Used their Dog washing facilities on site.A fair price and convenient.👍👍Highly recommend the Tea Tree Shampoo they supply for Fleas. (plesantNot Perfumy smell)The staff has always been polite and professional also.Lemo's is fortunate to have a person like Sergio on the staff/team!Helpful,friendly and good people & animal skills. It's a animal feed store so not a lot to say about it except that they have a good selection of middle to high priced feed for all your pets. That said they let my mother who is 72 years old and weighs 98 pounds carry out her own bag that had 30 pounds of bird seed and 8 pounds of dog food plus a couple odds and ends as well. The guy that was working was just walking out beside her and chatting away with whoever he was on the phone with. I guess she should be thankful that he opened the door for her right?

The staff is always so helpful and the curbside pick up is very convenient. They can be so close to closing and still help me without giving me any grief. I have had nothing but good experiences here and appreciate the knowledgeable staff because good help is hard to find these days. If my pot belly pig could talk she would definitely say go to Lemos😁

Yes, like everyone else their prices have gone up! However, their shelves are stocked and if they don't have it ~ they can get it! Lemos is a privately owned company. I've been shopping here for many years. Staff is pleasant (rude ones don't last long in this store!) It's a fairly busy store ~ but, will take a minute to share a story. Staff nows their products 🤗 I love that I have never had to ask them them to load 200# pounds of chicken feed and 1 20 pound bag of cockatiel into my car ❤️ (unlike some of the larger feed be stores). And never had a complaint about the quality of the merchandise 🤗

I love bringing my dog to the Lompoc store! We get his food there and the staff is amazing! Brianna went above and beyond with customer service when we purchased our food. She helped narrow down the right thing for him since he is now a senior dog, she went out of her way and helped us get the bag to the car. I also noticed she greeted me as soon as I walked into the store! Thank you Brianna!

I come in weekly with my dogs and they just love the Lompoc store in general but Brianna always pays special attention to them helping me with the dogs bath and picking up the perfect grain free treat options and has been super helpful with finding the right food for my dog with sensitivities since she herself can relate on a personal level to the struggle of certain issues with the fur babies. She is awesome! They look forward to seeing her every time and so do I! she managed to work both registers while being the only one upfront at the time and efficiently took care of all of us ready for checkout.

The cashier was very friendly,helpful to our needs. Answered questions recomended products and personable. The end caps of the aisle were little to close to 1 aisle when we turned corner into aisle. A lot of available products for pets. Clutter free store and new products I have never seen.

The only place to buy pet products besides Petco and grocery stores. Great variety of foods and other items for dogs, cats, farm, and other pets. One very young employee who was attentive was not very knowledgeable, but the rest are great. Just ask!

Much too expensive. I was supposed to get some sort of discount that would be $18.00 off of seresto, but I only got $10.00 off and then 1 mail in coupon for !5.00, even though I bought 2. I appreciate that they are family run, but the difference in pricing is huge compared to on line. So I will just have to watch their ads.

I have not been there in over 2 yearsDo to a divorce and having an x family member being the managerI was told that I have to go to a different store of theirs that was twice as far and all I get is 9 miles per gallon in the truck I own. I had no problem with the x family member but I guess she had one with me. Their managers are aloud to kick anybody they want out for no reason and the main office will believe everything their manager says and the main office says that the manager can do what ever they want because she is the manager.

Lemos is great! They have high quality dog food at prices lower than larger competitors that have stores nationwide. Plus, they have discounts of 15% quite frequently on certain items. The staff is always friendly, helpful and easy to find. I, also, love their pet wash station. For $15 you can wash your pet in an elevated tub. They supply you with the shampoo, waterproof apron, towels, and hair dryer at the end. Plus, you get as long as you need! No grooming, which is the only thing I can thinknof that might make the store better.

My favorite store for pet food, treats and toys. Always ask if there is a deal; something marked down or 2 for 1 pricing.They will automatically carry out your bags of food to your car.
