This is still a nice Home Depot overall, much nicer than the Stockton HDs, but I'm frustrated almost every time I go. They're out of something I'm after, or things are disorganized, and the self checkout is often slow, understaffed, and frustrating. My experience with staff is hit or miss- they're generally polite, but not always knowledgeable or helpful and many have a very blase, indifferent attitude.As I said, it's still nice overall, most areas are clean and presentable. But the customer experience doesn't live up to the presentation...

Purchased a washer in November and here we are in February and I have yet to receive it. I called them two weeks ago and to try to get an update and was told by the woman on the phone that “the truck was arriving today.” When I still hadn’t heard from them again several days later I called again and was told there was actually no truck scheduled but that I could drive to Citrus Heights and get it from their store if I wanted to. Poor customer service. If I wanted to drive all the way to Citrus Heights I would have gone there in the first place to avoid the headache of dealing with the incompetent people I have had to encounter with this experience. Employees who don’t know what they are doing so give robot answers. Now I get to start the fun process of getting my money refunded.

I feel I need to begin by saying I enjoy this store. The staff is extremely helpful and I will be a constant customer, but like other stores, we are loosing our cashiers and I'm replacing them and they are not passing on the savings to us. I'm not a cashier and I don't want to be. Not sure where the decision makers thought this was a good idea but it's not. Please right this wrong or I'll need to figure out my alternatives.

I was helped by Charlene and Wayne at the Lodi store. they were more than helpful and went out of their way to see to it that I got what I wanted. They both are a credit to home depot and make me want to return next time I need tools.

Tried to purchase a washer and dryer on black Friday. I did come in about 1hr until closing time. BUT nobody cared to help me out. Went and found a person who worker's there. And got told everyone was on break and could not help us. LOWES IT IS

Went to Lodi Home Depot today to find molding for my husband. I struggled to locate the exact molding. Brian looked it up, found it, cut it down for me, and rang me up. Start to finish, he was a great help today and made my trip a success. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the management especially the assistance manager she doesn't know how to deal with customers manager was bit better but not too far off.think twice when u guys place special orders they don't take any responsibility even it's there fault.they doesn't wana fix it easy or reorder easy u have to fight for it to return it or reorder it and pay 15% to 25% for it.other then that I never had any issues over the years.

This was the perfect solution for everything I needed while installing my artificial turf. First off, I didn't get my turf from here. However, I did get weed barrier, 10"nails/ spikes, leveling sand, retaining wall bricks, hand tamper and I even rented a 48" vibrating plate compactor. The best part was that they helped me load and unload the compactor as it is a two man job. Renting was simple and cheap. My rental was for a full 24 hour period. I plan on doing more and am actually happy that the rental process is so easy. The longest part of the transaction is the drive.

I am a USMC Veteran, and I have bought thousands of dollars worth of materials and products through Home Depot. Now, they will not give a veterans discount, unless you give them all your private information. Even then, you are limited to how much you receive annually. I have quit shopping here, and I shop at Lowe's, where they give veterans 10% discount on everything. Plus they have free parking for veterans. Home Depot has lost all my business because of their stupid processes that somebody in an office thought of. Goodbye Home Depot.

I am truly frustrated with these incompetent people. I have placed an online order for laminate flooring for our commuter home in Bethel Island in which we had been restoring. We are from Fresno and we can only go there on the weekends. I scheduled it to be delivered on a Friday the next week. My husband took a day-off from work, took our handyman with him so they can install the flooring the next 2 days. They stayed and waited for the delivery but nobody showed up. I received an email saying "Unable to attempt" and we missed the delivery. I called the number on the email I received and asked what happened. The rep did a research on the issue and even contacted the store where it is coming from and found out it is the Lodi store. I was told that they cannot deliver it anymore and need to reschedule. They just wasted our weekend because they said they can deliver Monday in which nobody will be at home. So I rescheduled and went back to the Bay Area late Friday night driving again 3 hours so we don't miss delivery in case they deliver 6AM in which the email says between 6AM to 8PM.We waited until I made a followup call before noon to make sure it will be delivered . The rep said that we are the 3rd in spot so I tracked the delivery getting anxious if it will be delivered. So I relied on that tracking until it reached up to what the tracking says, "Heading your way" at around 2PM. Monitored the tracking and then suddenly at 5PM, it again changed to "Unable to Attempt". Again?!?! And from the email, it says, I missed the delivery. WTH! Called Customer service again and was told by the rep from Brentwood that Lodi store said that the delivery truck broke down. Can you believe it? If they don't want to deliver, they could've just told us or cancelled my order! And why the he'll did they gave me an option to pay for delivery if they could not deliver in my area?Something is off! Received an email again saying I have to reschedule on Wednesday. I ignored that email and after a few hours, I received an email saying that it is rescheduled even I did not agreed to that day of delivery. These people are sooo incompetent and you cannot rely on what they said! I am so frustrated I could curse them after all we had been through. Time, money and effort we lost. Worst customer service I ever had!

I have always used the curbside pickup. But the last few times I have used curbside nobody comes out. I shop quite a bit especially at the Lodi store. But I'm getting tired of always sitting and waiting after checking in. I'm seriously irritated. After going inside to get my order. There were 3 individuals working and no line of customers waiting for help. I don't understand if they just don't want to come because it's so hot outside. Well I don't want to go inside because of the heat? I'm a paying customer. And I am seriously thinking about shopping at Lowe's

Unprofessional and incompetent. I bought a refrigerator from them two weeks ago and was told I had to wait two weeks before they could deliver it. I was also told they would call me the day before the scheduled delivery. This didn't happen and they wouldn't answer the phone so I drove up to my property the day of delivery and nothing happens. I get on the phone for a hour and they finally tell me I have to wait two more weeks. I demand a refund and they won't do that either. Do not buy from these people.

Went in to buy a range. No one in the applance section helped us,(there was an employee, but he acknowledged us but then disappeared). The range we wanted to buy had no price(see photo). Waited for a good while, no one came so we left and went to Lowe's.

Very helpful employees.....if you can find one. It is a big store so expect a lot of walking when looking for items. Employees willing to help find things for you and are very knowledgeable. Very rare now a days. Much better service than Lowe's.
