First time taking my dog for a hair cut and it was a great experience! The groomer was friendly and patient. She took the time to listen to my requests and asked clarifying questions so that I would be happy with the result.My pup went in looking quite scruffy. She came out 2 hours later smelling amazing and looking so adorable! Her fur is soft, fluffy and not too short. It was exactly the way I asked for it to be. I will definitely be taking her back to Petco for her next haircut.

Not sure this is a groomer to go to for a puppy. It’s only our 4 month old puppy’s second grooming and we are working on trying to get her used to it but on that particular day she was more anxious with the groomer. Did not seem like the groomer had patience for her and seemed even frustrated when she was getting her out of the crate at the end. Way different experience than the first time we went at a different PETCO. We probably won’t go back to that location for grooming.

Brian is my go to with all three puppies. He is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I had someone new do a bath for one of my pups and she left smelling great. My pup 12 lbs was in and out in 45 min from a shampoo, since Brian was booked and it was great. Brian is very professional and flexible! The team all seem nice and caring of your pup. Brian always goes above and beyond!

this was my two dogs first grooming ever. Veronica spent time with me and with my pups to make sure they were calm and that I was not worried. She took very good care of my pups and their nails are wonderful. Thank you Veronica. We will be back in a month. G

This is the second time I've brought my little Yorkie, Bela, to Amber. She does a beautiful and thoughtful job. She really listens to what you want and is so sweet. I had gone to another place for ten years(Wags To Whiskers) but they were forced to close temporarily. I like what Amber does so much that I think we've found our new place!(-:

Our groomer, Jamie, took such good care of my little guy, Bentley. It was his first time at the groomer. Not only was he terrified but I was also nervous to leave him...It was so worth it because when I returned to pick him up, he was so happy and all his grooming needs were met...Thank You Jamie!!

I have used the same groomer for 15 years and since she's closed and my dog was desperate(he's kind of a neat freak) I tried Petco. It worked out beautifully, my dog was happy and clean and on time. Everyone was exceptionally nice. Jamie did a great job!

I had my 3 Maltipoos groomed. The hair cut around the faces is choppy and not simetrical. One groomer said she didn't take any hair off one of my pups ears and it's clear she did. I know each groomer is different, but when I look at pictures of my dogs freshly groomed from their previous groomer their look is of high quality, at Petsmart my pups look low budget.

The cut was choppy in places but what really upset me is that they let my dog sit in a cage for 2 hours after being done. They said they called me and it wouldn’t ring but they should have kept trying and in addition, they had my daughter’s phone # because I told them she was picking her up and they didn’t even try to call her. My dog was very distraught and I’m extremely upset that they would allow that to happen. They obviously don’t care about the dogs they groom.
