When I rescued my puppy, they helped me figure out a diet for her that works well with my wallet and her tummy. Their Smallbatch patties are perfect for her mixed with some homemade food and toppers I also get here. Customer service is great. They give us a good deal if they run out of the food she eats. Shes 2 years old now and we're regulars here. Also a plus that all of the workers love her!

OMG, coming here was an amazing experience thanks to Charlie!!! We were looking for new food to feed our 15 year old senior and Charlie is so knowledgeable and on the same page as us when it comes to health and what we were looking for with our dog. Best experience ever coming to a pet shop. We need more people like her in the world. We were able to make informed decisions regarding our dogs' food and treats. We really enjoyed talking to her and learned so much. She needs to have her own program/workshop or something because she has such valuable insight. Thank you so much for taking the time to share and educate us. You're amazing! A million thanks and our dog is happy too!

My dog suffered from diarrhea for two months. I veterinarian diagnosed him with the inability to digest fat. He changed his diet to Purina prescription diet. I went in and I spoke with Charlie. She explained to me what was going on with my dog. She recommended a raw diet, high protein, but not to go with a prescription diet and explained why. She took the time to really dive deep into what may be going on on the inside of my dog and told me steps I could take try to rehabilitate my dog ability to digest food.I’m happy to report that my dog is extremely healthy. In fact, we had a veterinarian stay with us at our Airbnb shared space, and the veterinarian said “that is one of the healthiest corgis I’ve ever seen in my entire career.”Charlie is a certified nutritionist for animals. Not only has she helped me, she is also helped my partner with his dog. For that reason, I will continue to go back to Pet Food Xpress

Thought I’d try the fresh made biscuits, they are very cute but ROCK HARD had to break in half with all my strength! Don’t waste your money. $2.99 each and now in the trash. My Pup couldn’t eat them. Haha! He licked the frosting off.

This location is very convenient for us. We usually buy good quality food, vitamins, supplements and goat milk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also like the dogwash station.

It's unfortunate I have to write this review as I really enjoyed my visits here and had grown to know the staff. I started bringing our rescue puppy here in November. I have exclusively used them for all bath needs, his crate, bedding, all food, treats and wellness products. Open farm was recommended to me after hearing how bad all of the food recommended by the vet was, so that's what we started on. After a couple months, I asked if there was a better dry food because our pup never had solid stool. A sales associate recommended Kasik and assured me that it was a great one for our puppy. After 1 week on the food, he was having regular diarrhea and just overall not doing well. I contacted the vet. He had a check up done and was perfectly healthy so it was decided it was his diet. The vet did a little investigation about the food. Turns out these 2 options were grain free. Some puppies need grains. I called Pet Food Express , explained what happened and asked if I could return the food because I had purchased the large $75 bag and had only used it for a few days. I was told that I couldn't and that was just there policy. Then I was told a manager would reach out to see what could be done. No one ever called. I'm pretty disappointed that a pet store employee recommended something that wasn't right for our puppy and they didn't have any interest in trying to make it right. I will no longer be shopping here and will be sharing our experience with others. Mistakes happen, bad recommendations happen but the lack of care or concern to make it right with a valued customer is inexcusable.

My baby dog Died after eating what the staff told me to buy.They convinced me that dogs ( even to my 2 pounds little dog ) should eat real food like duck necks, chicken feet instead of Royal canine which they don't carry it. They said they know dogs and nutrition.I always want the best for my dog. I brought what they told me that would be "good" for my dog. Then on March 2nd my little baby ate it, then there was foaming coming from his mouth, then he Died in my arms within 1 min..... I ran out to the street immediately with puppy asking people for help, but that was too late...Later on the vet told me that small dog shouldn’t even eat that.He was only 1 year and 3 months old... He was just a happy innocent puppy. He should have a great life ahead.He didn't deserve this...And they even told me don't give dog vaccinations cause that's bad for them. I never had a dog before, I felt this didn't make sense.This was my certified emotional support service dog and my first only dog ever; it leaves me tremendous pain, permanent trauma and extraordinary sadness.He was everywhere in my life. I couldn’t eat, or sleep. He was my family, I love him so much. So much pain and guilt I have been suffering after he's gone.I trusted u, that was what I got. I wish I have Never entered pet food express.Do not try to convince customer what to do just for the money. That puppy wasn’t yoür dog, so u just didn’t care.*** I saw Jennifer’s review, the store also took down my number, contacted info said there would be someone reach out to me. Yet none did, until I had to call the company twice and get the call back. The store probably tossed away my number right after i walked out from the store.And after the puppy died I went to the store, tried to talk to the store manager, and asked him where Charlie was i needed to talk to her who told me that puppy should eat duck neck.The store manager lied to me that Charlie was not here, on the break, when I saw she was right there in front of me!Regardless you convinced me that puppy should eat duck neck was being ignorant or just evil, the fact that you lied to me, tried to dodge me, can’t even facé that, no-thing is gonna change

The people here as SOOOOO incredibly kind! Charlie and ah shoot I can’t remember the other peoples names but literally every single person I’ve interacted with over the past few days (I’ve been in a lot 😅) has been so sweet, takes their time to discuss my dogs behavior and been so helpful. They’ve guided me towards which dog CBD treat to use and beneficial treats for my sweet pup :)
