Beautiful, well stocked store. They have a wide variety of fresh flowers and pre made bouquets. Fresh sushi, deli items, cheese varieties etc. no lines, friendly staff. 5 out of 5 Stars in my book!

Not in a very good area. Every time I go someone is either being arrested or stealing. Most of the workers are great while some aren't very courteous. Two employees were having a conversation very loudly while I was in between them. One was explaining a sign and the other was yelling that she didn't know what she was talking about. It was unprofessional and uncalled for.

This grocery store is a God send. Anytime of day I ever need anything food related, this is my go to spot. The floors are clean, the shelves are stocked nicely, and the staff is helpful, especially the meat department. Everything is so fresh, and the season, cut up, or grind anything I need. I lover their tumbled tri tips too. The amount of flavor they pack in is unreal! Heck, even this stores bathrooms are clean, unlike other stores in the area. The store manager does a stellar job keeping things in line. Always observe her having good interactions with other customers and employees, as well experiencing them myself. Thank you stater bros for having this top notch store in this area.

This stater bros location is a nightmare.I used to love shopping at this location in Loma Linda, but I've noticed since the former manager left this store has gone downhill. It's close to home and convenient to stop by on the way home from work, yet I will not be shopping here ever again. I refuse to spend my money at Stater Bros due to this location.The store manager, Jessica Brown, is a snobby person who lacks customer service. To be quite frank, I'm not sure how Stater Bros allowed this person to manage a store.All of the cashiers are extremely rude, pay no attention to the customers, and always make me feel like I'm a burden to shop here. Sorry if I'm disrupting your conversations.One thing I can say positively about this store is that the shelves are always fully stocked and I always find what I'm looking for and some employees are happy to help.The only way I would consider shopping at Stater bros again is if management is replaced. Some serious work needs to be done here.

I love shopping at my local stater bros in Loma Linda. I always get such great service. The store is super clean. The deli has fresh made to order sandwiches soooo tasty. Sometimes we even catch some nature out in the parking lot. Like thees geese just strolling through the parking lot. Awesome.

Mostly they have the things that I need but if they don't I'll go to Redlands or Colton which have a bigger variety outside the blue zone. They never have gumbo file which is frustrating cuz I've requested it a few times and I know that more than me have needed it. Still no gone both away 4/23

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight at this location! A female key carrier named Eileen handled my transaction.. how i know shes a key carrier is because i actually used to work at this staters so i know who's role is whos by the color aprons, anyhow she was just chit chatting with everyone around her and doesn't even properly greet me as I walk up just jumps straight to asking if I need bags.. I requested for my items to be bagged a certain way, cold items together and dry items separated simply because i had a long drive to where i was going and she literally doesn't even respond or relay the message to the clerk that walked up to help bag for her.. she honestly looked disturbed by my request so none of my cold items were bagged together everything was mixed up in the bags.. doesn't even thank me or hand me my receipt just throws it in the bag.. so I go to my car to rebag everything in complete disbelief in how horrible I was treated by this person smh I've never felt so unwelcome shopping somewhere until today .. I will not be returning to this location at all anymore!

Hmm, there are only 3 stats for Stater brothers today. We stopped by the deli counter and inquired about the freshness of the baked and fried chicken. The girl behind the counter 1st said it was cooked about an hour ago, then she said no, it was 30 minutes ago. Well, we left without making a purchase!

Stater Bros has continued improving their interiors and increasing the varieties of groceries available. It's nice to have a nearby store with almost anything that you might need.

I truly appreciate my local Stater Bros. Market. The employees are always friendly, and professional. Unlike some places, Stater Bros. Market always open extra registers when need be. The fact that they do not have self-checkout is an absolute plus for me. Fresh meats, sushi, and cut fruits are always on the ready. Lastly, the store is always clean, and bright.

The store looks nice inside, but it just seems the service is not as great amymore. Everytime I park I always see the person collecting carts with ear phones in, or scrolling through his or her phone. Arent you "on the clock?" Stand in front of the meat counter or service deli and you can see employees having a good time, but not paying attention to the front counter. Produce prices are quite high compared to other markets. Nicely stocked produce all the time compared to the stater bros on alabama street in Redlands. Stater bros just isnt the same when it comes to customer service at this store. Personal conversations never end at the checkstands either. I dont want to hear cashiers talking across from behind me to talk to the one rining up my items. Should I move out the way so you can talk? Would give 1 star, but it is a nice store and is well stocked. There are a few select employees who are actually nice there who make up for some bad trips to the market.

I went to get the hot chicken meal deal with Mac and cheese and 4 rolls. had most of my shopping done. the lady tells me the manager doesn't allow them to give Mac and cheese. so instead of giving you all my hard earned money, I left my grocery cart with refrigerated items sitting in the middle of the aisle. Have fun putting it all back you cheapskates! I left and took my business elsewhere instead of a place so cheap it's the only Stater Bros that I've come across that doesn't allow Mac and cheese. Your Store is WHACK!!! First Yelp and now Google negative review!!Their produce department is terrible as well. they get like the worst fruits and vegetables.

Bought 3 fried chicken breasts this afternoon in the deli section. They taste like they are not fresh, have been reheated a couple of times, and are so tough it is near impossible to bite into them. Total waste of money. Deeply disappointed. Have been shopping here for over nine years.

Cleaner and more modern that other Stater Bros that I've shopped in. I like the sushi vendor (the prices are good and it's fresh made in store) next to the deli at the front of the store. The bakery and deli are always fresh. The prices can be high but you can still find bargains. The produce area is small with a somewhat limited selection, but everything is kept near and fresh. The meat counter occasionally has good deals and the meats are always fresh.The staff is always polite and friendly. I usually only buy the sale items here because their regular prices are higher than from Walmart, Food4less or Aldi's.
