Very utilitarian, nothing particularly inviting about the atmosphere. It's like Costco, but with even less charm. However, the employees and the manager were very friendly. They helped me find what I needed and honored an online discount code that didn't work when I tried to place my order on their website. The brands they carry are high-end - the company truly cares about quality, and the pricing is fair. I feel like I can trust Centinela. Plus, it's a local company, which makes me feel good about shopping there.

Racially Profiled 03/17/2023, don't shop if your African American. Shopped to buy a $150 dog kennel for my dog and was instantly profiled and watched. I'd speak up about situations like this as a confident black man but I was with my daughter trying to have a good experience. To top it off they called an undercover cop and was waiting for me outside. If your planning to shop I definitely DON'T recommend coming here. Shop elsewhere. Time was between 1-5PM

First time coming to this location and will definitely be my last. Came in for my usual but needed help finding another product that was recommended to me. The only worker on the floor was Steph but she ignored my partner and I and asked everyone that walked in after us if they needed help. The cashiers were very welcoming and nice but maybe get more friendly people working on the actual floor when people need help.

It’s like The Home Depot but for pets! Of all kinds. They offer great service and PLENTY of great and healthy food options and toys, so many toys! 😻 this place is pet heaven!

Prices are good as well as selection..... And typically the service is outstanding but today I had a horrible experience. I was planning to redeem a reward but it was only redeemable online so I decided to redeem it later but the cashier already charged me so a manager had to be called for the return. The manager happened to be at the next register so the cashier passed my receipt to the manager to process the return. For some reason the manager set it aside and called over the 2 people behind me in line while I stood there next to the register.... Not cool

This store had supplies other pet stores don't carry, it's nice to know you can get quality merchandise without the hassles.... the cost is a bit higher but well worth the outcome of products healthcare's.The kitty couldn't even open his eyes two days before, getting healthier everyday

This store has been by far in the top rankings of knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always acknowledge my fur babies and offer help with finding anything or answering questions. They have also recommended several products based on my concerns for my babies. The return policy is great as well and reassures me that they stand behind their products. They always offer samples and have a nice reward program.

This is a great pet store. They have a pretty good variety of pet dietary needs. However, they don't have much for other pets, besides cats and dogs. The staff was nice and helpful. A couple of them greeted me as I walked in, and helped me find stuff. The store is somewhat organized and things are somewhat where u expect them to be. 4 stars because as you walk in, it smells kinda bad. Don't know what it was. But it wasn't pleasant.

They have a great selection and a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. My dog has some health problems as well as allergies, and they have helped me navigate through my options and made some great recommendations for products that have been beneficial for my little guy. I also like their rewards program, and they are quick to let you know about any deals or sales, current or upcoming.

Everyone who works at this location (as well as the HB one) is fabulous! It is obvious they like their job and they are well-trained.

Really great pet store that's geared towards higher end, all natural goods. They carry a wide selection of foods and treats and have very knows staff who's always friendly and eager to help you out. The store also has self service dog bath that's super convenient and really well stocked.

We were greeted by such friendly employees as soon as we walked in. The selection of foods covers all my animals, which is tough to do! The prices look comparable to other stores so the fact I'll save time in not going to several stores is a winner for me! Oh, and they have a dog wash station that is the best setup and best prices I've found since moving to the area!! We'll be regular customers here!

The staff here is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about Pets and pet goods. They really love and live animals. The pet wash is great value, all the supplies are good, our big German Shepard has a shiny coat after using the shampoo and conditioner. And the blow driers work good.

I went to Centinela because of a gentleman who was giving free samples of their food. I went to check out the place because I was curious and wanted to know if was legit. I went in and the employees there were super friendly, my fur baby’s didn’t bark when they approached them to say hi (they bark at everyone besides their loved ones). They passed the test. They helped us find great food for them they suggested items we may need for based on their breed. And this is the same way we are treated every time we go! Definitely recommend it! Support a place that actually cares for your pets!

And while you might find cheaper products elsewhere, the quality is just not as good and service not guaranteed.Worth it to pay a few more dollars, so you have piece of mind and deal with decent people.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We drive out of our way for you location. The selection it's overwhelming sometimes, so much to choose from. Staff likes animals, always willing to give my two dogs treats. I spread attempt to wash my Labrador here as well.
