Cassandra at Return Desk, helped me. What an outstanding service. I wanted to change sizes to 2 items I bought, Disney-Stitch- she was able to check and had 2 left back stock. The self-service line and the cashier line were so long, I thought of setting my purchases down and leaving the store. Please hire more employees to act as cashiers. Target is the only store that offers food and various items all in one location, that is why I shop there, for convenience and quality.

This target was amazing! This was an amazing experience me and my Service Dog, we’re there and I passed out cause my heart rate ; the employees (2) came up asking if I was okay and just and I told them yes and then they got me water like I asked and also they got me an electric cart. They were super sweet thank you so much 🏻

So yesterday, my mom and sister went to Target for some shopping and one of the things they purchased was a black JanSport backpack, which they left at the cashier. They got home and after about an hour or so, we realized that they had left the bag behind. So, we called customer service and the lady said that she didn’t see it in the lost and found list or anywhere. We asked her if they could search the carts, and she told me to give her a call back in the morning because they were cleaning the carts right now and it would take a while.The next morning, which is today, I called them after 10 AM for an hour but they weren’t picking up. Then I called again around 5:30 PM and they still didn’t pick up. Then we went to the store at 7:45 PM and while I was parking, my mom went ahead and asked the lady at the front of the pickup section. My mom told her that we had left the backpack behind yesterday and the customer service lady had told us to call back in the morning, so she asked if they had found our backpack. The lady said that they hadn’t found anything. And that's when I got there.My mom insisted that they recheck and ask the cashier, maybe he knew something. Luckily, the cashier who was there yesterday was also on shift today. So, the lady said, "Oh no, he probably doesn’t remember anything," and she was hesitating a lot. Then she finally said, "Okay, let me ask Jai (the cashier)." The cashier counter is right in front of the pickup section, so when that lady went to the cashier and asked him, he quickly said, "Yes, I do remember they left their backpack and I gave it to Casandra." The lady was so confused and hesitant, and she asked him again and he replied again, "Yes, I do remember two ladies forgot their backpack behind and I gave it to Casandra." Then that lady went quiet and started walking toward the other direction slowly, and I looked at her and she said, "Wait a minute, I’ll be back."Then another girl who also works there came and asked if we had been helped, so we told her about our backpack. While we were doing that, the lady we were talking to first came back and started talking to the girl and telling her about the backpack and how Jai the cashier had found it and given it to Casandra. Then the girl went inside the pickup room to look for the backpack. Another lady, also a Target employee, came running and was like, "What happened?" So now, there were three ladies in front of us while we were telling them about our backpack. The last lady, with black hair, kept asking, "What’s a backpack? What’s a JanSport? Is it your own backpack or your purse? Are you sure?" etc. Then the girl came out to ask for the receipt, and we gave it to her, and then she brought the backpack out.My God! It felt like they wouldn’t have given us our backpack back if the cashier wasn’t there and if he hadn’t confirmed that he remembers and found the bag and gave it to some lady named Casandra.These ladies working at Target in Lodi were so weird and didn’t want to return our bag that we purchased for $54.99. The customer service there is messed up. The Target management should really train their employees well.This is really concerning.

Wife miss placed her wallet, in Target. Crew found wallet and placed it into the safe. 100 dollar bill still in wallet. Big shout out to an honest establishment and crew.

Always clean and can find what you need. Also great customer service like the kind I received from Zoe and Megan today. Bought a Pink Floyd shirt for my dad for Fathers day and no tag, so they looked it up and entered an Item number from the Target website. They both went out of their way and showed great team work to help me. Thank you Zoe and Megan!

The target on Pacific ave is the dirtiest place I've ever been in. The second picture is a black dried out banana peel that was on the floor. The whole store was dirty, clothes on the floor garbage all over on the floor. I will never go there again.

