We love Pupazzo. Our 2 dogs are always well groomed and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve been going for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. It’s always the same staff who seem to care about the dogs they service.

First time in this place and totally loved it. I have 4 dogs and they took them all in for bath and grooming, I loved their work and plus they didn’t take a long time because usually at others Grooming’s I have leave my babies the whole day. Pupazzo did a great job in less than 4 hrs. All my dogs came home happy and hungry lol.I would totally recommend this place and definitely I would take my dogs back for grooming.

Awesome place. Both of dogs HATE getting their fast growing nails trimmed. Had bad experiences in other places. But they are pretty good. You can hear my dogs crying not cause of pain but they just hate it. Takes just a few minutes and glad someone else can do it.

Made an appointment 3 days before as I was told I wouldn’t be able to do walk inS.Was told I’d have to drop my pup off at 8 since it would take the whole day… I asked how about 9 since I’m coming from Hawthorne and don’t want to be stuck in traffic each way. He said sounds good I can do 8:30 I said fine…. Let’s do it I get here and he looks and says I have no appointment I say that’s in correct I just spoke 2 days ago and I did indeed he said no we didn’t confirm I said well it’s still 8am so theirs plenty of time to get the job done he said he can only do wash yet I needed a full service. Then he chose to get an attitude and offer no services. When it was very he made a mistake he said he doesn’t make mistakes… all humans do sir. This place doesn’t value your time or money even when spending over $100.

They fit me in when I call last minute and that means a lot to me. My Heeler always smells great when I pick her up and she doesn't act scared or mistreated when I get her back.

I'm coming here for years but the experience has been gradually getting worse and worse with time finally they've gotten to the point where they don't care about process or instructions I found a much better place to take my pet from people that care much more about not only the pet but the customers be aware that your pet is being caged up at this place for an extra long time because of their lack of ability to handle their scheduling properly

They are so great with our doggo! He was recused off the 405 freeway this earlier this year. We rescued him from a local rescue group and they referred us to Pupazzo. They had already given Honey Bear his first session when he was rescued and he continues to go here. He comes home handsome and happy. If he is having a bad doggo day they send him home and give him another chance. Which just happened once this past week for the first time. We were so happy they care about the animals here. 🍯🐻 Mom

I am so happy with the service I got for my dog yesterday. Veronica was amazing. I couldn't go in because of the virus but she took such good care of him. He needed his nails cut and I was concerned about them curling under, especially the back ones. When she brought him to my car I noticed how great of a job she did. The price she quoted was reasonable and well worth it. This store is on PCH and Cherry. (They have another one in Lakewood). Be sure to ask for Veronica. She's well educated and will take care of your babies. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Veronica. Next time I'll let her give him a bath and clean his teeth. She said there's a package that would include the nails. Teeth is only $9.00.

Scheduled an appointment for a regular grooming (bath, cut, nail trim, etc) for my 8lb dog. Dropped off at 9am this morning, it’s now 12pm, I just called and they said he’s next in line for a haircut now so he should be done in “probably around an hour, hour and a half”..... 4 hours for a haircut and bath? I understand being busy, but I’m my 6 years with this dog I have never had a groomer take longer than 3 hours for him. Even on a busy day like Saturday.

We will never get tired of recommending this grooming salon. Our dogs were kicked out of Petsmart grooming salon due to behavioral issues. We came to this salon very apologetically and ready to received a phone call telling us they were not welcome anymore but to our surprise Pupazzo was not only able to finish their haircuts, they had no problems with them. Brucito, our 17 year old blind dog, loves going there and has developed a beautiful relationship with the staff there, while our Australian Shepherd, who has separation anxiety, didn’t have an issue there. The people are caring, loving and very good at what they do. They u detest and dogs and gain their trust like no other. We LOVE Pupazzo.

They always do a great job on my boy Oliver. Sometimes you need to make an appointment for your pup make sure you make it one or two days before.They give a full service grooming.🐶Oliver is my black schnauzer.And Rio is my brother's dogI'm the uncle that looks after him. 🐶

Took my dog there a few months ago. They made me pay first before bringing her out with a cone on an her eye messed up. They said they got soap in her eye. Her face looked so bad. I just hate that they still charged me and didn’t tell me prior to picking her up. Her eye was bad for weeks. If I’d known I wouldn’t have payed and tipped.

