I have been taking my dogs, one which is blind, to Peggys for the past 10 years, and I can confidently say that they provide an exceptional grooming experience. As a pet owner of a visually impaired canine, I have always been concerned about finding a groomer who can cater to my dog's unique needs, and They are amazing with him! He loves going there and he comes out looking amazing! Mackenzie is so sweet with them and there is NO WHERE else I would send my dogs. I moved to Santa Maria a few years ago and I still drive back to town just to take my pups to Peggy's

We almost didn't go back after 2 bad experiences. Yesterday we decided to give them one more chance... other places talk to my dog Charlie and pet him and make him comfortable before going back. This place just grabbed his leash and dragged him back.... after I saw his grooming I took him outside where I could see better and noticed was very choppy looking. Some spots longer than others and then some spots that are shaved way to short i can see his skin. Very disappointed because they used to be good but we won't be going back.

I took my dog coco there and when I went to pick him up his paws were bleeding and also I noticed he wouldn’t open his eye causing me to take him to the er and had to pay 500$ to treat his eye. At the end, the Vet said his eye got a cut and had to put a cone on him. I am absolutely devastated, after I contacted Breeana and asked if anything happened she said nothing had happened and charged us an extra fee for the “special handling” but ended up cutting his eye and now having this problem with my pet. I trusted them with my dog, not having any injuries prior to the grooming and now having a problem with his eye. Took him there before no problems and now having this huge problem horrible.

This is absolutely the BEST grooming & caring pet facility in town. Peggy & her crew of McKensie & Amber shower the dogs with love and outstanding care. There are many good grooming locations in Lompoc but Peggy’s Pup & Suds not only grooms, they love and care for every single patient. They have become “family” to us. We highly recommend them ❣️❣️

They have been very helpful to me and my pets. I had to cancel many times because of covid and scheduling issues and they have been so kind. I would support this business and help keep this pet and parents friendly business going. It's hard to find a groomer for and 14 + dog. Please call them for an appointments.

They are great i had been to other groomers who could not groom my dog because my dog was so afraid and hes 83lbs. I went to them and they set 2 hours aside to get to know my dog before trying to wash and do his nails. I picked him up happy and clean. Very greatfull to them for their kindness to my dog and to top it off they only charged my the regular price for nails and a bath.Thank you Lynn and Reggie

I have to change groomer since the last one was not good for my Khloe. But this place is great, they listen to your concerns and when you with up your pet they tell you what is wrong or ok with them. Always with a smile and a friendly smile.

If I could I would have gave no stars It’s sad I called them they don’t get back to you until after the fact, even if I wanted to cancel the appointment, they wouldn’t even know I got a text saying they could groom cookie tomorrow I don’t even have an animal named cookie that’s the wrong name and second they just want to charge for me missing an appointment when they never got back to me that’s bad business if you guys come here I hope it works out for you, but I did it for me. I was referred and obviously they don’t care because they just fill it with the next one bad bad business all the way thanks for the call back

I've been going to Stacy for the past 5 years and I've never had a bad experience with her. She always takes good care of my 4 dogs and they come back happy and looking adorable. Peggy's pup n suds is honestly the only place I trust with my dogs.

Did an OK job on my dog, but lots of long stringy hairs all over his body that were missed… He almost seems traumatized by the day and not like himself but not sure what happened. I won’t be going back.

We adopted our 125lbs Great Pyrenees from a family who shaved him once a year and kept him in a dirt and concrete covered back yard. HE WAS A MESS! His chest was caked with drool and mud; his entire winter coat was stuck/matted to his top coat. Peggy's Pup N Suds were able to squeeze our big guy in the same day we brought him home! We've been going every few months ever since (almost 2 years.) Shelly is great! I cannot recommend these groomers more 💕🐺

They do a nice job on our 2 big Aussies. $60 each to wash, trim shaggy fur, nails, clean ears, etc. Very kind & patient with animals & people.

Shelly took care of my puppies like they were her own. Which means a lot. Since my little one is very timid. And has been a challenge with grooming. I cant say enough about how happy I was to see them happy and groomed just a few hours later.

Attention don't bring your dog here!!!!There is a post on the internet that they left a dog unattended & was hung to death it is Literally sickening to me cuz 2 days prior my dog was there & who knows how they treated her they lost a customer in me & I hope everyone is made aware of the tragic insudent & my prayers go out to the family this has happen to I love my dog & I would sue /destroy this business if it was my family .

Shelly did an amazing job on my Lucy. This is the second session I've had with Shelly and Lucy could not have been more excited to see her favorite groomer! I highly reccomend Shelly and this location! 10/10

I took my Australian Sheppard in and ask for a trim and the practically shaved him. When I called the groomers to let them know they cut my dog behind his ear bad all they said is put neosporan or Vaseline to help it. Worst service ever. If they couldn’t do a trim they should have called me instead of just chopping all my dogs hair.

Unprofessional how do you leave a dog tied on a table and not hear it strangle to death. You never leave an animal in any capacity that they could injure them selves or others. I'm just at a loss for words.

Absolutely horrible place. They yell at the animals, leave them alone in unsafe places, and quality is very poor. A dog was left to hang and died, and what’s worse is they called the pet owner like nothing happed, they had to find out when they got there.

To the people posting these malice comments how would you feel if you would have been the groomer that this happened to you would you like the way people treated you I know all these ladies they are amazing it was an accident yeah things could have been different but what you people are doing slandering this business is wrong and since it's on public forum I would watch my back because they might be ale to sue you all fir Ander and defamation of character
