My husband and I went in with minimal expectations, as dispensaries nowadays are lacking in service, but Josh didn't disappoint. The store was well stocked and welcoming. From beginning to end he was there without being intrusive and wasn't there without being nonexistent. He allowed us to peruse at our leisure and answered any questions we had. He tailored the products to what we needed and gave us additional information on said items. He was thorough and friendly. He definitely made the experience comfortable. Thank you Josh!!! We will for sure be back!

Every time I’m in Ridgecrest, I make an order with Sage and Fire and Emma and Dylan make me feel like I’m their favourite customer. Emma ALWAYS hooks me up (even though she doesn’t have to) and then Dylan comes by and brings his wonderful, bright and sunny attitude and makes my day better! S&F has THE BEST staff and that’s why I’ll never go anywhere else while I’m here!

I had an awesome experience visiting Sage & Fire. The store layout wasn’t like any other stores that I have visited in the Eastern Sierra's. Josh was a super knowledgeable bud tender and had provided top notch customer service. Josh showed us the entire layout of the store. He also mentioned what all the deals were. I highly recommend checking this place out. I’m definitely stopping back here on my next trip back to Mammoth.

Just stopped here on my way back home from a ski trip! My partner and I absolutely love this spot! Great deals, style, selection and even greater staff! Misty was beyond super friendly and helpful! It was by far the best quick stop ever. We honestly might have to make this an annual road trip stop in the future!

I just moved out to California about a month ago and I went in a few times but this last time I went in, Josh was super helpful and even gave me his own personal recommendation on what to get. Super friendly and helpful. The entire shop is awesome and I'm glad to go in and spend my money there

Stopped by here while visiting an old friend and was impressed by the variety! Annahy was the friendliest and most knowledgeable in explaining everything down to the detail for me. I’m from NYC, so the kindness I experienced here was unfamiliar to me but I’m glad I stopped by and the next time I’m in CA I’ll make sure to visit her again!

On a trip home from Tahoe and ran into this cool find getting gas. It was very welcoming and all were extremely helpful and happy to be there. I loved it. Dylan was amazing. Jumped right up to help. Told me what was good in his and the store employees opinion of favs. He was new but I wouldnt have known unless he didn’t tell us. Very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for hooking it up. I’m very pleased and can’t wait to try out all my new goodies. Jesse also was the bomb. Love her too! Go to this place if you’re near. It’s try he best!!!!!

My wife and I were passing through on our way to Mammoth. I saw the name and knew I had to check it out. The store opened at 8 AM which happened to coincide with the time we were passing through. I was helped by a kind, thoughtful, and very insightful, budtender named Misty. She did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely return and hope that Misty is working when I do.

Randy was helpful and helped me check out easily and quickly. Heads up: they only take cash or debit and there’s a $3 debit transaction fee. It’s in a really convenient chevron lot with a nice grassy area for dogs right next to it.

Me and a few friends stopped by on our way to Mammoth and I was very impressed. They actually had a good selection and Annahy was very helpful as soon as we got in. She knew what she was talking about and was able to upsell me on a few things which isn’t easy because I’m pretty stubborn lol If you ever stop by and if she’s working I’d recommend having her help you!

Excellent shopping experience right before we went up to Whitney Portal to camp for a few days. Was greeted and helped with finding exactly what I needed for my few days out. Got a pack of premium pre-rolls for a decent price. Quick and easy and I was on my way. The shop is very nice inside and has a great feel. I will drop by again. Thanks 👍🏽 😊

We got something to eat and we're enjoying ourselves by the little petting zoo area and my kids thought it was funny to put their face on the glass on this establishment. One of the employees was pretty rude slamming a bottle of Windex on the ground as if my children completely destroyed the two-way mirror type of window. Made a comment as if my wife was going to leave my infant by herself in a parking lot. Just really rude, I definitely won't spend any money at a place that feels like the energy is completely missing. I went in and asked for a phone number of the owner and was told that the owner will see everything on the cameras that they did nothing wrong. So I hope this this review gets to the owner you really need to train your people that you have working for you to be a little bit more happy. Life is too short to be angry and miserable
