Long lines and wait times in the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they are special ordering a medication and it would be in within two days at the latest and they will notify me. I went in 5 days later when I never heard from them and they informed me they can’t order it. When asked when they were going to let me know. She said “I don’t know.” Don’t waste your time, with this pharmacy.

I visited the Loma Linda RA and had the worst experience at this store it’s no wonder why Google rating based on customer satisfaction is 2.9. First my wife is employed by RA and I went in assuming that the service would be like it is at my local RA and I was completely wrong. The assistant manager Prudence proceeded to profile the wrong person and family. Totally obvious that she discriminates based on color other than hers. My receipt reads serviced my Torina and her name badge read Prudence. And Prudence and Torina proceeded to talk about my family and I as we were shopping. Both of the associates proceeded to comment about how they couldn’t believe the kind of people that come in that RA store sometimes. They called security watch over the makeup aisle as 2 of my daughters were picking out makeup to buy. Let’s keep in mind my 2 daughters were the only 2 customers in those aisle s. Can we say (ADDITIONAL DIVERSITY TRAINING TOGETHER) please. Especially to someone whose spouse works for RA as well. This cannot be a way to treat customers. My wife always tells me to G.E.T. That means Greet, Engage, and Thank. Which I received none of. So so so disappointing.

Store employee super rude. He could not bother to look up at the customer when asked a question. His answered were cold and rude. Not even helpful. Then got mad that the customer interrupted his counting.The pharmacist was the opposite. She was super sweet in answering a question about an over the counter product.

Such an amazing service for ice cream 🍦..Kevin was so patient when ordering different flavors. Not rushing us and super Friendly. My 7 year old son gives Kevin and this Rite Aid a 10/10.

April Canaan, RP is a representative of Rite Aid Pharmacy & the way she conducted herself is unacceptable & very unprofessional. I brought my son to get his Flu shot on 10/15/2023 & was very upset with my experience & also offended by her. She basically called myself, my son & her co-worker liars! I was standing at the window when her co-worker asked if she's going to lunch & April said yes, then the co-worker asked when we should come back & April said, to myself, my son & her co-worker to come back after 2:30 pm. My son & I return after 2:30 pm & was greeted by April. She ask how she can help & I said my son is here for a Flu Shot. She then told us she can't help us & to return at 3:30 pm. I said no, cause we were just there at 1:15 pm & you asked us to come back & now that were here & you want us to come back again at 3:30 pm. Then I told April, you were the one who replied to your co-worker the time to come back & I & my son were a witness to that. She then said in a rude & loud voice, with her arms flailing, she never said that! I said yes, you did & in front of your co-worker. April then again insisted she never replied to come back after 2:30 pm & blamed her co-worker for misinformation. So we waited. When her co-worker came back, April asked her to get the Flu shot & administer it. I went in the room with my son & then told the co-worker that April is blaming her for my issue & I asked the co-worker to remember the conversation & if a time was said & the co-worker acknowledge yes, after 2:30. I'm upset for the humiliation it caused me, that April, a Rite Aide Employee, who doesn't even know me, that I am a nice, keep my head down, hard working & honest person, can be called a liar right to my face in front of my son. Unacceptable!!! April Canaan, RP you're the liar!!! The 3 stars is for the honest co-worker. Oh, another thing, I will be taking my business to another pharmacy.

Unhelpful staff. Told me they stopped taking digital coupons that you clip on the Rite Aid rewards app, when that wasn’t the issue. Stock is terrible.

These 5 stars are for Shawn in customer service only!!! He never fails to say hello to everyone who walks in the door, including when he is busy at the register with a customer. He is friendly. positive and provides excellent service-even when he has to walk to the back of the store to unlock one on the MANY plexiglass cases protecting the products from shoplifters.

Pharmacy could care less about people. Do not get your meds from this place. Walmart just up the street are better human beings. This place will leave you waiting and never get back to you until you call and they say sorry, too late we are closing. Also, doctors and dentists have had bad experience with pharmacists as well... Just stop by and get your ice-cream and leave. Save your self the stress and headache.Update - Still same hot mess. People working at the pharmacy have something against their clients. Stay away… just stay away

Barton Road location is staffed by very friendly and helpful workers. When I asked a cashier if the store carried a product she came out and took me the the correct aisle. Pharmacy staff is also kind and pleasant. I have moved my rx's from CVS because of they make you feel valued as a customer

Worse service! If possible I would be giving negative stars. I have called for so many times straight two days in a row, kept ringing but nobody picked up the phone! My daughter is suffering and needed refill badly. After going there in person found out medications for my daughter are not even ready. Very disappointing.

I transferred my medication to this rite aide coz the location is near me and price is reasonable.The transfer process is very easy, it can be done via on line,I don’t have insurance but I do have GoodRx with gold membership,When I checked out for medication. I told the staff there, I have GoodRx with gold membership, is it the price already final, she said yeah,, so I paid all the medication. The next following days, my medication changed the doses, but the price is less than previous one, I asked about this issue but the staff not able to answer.