I called the store 3 times all 3 times the phone was hung up instantly the 4th time around I finally got ahold of Monique .I told her how I had been calling and was being hung up on and instead of apologizing her exact words were “ok” what can I help you with . Need better customer service

I worked here for a long time and the management (ETL's) are absolutely terrible. They don't care about the guests and especially not the team members. Multiple complaints have been filed on almost all of them, from harassment to verbal abuse, but nothing happens. All they care about is looking good during "visits" from corporate. Meanwhile they have expired product all over the sales floor. I have seen meat on the shelves weeks past expiration date. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had the worst experience this morning Shannon , Michael and Rose were so unprofessional and rude . This has been the worse customer service I have experienced. After simply asking a question Shannon proceeded to be extremely rude and talk about me to her coworkers in front of everyone . They kept looking me up and down when I asked her name she was a smart elic about it and thought it was funny

Store looks like is run by teenagers at closing. I’ve haven’t been back in a while and the two times I went before closing they are standing around talking and joking while the lines are back up and only a 2 registers are opened

Target is my favorite~ it's well laid out, I like their store brands, It's a class act! Their price guarantee, and their prompt supply is great. I am much happier with them than I am with Amazon, because they are available and very helpful if I have a problem and I don't have to worry about mystery suppliers who are completely inaccessible.

Generally a good shopping experience, I ordered for Pick up in car service. One item ordered as cancelled for lack of stock. After receiving my delivery to my car, I went inside and found several of the item on the shelf. Bought what I needed. The shelves may have been restocked after they put my order together but a second look by store staff would have saved me a trip into the store which defeats the whole concept of bringing the order to the car program.

Tarelget in Lodi customer service has declined over the last year. There has been a turnover with the employees and the customer service is not as customer friendly as in the past.

Oh Target drive up how I love you! Drive up is so convenient and helpful. During the pandemic it is nice not having to go inside, but also being an essential worker who has kids in distant learning I am so busy that it helps this Mama out. Staff is great, quick, and very much appreciated.

Went in yesterday ( in Lodi ) to buy a phone. A young lady by the name of Brenda went above and beyond to help me. Her whole team. Very courteous. Needless to say I will be returning to shop with her again. Thank you, Brenda. Also went to the snack bar after and the lady behind the counter extremely pleasant. My best experience at a target store. Pleasantly surprised. Good people.

Target is a very well rounded store and carries good products. I would love to see more in the hardware and auto. The employees are accommodating and patient no matter how they are treated by other customers. I am excited to see the store continue to improve, look and feel amazing during the final phase of remodel and after. Thank you!

They don’t answer the phone at this store. I called almost every department including Starbucks. I even thought about calling HR as it was one of the options. Just get rid of the phones since they serve no purpose.

Where to start with target! It’s simply the best store ever lol. Lodi target is always clean, carts are nice and easy to use and in good shape, products are always stocked and employees are always nice and helpful

Do not recommend order for pick up! Rude customer service...and it doesn’t take up to 2 hours to be ready as stated, it takes over 2 hours for one item. Never at 2 hours or under. Never again will I use this service. I will stick with Amazon one day delivery.

I shopped at target today because I could not get the Ball jars delivered to me. While I was there I picked up some Windex- which you Method brand was more expensive- & your shelves did not have the up & up brand that I usually get. I got some Hanes briefs for a neighbor- which I have difficulty finding in white in her size. I also got some blank cards & envelopes to write notes on. A young lady, Sarah from Valley Stream, helped me find the products I wanted and needed. Thank you for the excellent service I received from her. Lois Buncher

Just ordered my son a scooter from target online & even tho I changed my delivery address, it's being shipped to the wrong place. The app won't allow me to "fix it" & I've called the store about 8 times in an hour. Each time the phone would ring until somebody would hang up. Now I have to pay FedEx to not deliver my sons gifts to the wrong address.

The order process was convenient. Unfortunately, Target.com will automatically add the cost of TEN bags (.10 cents each = $1.00 extra fee charged) to each on-line order. When you bring your own bag to pick up - or don't need any bags upon pick up - you then have to watch the total payment charged to your account to ensure that your account is credited back for those unnecessary bags accordingly. That "fraudulent" automatic charging practice is one of the main reasons I usually shop at other on-line retailers before Target.com.
