I give Dollar Tree four stars out of five. I love the concept of everything being just $1, but there can be some variability in the quality of the items. I've found some great deals on things like cleaning supplies, party decorations, and greeting cards, but I've also bought things that fell apart after only a few uses.Another downside is that Dollar Tree stores can be a bit chaotic and disorganized. It can be tough to find what you're looking for, and the checkout lines can be long. But if you're patient and willing to dig around, you can find some great deals.Overall, I think Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for budget-friendly items. Just be sure to inspect the quality of the items carefully before you buy them, and be prepared for a bit of chaos.

I am unfortunate to realize that every time I go there, no matter how small the grocery list, they find time to be rude and unprofessional. I'll walk the extra couple miles and go to walmart. I feel like claiming that it is a dollar store and everything being over a dollar 25 is somewhat false advertising.

Truly great. I enjoy shopping in this store and my kidos don't even mention it. The prices are fixed totally to one dollar. The variety of articles are immense.

I needed mason jars, Coconut milk and condensed milk to make Coquito. I saved about $30 buying the rest of the ingredients from the Dollar Store where as I would have spent alot more if I went to the grocery store. The employees were great and very helpful.

Manager was stocking, which is a good thing. Lots of people in and out. Christmas items are already out, but not all of them. They have lots of foil containers for the holiday foods. So get them while you can.This is the dollar tree in Redlands.

The parking lot could use some cleanup. The inside part of the store is neat and we'll organized when I come around 11am this Saturday morning. The cashier was attentive and quick to open another cash register when she saw a line of more than 3 people. The choices of products are great. They are fully stocked for Christmas decorations, masks, and other things. Great deals for the bucks.

The store was clean. The staff were actively wiping things down between customers. So many fun Christmas decorations. I went for wrapping, got cute decorative boxes, cute gift bags. I also got so much tissue paper it was fantastic! A wonderful go-to for all of your wrapping and decorating needs. So much stuff and only spent $20.

Yes they have lots of cheap stuff, but the place is a mess! The outside parking lot is always full of litter, and inside the front door items are piled and falling over. Seriously, do us all a favor and invest in a couple outdoor trash cans!4/2023 UPDATEThey are doing much better with their outdoor cleanup, and with keeping the store more orderly. Keep it up y'all!

This store is horrible. I was shopping and had a lot of items in my hand and placed them in a small green hand cart and Maria the manager told me to take my things out my basket and use a push cart. I was then very uncomfortable and left. I was highly discriminated against.

This place is useful if you need cheap stuff generally I buy my laundry detergent here. I bought a couple of plates and bowls. The staff seems to always be pretty cool or nice. The majority of the things here are decent if you just need to use them for a day and throw away.

Liz is a phenomenal store manager. She keeps things running and does a great job. It takes a lot to be able to deal with huge shipments of merchandise to be put out on the shelves. Also, when its busy I see her putting up with abusive customers that complain about long lines and not enough registers open. That's out of Liz's control because she follows the labor laws and gives her employees their lunch breaks and regular breaks. She cannot force corporate to hire more people, so she does the best she can with what corporate gives her. She totally deserves to be praised and given a huge raise for what she goes through on a daily basis. I will continue to shop there as long as Liz is the manager. Place is stocked well and it's nice and clean. It had a huge varieties of food from canned to frozen items . It's like a tiny Walmart , but all items are one dollar. I feel super rich every time I go there. Love it!.

I love Dollar Tree & it used to be a great place to find all of my essentials. But the past few months, every time I go to shop there (and I've gone to 3-4 different stores in town!), it seems like all the stores are almost always out of the same item each time!! It is very disappointing to not be able to get the products I am used to buying at the great bargain prices!

The staff are generally okay, but on occasion you get one that doesn't know what they're doing... or doesn't care. Very rarely will employees step in if a customer is harassing other customers. It's a clean store, though, which is nice, but the 99 Cents Only just a few miles away is a better place to shop.

I don't go to this store often. The parking lot was very dirty. Trash all over, cans over flowing. A large store and only have 5 shopping carts, people keep stealing then. Unbelievable, that corporate hasn't replaced them. There are several things that can be done to keep them from being taken. Why in the world wants to steal a very small shopping cart.

I love the selection. This store always has great stuff that I don't see at other stores. They have beautiful Thanksgiving dishes in stock now. Sadly, this store is usually understaffed so there is always a wait but its worth it.

This store has a great selection of party decorations and supplies. It has a limited selection of food. Everything else is standard.The only caution I'd relate is that if you buy party supplies and anything happens so that the party is cancelled and you have to return items (for exchange only), you don't get store credit to use whenever. You can only exchange it right then and no food items (that part wasn't explained when I asked before I bought the items). I volunteered to do all of the legwork for a work baby shower, which was cancelled. I had to make returns to a number of stores, including a 99 Cent Store that had a better exchange policy and similar products.I will buy personal items at a Dollar Tree without reservation. I will buy future bulk party items at a 99 Cent store.

I didn't know what to expect, but there were some pretty cool things. The cashier that helped be was great, but the manager was terrible. He was acting as back up cashier when I was approaching check out and closed his register just as a large order essentially stopped movement on the primary cashier's line. He turned away someone with three items only to go chat with another employee as the line backed up to (I counted) 20 people. When the primary cashier did call for back up another woman came up to help, but everyone was already irritated, which really wasn't fair to his team. Very poor leadership.

You guys called dollar tree but there’s so many more things that are like more than a dollar there is something in the store that was for four dollars and I couldn’t believe it I just thought to myself wow you guys cannot name yourselves this is incredibly misleading this is horrible that’s what I thought to myself and then just when I thought it couldn’t get any more worse I turned around and I saw a bag of chips going for $200 and I’ll just turned around to my pet ant sitting on the table. And jumped all the way back to my car

This is the worst dollar tree i’ve ever been to, I came in to do an exchange and they gave me such a hard time and an attitude. The associate Breana didn’t seem like she wanted to help me out, she said she couldn't do an exchange, so she got her boss, Juan, and he didn’t want to come out of his office to help out, he said they usually don’t do exchanges, but he’ll do a one time courtesy exchange, he had an attitude and was rude. On top of that, the place was messy.

Terrible customer service. Cashier with the green hair was rude. I said thank you three times and she ignored me. I bagged my own items. She still ignored me. All the other employees have been amazing at this dollar tree but this particular cashier is rude and has to go. She refuses to acknowledge customers or even answer questions depending on her mood.

Use to really like this particular location, but in the past year it's not as impressive. Store is starting to feel run down. Certain areas look like a mess, no longer orderly. And due to theft they literally only have two push baskets. Employees are always friendly and ready to help if you need assistance.

I really like this store it is nice and clean and always fully stocked. Grace was really helpful with helping us find stuff in the store and Victoria was very friendly while ringing us up. This is my favorite dollar tree in the area😀

I love the amount of things I can get here, all for $1 - no more, no less. This store is organized nicely, always with the holiday things right in front - which is what I come for. Decorations which would be $5 at Target or Walmart are always $1 here.Only negative is that there's not really any employees you can ask where to find something - you have to go to the register and interrupt them there.

Some bargains here and there... Check the frozen food cases, seriously there are some good deals. Place to get some inexpensive party supplies. Low cost birthday and special occasion cards. Cleaning supplies are a bargain. I mean, blue window cleaner is blue window cleaner, here it's $1. Why pay $3 at some place like Target? Every $1 saved adds up at the end of the week, month and year.
