Super helpful staff.....I am going thru medical treatments which makes me nauseous and super sleepy and Ernie helped with a selection I could afford that helped as well as helped in keeping me more awake. He was so caring and so kind I wish I could've tipped more. I will definitely go back while I'm going thru treatments.

This morning myself and a friend came in and had the most pleasant time ever with Jennifer. Not only was she super patient she was extremely knowledgeable and so sweet. It felt like our first time in a shop and she made it extremely fun and exciting. I will definitely be returning if she's working I loved her vibe and her smile. She had had laughing and got us top shelf products. I hope she gets a raise cause she deserves every dime!!!!!

I absolutely love Royal healing in Emporium it’s gonna go to spot! The staff is amazing very helpful and knowledgeable you can’t beat the daily deals!I was happy to get a new strain from Kali Gold! I was gettingApple Tarts the 3 g jars but, they got new flavors in! So I got Bahama mama I didn’t realize at the time it was a sativa but, it is absolutely delicious. It has a wonderful crumbly buttery consistency.I also was able to get a gram of sugar tarts from glass house overall, this was a great visit. I was able to obtain the necessities to help medicate and help me feel better. Thank you so much.

Took a trip to Solvang and this was the closest dispensary, got lucky and there was a brand handing out sweet deals! Got a brand new battery and 2 carts for only $40 that day! Jared, was great! He was very helpful as I don’t go into store often. I told him what I liked and BAM!! He grabber it and he had a lot of energy and was very up beat, he had a mask but I could tell he was happy to help, I got what I wanted and I gave him a $10.00 tip then went to my car. I got home and put my cartridge and pod on their batteries and smoked them both. I was very happy with Jared’s choice’s. Thank you so much for helping me

Doing business here was a great experience. The driver, Anthony, was really nice, friendly, and great at communicating time and such with me. When I called the store to order the man who took my call was also very nice and friendly, incredibly helpful. I was being a total pain in the butt, and he didn’t seem annoyed with me at all. (Completely unintentional, it’s just who I am lol) Also mentioned a promotion they had going on, which I would not have know otherwise, and I’m sure other businesses wouldn’t have even offered. (I didn’t catch his name, I’m so sorry!) I’m really impressed by the service and will definitely be shopping here again!

My first time coming in I was greeted by a kind gentleman who helped get me signed in and quickly got me through the door. Entering into the main room all the products are laid out in distinct areas by type, wax refrigerator, a case for pre roll, trees and a huge selection of cartridges (my personal favorite). Ben helped me through the process of picking which brand would be best for me and my wallet, he was extremely helpful and had a great attitude to boot. Tori helped me my second time coming in and let me tell you when I had a question she knew the answer and when it comes to questions I've got plenty. Killer service, great staff and even better prices.

I’ve always been a big fan of Royal healing! They Always have a great product selection with the lowest prices around (with deals on top!) Eugene delivered today and he was AWESOME! Super friendly, great to talk to, and quick with the delivery. Most places can take hours but he was here in like 45 minutes!

Visited here a few times and the Budtender I had today (Tori) was terrible, she was unfriendly and not very interested in helping me pick something that I would like. Every question I asked was answered with an attitude and rushed. No other customers in the store 😒 🙄 Definitely would not recommend making a visit if you want friendly service!!

Staff was great, Prices are really good. And I got some Straight Gas for less than I was expecting. I wish I remembered the guys name that recommended it. Overall, Ruben and the tall guy with the ponytail that recommended what I got were Great!