My son's prescription was out of stock at Rite Aid Loma Linda. The associate at Loma Linda (Barton) informed me they did not have it in stock and that I could order it with an estimated delivery 3 days out. That was not okay with me since my son needs his medication ASAP, so I asked the associate to call other Rite Aid pharmacies to see if they had any in stock. The associate declined my request stating they had too big of a line and were short staffed. I needed to wait until they could help me any further. I had already waited in a long line for my turn!!! I left the store and called 2 other Rite Aid pharmacy locations on my own. The Colton (Washington St) pharmacy said they were also out of stock, but the associate was happy to help me and even did a search to see which nearby pharmacy had the prescription. It took all of 2 minutes!!!! So disappointed in the customer service I received today.

The pharmacy is horrible. No respect or consideration for peoples time. I went to pick up fathers medicine, was quoted a 15 minute wait time. After waiting 30 minutes, still didn’t receive my father’s medicine. The pharmacy needs to quote more accurate waiting times or at the very least Checkin in on the customer but not to be acknowledge and wait over 30 minutes is completely unacceptable.

I transferred my prescription to this rite aid thinking they would be more professional & honest?.. what l got from them is Lies. Sending me text that my prescription would be ready on a certain date!. When l show up they say say it didn't go through,!. I can understand insurance reasons?.. but being l pay out of pocket !. Doesn't make sense why they lie?. This is the worse pharmacy ever.

I am really upset because I tried to go in to get my booster tonight. I called the pharmacy around 6:45 pm and asked if they were accepting walk-ins and they told me they were until 8pm, however, I show up and the pharmacist tells me they stop accepting walk-ins at 6pm….. I was the only one in line for a booster and they still didn’t take me even after I told them that they are the ones who told me they accepted walk-ins until 8pm….. This is why I don’t ever waste my time going to this pharmacy… thanks but no thanks… I’ll go get my booster right across the street at the Loma Linda Pharmacy where the customer service is freakin amazing…. Lesson learned….

I feel like every location leaves something to be desired. Personally, I get in and get out. I try not to interact with anyone unless I have to, but the pharmacy and staff have all been kind and helpful. I guess I’ve never actually lingered and shopped, so I really can’t complain about this spot!

Recently the Barton Rd, Loma Linda store experienced technical difficulties with their phone and internet, and I had to wait 5 days for my medications even though I paid for them online. It was frustrating to say the least but I want to praise Emily in the main office, Sean, Pharmacy Mgr, Ryan and Paul for going above and beyond to get things straightened out for me. It was circumstances beyond their control. Thank you, RiteAid*****

Pharmacy is really slow!!! It'll take about 10 minutes to check out even if there is no one in front of you. They'll say a drop-off is ready in 20 minutes- but it's consistently longer in my experience. Check out is often slow, with only one cashier and them tending other counters at the same time, be prepared to spend a long time in line.

This is my go-to pharmacy in Loma Linda. I love their drive-thru. I truly appreciate their level of customer service. Sean, one of their pharmacists, has always been so very helpful, especially when my health insurance really messed up two of my prescriptions. He went out of his way both times to get these obstacles straightened out. What a life saver!

This has been a horrrrrrrible experience today! After being a patient for over 10 years, I used the drive thru to pick up some meds. I have been here for over 90 minutes, with six cars behind me still waiting for the lady to come back & tell me something! I understand its busy, but seriously this is not how to do customer service. Please put Sean on days the pharmacy is busy and learn his customer skills, which are great. By the way, to add insult to the craziness, no one was answering the phone. Ugh!

Very bad customer service given by some Asian Pharmacist, from the Drop off to the pick up he had a bad attitude. When my husband picked up his meds this pharmacist seemed Inpatient, upset and rushing my husband, we asked him a question regarding a med and he looked at us annoyed and didnt answer us, just walked away to his computer and from there he asked for the med name he is currently taking, we didn’t remember the name so we tried showing him a picture of the med from our cell but he got bothered, rolled his eyes and made some rude gestures with his hands, made us feel very uncomfortable. Rite Aid pharmacy needs to fire that Asian dude!!! I’ve read previous reviews and this has happened to others as well!On the other hand some lady named Monique was wonderful, she was very nice over the phone and in person, great customer service!! Thanks Monique 😊

BRAND NEW LOOK! I've been going to this particular location for a very long time and before the renovations the store didn't look too good. I love the new look and the service has reflected that change. The staff are extremely nice and are quite helpful whenever you need to find something. Everything is extremely well stocked too! The best thing is the ice cream and it is always so good and there is always someone to help you.

Delicious and cheap ice cream. You just can't beat it anywhere. :)The store is laid out nicely, so it's easy to find stuff.There never seems to be many employees, though. There's always one at the register and one at the pharmacy, and the one time I came to get ice cream, there was an employee already there waiting because some other customers had just left. However, there's never any employees on the floor who you could ask for help finding something.
