1st time going in today. Nice, pretty organized little market. This isn't your typical "Carcineria" or whatever but the folks there were nice, they have liquor and some nice varieties of beer. The meat section was small. They don't carry seafood from what I remember seeing but they had meat cuts. The salsa there were good. I got to try them and I liked them. The folks at the meat section were super awesome! Very nice and so stoked they let me try the salsas!

If you haven't tried the Chipotle Bowl, I am telling you it is the absolute best! There's no skimping on anything and it is enough for two people! Delicious!

Can’t believe this man. Today at 2:30 the older man working the cash register mocked a young man and his father because the boy had Down syndrome! Him and another customer in line were laughing. He should have been answering the phone as it was ringing for a good 3mins. Instead he said out loud that he guesses some people just can’t take a hint. Overall bad experience here, don’t recommend

Had an overall good experience at this store. Everything felt a little cluttered and "mid-renovation" inside. But, I got the four pieces of bacon, five jalapeno peppers, cream cheese, bag of frozen tarot tots and rocky road ice cream I needed, no problem. The store employees were helpful and friendly. I'll be back.

Nice clean store . Full service meat department with butcher on site. The prices are extremely high. markup is comparable to prices in Santa Barbara, not for our area. Prices are hiked due to convenience of being only store with food within 2 miles. Not local friendly in this manner.

Everyone there knows me well and treats me like family. Because it is convenient, some of the non-staple items cost a little bit more. I am most impressed with their old-school Meat Department. They have a professional butcher who cuts and packages meats and delicious items to order. The Mexican-style prepared meats are extra delicious. In most cases their price is comparable to the larger stores in town. In some cases they have the competition's prices beat! Think back, if you can, to the Neighborhood Markets in the 50's & 60's. This will definitely take you there!

UPDATED! The bad owners are now gone! I have changed my review as this place has undergone new management! Yay! I stopped in and am really happy with the change and customer serviceGreat job!———————————————————————————-GO THE EXTRA MILE. This store is only one in the Village and they know they've got you. Prices are dollars higher. They prey on the wealthy people in the area as well as the people who have no choice when they need something fast.Horrible. I had frequented this store for almost a year. The ladies were nice to me and personable. I wouldn't mind paying more for an item if I like the business and the business appreciates my patronage.

If a supermarket and liquor store had a child, the child would be this place. If you live in Vandenberg Village, this is your go-to for a huge variety of beer, wine, and liquor as well as various convenience items. What really stands out to me is the butcher counter, which has a surprisingly large selection of high quality steaks, ribs, and other items. The guac and salsa are made in-house and are amazing, as well. I'm in this store at least three times a week!

Would be great if a single employee there took COVID seriously. Not a single employee wearing a mask... They could be asymptomatic since they're dealing with the public daily, handling money, etc. and pass it on to some of us who are immune suppressed. There are better than 300 confirmed cases in Lompoc and the village. Needless to say, I won't be returning. They clearly are apathetic regarding the safety and health of their customers. :-( Sad I liked shopping here.

I have been going to this market since we arrived here in June. Primary reason being daily made ceviche and guacamole. The man behind that counter is sweet and just overall nice. However, the manager, relatively young guy is RUDE RUDE RUDE. Two times in the last 3 days I walk in. He is yelling at the older woman, telling her she's incompetent, that he has to babysit her, yelling to do her job. This woman has been NOTHING but nice and I do believe they are family. This little jerk has no sense of respect or business to be behaving like that in front of customers. Second, today, I walk in and he's yelling to what appeared to be a vendor to SHUT UP. A cop showed up after. I am all for local business but this guy needs a lesson in professionalism. I feel bad for the rest of the workers in there as they are NICE and subjected to his moody tirades. Bad, bad form.

I bought milk that was over three months expired and i am in my third trimester of pregnancy. I got extremely ill. When i went back to let them know i was made to feel like a lier even though i brought back the milk container and my recete. The young man who wore glasses ras extremely unprofessional and rude! He had a bad attitude and no compassion

They are in middle of changing their store layout. It's looking will good. I am excited to see the finishing results. I hoping that they will able to have their prices no higher than Albertsons. They will many customers Vandenberg Village, Missiin Hills, The country Culb, Messa Oaks and maybe Vandenberg AFB.that will prefer to shop at their store rather than dining to Lompoc.

Got the tuna poke bowl and my girlfriend got the chicken bowl. Lets start out with how great zanes customer service was helped ua figure out what we wanted and then put aome music on and did his thing. Next the tuna poke is out of this work the seaweed salad the rice the fish is fresh and the sauce has a perfect amount of hear ! Will definetly be back soon.

The Vandenberg Space and Sea Service Unit was told by the manager they could sell cookies at Village Market. Then at 2:45pm Saturday, February 23, 2013, the four Brownies were told they couldn't sell cookies and had to leave the property by the owner (the Manager is his son). He was rude and stated I could pay $100 to $200 to sell Girl Scout cookies. I will only support businesses (big or small) that support my interest, i.e. Girl Scouts. I had to explain to three 3rd graders why we couldn't sell our cookies and why life isn't fair sometimes.

Horrible. First time I went in there i bought milk and eggs , Guess what ? After I got home they were expired, this place has so much health issues and I don't know how they get away with it . DIRTY FILTHY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . They have a restaurent that stinks and dirty as well and over priced . There was Flys on the food I saw it and I took a picture of it . I don't advice any one to go there unless they have too
