They did ok missed a few areas and my dog was crying a lot when I went to pick him up. They called and said he was ready but when I got there they didn't give me the right dog and was still working on my dog. But they have great price and when they finally got it right he looked and felt good. But they need to get better products.😒😕

I absolutely love them, I've been bringing my two babies here going on 3 years now. I've never had one single issue. They are so loving and patient. Not one cut or scratch on either one of them. They are hands down the best in my book.

While the work is good the owner never has consistent prices. Everytime I take my dog to get a summer cut the prices are almost always different from the last time. I literally get the same service and somehow the price changes each time. She keeps saying the prices change but never gives her customers notice. I won't be going back here... attitude sucks

Very Unprofessional!! Would NOT ever take my Pet back!! They cut my dogs face very near to her left eye. Then they didn't have the decency to let me know when I picked them up. I called and when I was asking what happened they just hung up on me.. My pet has been sad and quite all day, w a big cut on her face..

This was my first visit and it was awesome from start to finish. I was able to make a last minute appointment (huge plus), the staff was super friendly, the price was great and my dog looked absolutely adorable. I'll definitely be back😊

Best price in town 30-35$ for pits. They always have room and usually aren't fully booked! I love it! My pits come out fresh and clean and the service is normal and chill. I prefer normal chill service for 2 dogs for 60-70$ over hype and smiles that run me 90-100$. What's important is that my dogs walk out healthy and happy and they do that here.

I love this place. I have a very large dog and a pit bull as well, so people aren’t always too excited about grooming them but the staff here were super friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. Great prices as well. Highly recommend.

Took my dog in this morning to get a full groom for my wedding this upcoming weekend. Told the guy I just wanted a trim, as he is a golden retriever with long hair. When I got him back, I can’t believe what I saw. His ears were completely jagged and uneven and his entire coat was cut short and also uneven. I could have done a better job. My dog was also TERRIFIED and freaking out when i saw him. Then I went back and showed them what they did and said I wanted my money back. They gave me $25 of my $70 back. You ruined my dogs ENTIRE coat and he looks awful and that’s what I get ? Never ever ever returning here and also hoping no one else has to go through this.

When I brought my doggy there, they did a wonderful job. But when I picked my dog up, she was trembling. This happened three times. Each time the same employees were there. So my baby will not be going back.

This place does a great job on my feisty pom mix. No appointment needed. And they are usually done within two hours. Only 4 stars because street parking is not great.

I more than love this place. My dog Buddy has some health issues..also blind. I trust them, and they do excellent job..I do not worry, and my dog looks fantastic when he leaves.

The best groomers I have ever found for my Shih Tzu darlings Baby (10) and Kritter ( 5 ). They take such wonderful care of my dogs while making them look and feel amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone like me who treat their dogs more like children.

Customer service was excellent, they did a really good job with her hair but i’m very upset that they cut her 2 times !! Unfortunately i didn’t realize this till i got home but i definitely won’t be going here ever again for my baby!! they need to be more careful.

I love taking my doggy to get groom here they always do a good job it's just this one last time someone else gave her a bath and they mistake her as boy dog and she is a girl dog not only that she didn't stay fresh as long as she usually do but other than that they do a good job
