I looove this Walmart Neighborhood Market! The best in the IE! I can’t get over how accommodating and nice every worker was. I will forever continue to do my shopping here for basic essentials. So glad I found this place! I don’t have to go to the bigger Walmart and I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles for a great experience.

This is usually a neat and clean store that is easy to get in and out of, unless you make the mistake of getting in a checkout lane with a cashier “Ilene” She is slower than drying paint. She talks on and on and on instead of just ringing up customers. She is clueless with how to efficiently sack groceries. She thinks it’s appropriate to ask customers where they live. She is the Worst employee at that store! I gave 2stars because it’s a neat and clean store if it wasn’t for that cluelessness employee I would’ve given a 5star.

I'm going to give a 4 star because I NEVER buy food from Walmart but I'm in LA visiting family so that's where they shop. We went in it was nice it smelled clean it looked clean and ofcourse the prices were not bad at because it's walmart. The employees were very helpful even the customers here were helpful amd nice. If I eat and I'm all good I will give it another star 🌟 but if anything makes me sick down to a one. All jokes aside it was a walmart of just food and it made me feel better about buying the food I dpnt like supercenters food does not belong with clothes and dog food. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

5 Stars... OUTSTANDING! Always a great place to shop, it's convenient and fast, it was my first time ordering my items online and for a drive up it was fast and easy I can pick the time I'm available to pick up at the drive-up. The associate Jay was very helpful and detailed with all the info I needed! A plus was they gifted me with goodies for being a first time drive up. Good job guys! 👍🏼

The strawberry and the blueberry taste like METAL gave me stomach Ache and Diarrhea.The Great Value chicken is even WorsT tasting with so much Sodium.Walmart is more expensive with worst products nowadays.

Rosemary in the customer service area did not allow me to return an item even though Walmart online said I could return to any Walmart location. She told me to go to Redlands to return it. Even though it was an online purchase. When I spoke with Walmart customer service over the phone they said they were extremely disappointed with the service, and that should not happen. The agent open the item but at the same time said she could not take it. I am not sure why she opened it if she already knew she was not able to take it. She said that if she took it it would be a loss on their Walmart location, and that it was my responsibility to go to another Walmart location to return it. Never have had such an experience before.

I was helped by a young man named james, he was a very respectful man. He went outside in the rain to go get me a cart when there was none. To my surprise, he brought a whole row up. Not only did he get me a cart, but he wiped it dry for me. This is what I call customer service. Will be back soon!

I'm a local resident and I just wanted to praise this store for the wonderful work they're doing. This store is always in order, the people running it are awesome, kind, caring, and helpful. BIG shout-out to the pickup staff! Please don't stop providing this service. You guys ALWAYS do such a wonderful job shopping for everything I need to take care of my family. We're truly very lucky to have this little spot in our town. It's great for a quick run in and run out trip to the store. You'll find most everything needed for your fridge, pantry, and everyday household items here without having to head too far away. If I could change one thing, it would definitely be having a cashier ran register for help with our bigger in person shopping trips. I'm always afraid to scan an entire basket full of groceries while leaving my toddler at risk of falling from the cart while scanning everything. This is precisely why pickup services has become our go to and is essential to our family. Please keep order pick up around! It's enabling this disabled mom to be independent. Thank you.

This is one of the busiest stores, but the employees are all nice and it keeps me coming back regardless. Today started out bad, but after going to Walmart my day has gotten better. Learned the self check out today, it was easier than I thought. Store was extra busy today, but check out was fast and easy. Self check out is sometimes confusing, but employees are always there to help. Can't say anything bad about this store. Well, I was wrong. I was disappointed today when I went, the produce was terrible, the shelves were a little bare, and the Sunday employees aren't very friendly. Today the store was really busy, but one thing about this store is that if you need help with checking out they will open a check out lane to help you with your check out if you have a lot of groceries.

I went shopping her last night and it was most certainly one of the best walmarts I've been too. I went to get cosmetics and a young man came over to help me as soon as i clicked that button for help. His name was james, he helped me find so many items that i would have never found on my own. All i can truly say is i will be back to this store and hopefully I'll see that young man as a manager teaching others how to behave in such a manner.

This Walmart is undoubtedly the best one in the area. It may be a neighborhood market and slightly smaller, it surprisingly manages to cater to all my needs effectively. I have been utilizing their curbside pickup service quite frequently, and without a doubt, this location provides a far superior experience compared to other stores. I even drive a few extra minutes to shop here than other stores in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

When the store open it was well organized and there was plenty of fresh food option - it is not the case anymore.There is many self-checkout terminals but just a few are used at once - checkout is slow.

Some of the grocery shelves were empty or near empty in their defend it appeared they may have just received their store order. But the store looked dirty and the shelves were disorganized the items looked as if they were just thrown up not appealing. Some items I put back and will purchase them at another store. But our cashier was wonderful, great customer service.

Whenever I have an appointment at Loma Linda I usually stop by this location because it's so close. The store itself is a bit small but I'm usually able to get in and out in a timely manner. The lines are never too crazy the several times I have visited and the store seems cleaner than the Upland and Pomona locations which are much closer to my home.

I like dropping into this Walmart Neighborhood market for convenience. It is usually well stocked with the basics I need. Today I stopped by for paper plates and some frozen foods. It was, again, a quick in and out. And in another update, I stopped in and was delightfully surprised to find pumpkins and gourds!

I want to give this Walmart a shout out and 5 stars for their excellent service. One time, there was no carts by the entrance and I asked an employee where I could get one and she kindly went out to the parking lot to grab one for me. The environment inside is always clean and organized. They are doing a great job with pickup orders as well - it is accurate and they are always friendly / professional. Thank you guys for your service!

The Walmart Neighborhood Market in Loma Linda is a fully stocked supermarket with most of the goods and departments found in other large supermarkets. What sets this market apart from others I'd the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A pleasant surprise for a large retailer. The prices are also very competitive. We will return.

This walmart is a very popular Walmart. I like this Walmart because the prices are so good. And the employees are nice and courteous and helpful. I just wanted to point out my most favorite notice about this Walmart. I have never seen a nicer. Cleaner. Or fresher looking products on the shelves. And speaking of shelves. Everything was so we'll stocked and straighten and perfectly in order. Unbelievably nice job to the employees that keep the store clean and stocked. This is now my go to favorite grocery store. Everything is so fresh. I'll always be coming here to shop. One thing I did notice is that they only have 20 shopping carts. 20 really in an area like that. Most populated. Saw a number of people waiting just for a cart. Might wanna order some more for the citizens. Anyways I really think this is an amazing store. And I think you'll love it too.

This location has really gone downhill in 2022. 4/4 times during my last visits, I've had to find my own shopping cart out in the lot as there are none at the entrance, and no employees retrieving them. The corrals in the lot are full of carts.Paying/trying to leave is consistently a barrier. The self checkout options with the belts are always closed, as is the employee-ran cashier lane - leaving only the small self checkouts. Meanwhile there are steadily 3-4 employees standing in self checkout, usually on their phone or huddled/talking, not assisting patrons.If you come here for the low prices to offset inflation or to get a better deal, you will pay for it in lack of convenience.Aside from that, the store is clean and well-stocked.

I would like to say that this Walmart is my favorite! It always have what I need, from meats to fresh veggies. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I want to thank you Mona for assisting me in bagging and loading my groceries in car. I never would have made it!Shout out to Ms Loretta too. I enjoy her service also.
