They should honestly close shop. The cashiers seem lazy and unmotivated, which makes me feel like the manager probably doesn't care about the business. They get 1 star for the shelves, always being neat and stocked, but other than that, it's going to close sooner or later.

I frequent the local Grocery Outlet store in Lompoc CA However, I will stop going there and give my business elsewhere. We went in on Wednesday December 27 2023 5:36 pm Cashier Patty wasn't courteous, or intelligent the manager of the store even worse. We had two packs of Mission Mini Street flower tortillas which had included stickers of .55 cents off coupons on them by the manufacturer. We were told they don't except manufacturer coupons. Which is pretty ignorant of them to say. We didn't walk in with coupons expecting a discount. They were sticker coupons on them by the manufacturer. If they don't except coupons then take the sticker coupons off. Very ignorant decision by that store manager. Well, I won't be going back there if that's how they treat customers. Plus they pretty much only carry and offer mostly closeout products. Not a real quality store. If you don't care that you're not appreciated, and treated as a valued customer, or care about quality, then continue to go there. But, they don't deserve my business.

Employees are friendly and helpful . Merchandise consists of well rounded offerings from a core of everyday basic goods to organic and specialty items including beers and wines . I shop here regularly and my neighbors do too

Interesting Specials like Liquid Death @$6.99/12 can case. One third Walmart's price! Hard to find the specials on repeat visits.

We were visiting Lompoc and decided to drop by. The store is similar to the ones that I have been to & found unique items from known brands. It has good selection of reasonably priced wines. The cashier is friendly and nice.

Not organized at all. One cashier while other employees available to run another register. Waited in line for a manager to fix an issue for another customer. Manager walked away and we stood in line another 5 mintues and at a complete stand still. I gave up andcwalked out. Not worth the hassle.

If you are looking for a great deal on great food, Grocery outlet is a must. I am always shocked what I find when I am doing a food treasure hunt here. The staff are awesome. They have a very youthful vibe which is very refreshing. The franchise owners are good people who help the community very much, and are a sweet young family. Thanks for being in Lompoc!

After 20 years of living in Lompoc, I find this store to be my favorite addition to our lovely community. Employees work hard to ensure stock is rotated, bathrooms are fresh, and they have their fastest cashiers on register during the push. The best part about GO is a toss up between their deli and their snack selection. Sure you could go in and get your Lay's potato chips and Hillshire Farms turkey, but you could also walk out with six cans of crescent rolls, black forest bacon ends and pieces, and pickle flavored Chex Mix for the same price (okay maybe a dollar more, but its bacon and you'll love it).Just remember this place is like a well organized treasure hunt- it's about the journey, not the destination. You will always find something you'll enjoy even if it's not what you came for.

Grocery Outlet Lompoc has the BEST beer and wine selection in Santa Barbara County. Hands down. Added bonus, the owners are local and donate to the community. They have some of the most clever marketing that you can find on social media.

The owners are people who do things that are people-like. They are most certainly not from another planet named Planet Bargain where everyone only buys groceries at a great price. Just normal people there, doing normal people things. That's all.

By far my favorite grocery store! They have a wide selection of organic products along with unique items I wouldn’t normally seek out (because they would be way too expensive at any other store). There are always interesting “finds” in the wine selection too which are fun to discover. Everyone there is super friendly and the place is sparkling clean. There’s almost never a reason to shop anywhere else, and when I do, it’s painful in comparison.

Great place and clean. Surprisingly nice produce.They seem to be a bit bigger in size compared to the Santa Maria one, so it appears they can leave product on shelves longer with not as much need for fast turn over rate, still great deals here, just less than the Santa Maria one.

Had fun at the Grocery Outlet today. Sure, prices are high everywhere these days ~ but, found some excellent deals on products I actually use and eat! Name brand stuff ~ didn't have to guess if it was made in China 😉 And I can always count on Grocery Outlet to put the Egg Nog early ~ love nog in my coffee 😋 I'm not a drinker ~ just like to check out the names on the wine bottles. "The Screaming Goat" ~ don't you just want to buy it for the name? 🤣 And the cashiers have always been nice to me ~ very friendly and listen to my chatter as I'm checking out. A little small talk with the cashier is important to me ~ could be the only person I talk to all day. Today, I'm giving 5 stars! 🤗

This place always has something that surprises me and I end up leaving with more then I planned on. It's always well stocked with items but it can't get a little long of a wait at the register. They try to do a good job and call in when they need help on the lines. Give this place a shot, I didn't look dirty and was organized well, just keep an eye on the expiration dates.