First off there rude people ! We have had to incidents there now my dad was using the dog groomer for his dog. So I decided to give them a try. After my first visit waiting 4.5 hours for my dog I called in to see if my 4 lbs puppy was done. They told me they did not have my dog there. After 10 mins of searching they said they found her. What how do you not realize you have a dog that I signed in and left for grooming what the heck is going on!Now today my father goes to set an appointment for his dog. He request the first groomer he had used as the cut looked much better then his last visit which looked sloppy and choppy with his fur and they didn’t cut the nails.So my dad bring him wanted to give them another try. But since he requested a certain groomer the rude manager decided to say he does not want his business anymore and he was not able to return with his dog for grooming. Why because we requested a certain groomer this manager was offended.What a horrible way to conduct business!!! Manager is a total a hole !

My name is Kimberly I have an Old English Sheepdog named Simon, Simon was really matted, his fur was very dirty his nails were very long, Simon had an ingrown toenail. This is the best dog groomer I've known in my entire life, they treated me and my dog with respect Simon was beautiful in the end. The groomers are respectful loving and caring. I'm so glad I found you once again thank you to the staff you guys are amazing

So take my dog here a couple times before and I always felt that it was overpriced. He would charge me $68 for a small 5 pound Yorkie just for a wash cut and nail trim. I also noticed they don't have any prices posted on the wall or on the website. But it's close by and convenient for me.I happened to be shopping next door and I decided to see if there was a cheaper option maybe I just was asking for. So I asked the gentleman at the register I think he's a manager or perhaps the owner, how much just for a hair and nail trim. He told me $28 but it could be higher if my dog has fleas or heavy matting. I was happy to hear the much lower price and we even joked that maybe my dog had just one Fleet but it wasn't a big problem. On the way out he asked me to fill out a form for new customers and I can explain to him that I had been there before and he looked at my phone number and found my dogs file.Well when I went to pick my dog up he charged my card me$68 without telling me that increase. I was upset explain to him that we agreed on $28 and he repeated over and over this is what I charge you last time this this is what you paid last time. There was lots of customers there I didn't want to cause a scene and I'm not one to jihn and complain so I left and decided to call him. But I called him on the phone and explain that I wanted to refund for the difference he repeatedly said that this is what I charge you last time and you didn't complain about it then. Explain them that even back then I thought it was overpriced and that we'd agreed on $28. That's when he said that he could give me the "discounted" price of $48. At this point I was extremely frustrated and decided just to cut my losses and get the refund for the$20. But it isn't in there when I went back to get the to get the refund I mistakenly again just handed in my credit card and didn't ask him how much is putting back and he just give me back $9. I asked about the other 11 and again he lied and said this is what we agreed upon.Extremely shady and unprofessional just to say the least I would never ever take my dog here again. Not to mention the place is extremely dirty and dusty and not well kept it all.

We bring our dogs here to get groomed regularly. One of ours gets washed and brushed and the other gets washed and trimmed. They always look clean afterwards and the groomers there are very friendly.

This time I took both of my dogs to get their hair cut, even though I explained to the front guy 3 times how I wanted their hair done. They did the opposite. They literally shaved my dog hair, I am upset with this and it would be the last time I take them to this place.

A few days after i brought my dog home. He started licking his private area very aggressively. When i looked i discovered he had been but on his undercarriage.He had experienced a lot of discomfort and pain.I wouldn't recommend.

EhhBoth of my dogs came back to me with razor burn on their sanitary areas. Beneath their paws where a little cut up. I would recommend this place considering I was not told what had happened during the grooming session when I came to pick them up.

They don’t list any prices, kept my dog in a cage for six and a half hours, charged $70 for a 7lb dogs hair cut. Refused to compensate for the dog being there for 4 and a half hours longer than it should ever take. Do not call you to inform you of your pets status and simply don’t care about your pets, but more about the $$$
