guess I'll never know.

Joanna has taken care of my pets for years. She loves them and treats them as family. My current 2 fur babies are a maltipoo and a terrier mix. She keeps my maltipoo looking great and uses sensitive skin products so my girl does not have itchy skin. Joanna also knows that my little boy terrier needs to be with his emotional support buddy and keeps them together through the whole process. Joanna is caring and professional!
