A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but did so in a quick and timely manner all while making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

I have never felt so completely humiliated and disrespected at a Tractor Supply location. Mathew Patwell, store manager, refused to sell me a chicken coop because I had previously purchased it and had to return it due to my dad finding out he had cancer the next day after purchase. I told him I would pay all of the fees I had originally paid and he denied to sell it to me as I “wasted his time” in front of other customers and employees.Unbelievable! He then said he wouldn’t sell me the display, and that they do not offer assembly (hello it’s a paid service..).I received a call the following day from another manager, Garett who apologized on his behalf and told me they would waive the fees and give me free gifts. At this point I just wanted a gift card and to proceed at a different location. Drive all the way down there just for Garett to call Mathew and deny me once more. I also heard over a cashiers walkie talkie that obviously didn't have an ear piece Garett say he thought we were “trying to pull one over on them” and agreed with Mathew that we didn’t deserve anything. I wasn’t asking for free things, I wanted to pay for an expensive coop for my current chicks. That’s all. But to waste my time, tell me to come down there for “free gifts” only to lie to me once more is so out of line. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and am actively working with Corporate to get Matt and Garett’s lack of customer service handled.

I usually stop at this store to pick up my dog food and other things. Unfortunately, the employees are careless about providing customer help. Although some may ask if we need help, they tend to forget and disregard the customer waiting. I had to wait over 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help.

Worst place for truckers to get unloaded I been here at the dock since 5 am started unloading at 9:30 am didn’t finish till 1 pm. Really rude forklift driver took his sweet time thinking we free the whole day… Add I miss my next pick at 11 am after I was suppose to be empty…

This is the best Tractor Supply by far! Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable! Always well stocked and seems to have a larger selection then the other stores close by!

This is an amazing place to shop. From animal supplies and feed to wooden post for fencing and everything in between. I'm always greeted by a friendly hello and helpful employees. Center area always has sale items that make for great gifts year round. Well worth the trip.

Went to tractor supply had to pick up a couple items had a great selection in the store versatile variety of stuff. The staff are great very social personalities . A lot of smiles in a positive atmosphere. My only complaint is they don’t not carry enough triple XL Carhart T-shirts. I went in there for the sale and all of those sizes were gone except for the orange and blue Pocket T-shirts other than that it was a great experience a lot of real americana and the store

We like shopping here because it is close to our house but the prices are a tad higher than the local pet store. And half the time they are out of what we need. But overall the store is nice and clean, lots of good merch, nice enough employees. I like their selection of specialty candy.

Overall, Lodi Tractor Supply Company is a pleasant place to shop. I've been a customer of this location, and others, going back as far as I can remember. Among other things, visiting TSC reminds me that most of our families were farmers not too many generations ago.Tractor Supply Company has a great selection of pet and animal care products for animals large or small. I have a cat, for example, and LOVE that I don’t have to travel to the large stores that only handle pet products. Additionally, I always carry my general shopping list when I visit. They have merchandise for home maintenance and repair, outdoor household needs, clothing, boots, and shoes for the whole family, and a whole lot more. These are just a few of the products and departments that serve the city-dweller’s needs. Remember, “Tractor” is part of their name. This is the place to come if your farm is two acres or two hundred.I often find what I need at TSC that would have otherwise meant visiting three or four other stores. Imagine – you head over to TSC to pick up a couple of dozen cans of cat food and you wind up returning home with a brand-new lawnmower. I nearly decided to wait on the mower when I saw their recent display of kayaks! Imagine my inner conflict… I won’t tell you what I chose – I’ll just say that my tennis shoes are green, not wet.I want to give one important warning though... They sell what I would describe as “over-the-counter” pet medications and treatments. BEWARE ⚠️Not everyone is properly at TSC is properly trained. I likely would have killed my cat if I followed one clerk's advice.Properly trained, to me, means: 1) Either they know EXACTLY what they're talking about, or, 2) They've been trained not to say another word on the topic until they get someone to help who DOES know what they're talking about.

Cannot remember the name of the cashier that helped me but she was rude it seemed as if she was unhappy with her job and I don't know why she felt the need to take it out on customers customers is the reason why she even has a job I say that managers need to take the time and periodically watch their employees working with the cash register to see if that employee can do the job it's easy to act bubbly and friendly and nice at a interview but then people get the jobs and they act like they don't have to be nice or friendly to customers. I know it's a situation that definitely makes me not want to go back to the establishment.

Bought a fairly expensive sprayer from there. The pipe near the pressure valve broke. Went in to order a new part... These guys don't have a clue it was like Dumb and Dumber. Harry And Lloyd we're back for part 3. Except for it was Mike & Garrett. Anyway called the Galt store they helped me right away. Anything technical go to Galt.

I really do like this store. What I don’t like is when 4 of the 5 items I want are not available for an online order to be delivered but then I go into the store within the hour and it’s all on the shelves. Not sure why.

Ok experience. Found what I was looking for very quickly. Unfortunately at the check stand between the checker and the customer it took me more than 10 minutes to get through the check stand. Perhaps they should have self-checkouts where you scan the item or a couple of items that you need and pay with the debit card and you're out the door.This is the second store I've been to where I've been held up at the checkstand due to problems checking out with the customer ahead of me.

First time here. I've heard about the place for years but always ended up somewhere closer to home. I won't make that mistake again. This place was great. All of the staff I dealt with, four of them, were wonderful. I couldn't imagine a staff more polite, helpful and friendlier than they were. They just gained a customer. Definitely coming back here for my supplies.

Want to say that this place has given me by far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time, not only when I called to inquire about a trailer, but all the way until I bought it. I was helped with switching the ball size on the hitch. They let me borrow tools. Every thing was just spectacular.

If you need farm feed or some small tractor parts like a riding lawn more they got clothing yard furniture plants , sm chick's. They can help or tell you where you might be able to get what they don't carry.

I shop at TS frequently for livestock and farm supplies. I appreciate that this location keeps items in stock, unlike the Galt location which struggles in this regard. I come here more often because they always have what I need available. The customer service here is also good, and I've never had to wait long in lines at the register.

They miss counted a panel when I bought 10 .they complain about loading feed . Not helpful staff . The sell propane tanks but do not fill them do not go here it really bad I would rather die then go to this store

Employees are very friendly. They don't have much a selection of ladies apparel in store but they do men's. They have a little bit of everything in the store but not a wide selection of the items they carry in stock. Website offers same day pick up but inventory is not in synch with store's actual inventory which is frustrating.

If you have pets, this is a good "all around" store to have. You can visit on Sundays between 4pm and 5:30pm for basic pet services including microchipping, rabies vaccines and other stuff. If you need cheap high quality grain free food: 4Health is excellent. It's the Tractor Supply brand and comes in several varieties. We buy it for our dogs which range from 8lbs to 100 and they all have no issue with kibble size or flavor. The cat also loves his version. Each of the employees is knowledgeable and helpful but not to the point where you feel uncomfortable. They always greet you and are definitely present all over the store. They're also very approachable and keep the line moving on the rare times there happens to be one. The prices here are not super low but they aren't going to break the bank either. On normal products they're pretty competitively reasonable and on their odd products not too out of the park expensive. They're definitely pet friendly so come visit with your furries!

Store is clean and staff is friendly. There prices are much better than Petsmart. My only issue is I wish they had higher quality rabbit feed. I feed my rabbits Modesto Milling 5045, would be nice if I could get it there. Other than that it's a great store.
