I went in last night for the first time. The gentleman (I forgot his name) that helped me was super nice. He helped me out and loaded my items in my car. I will definitely be coming back for all my needs. Thank you, Robinsons Feed another happy customer

This place used to be awesome but the old lady who helped me with dog collars was rude and unhappy. Didn’t know what I meant by Sprenger collar links and tried to sell me alternate brands after I specifically asked for Sprenger.

Fun store, love the western wear, brought our beagle in with us, they were very friendly. Great place if you have large farm animals.

I used to love Robinsons. Today I bought vaccines for my litter of puppies. They were out of the 5 in 1 so they told me they had 6 in 1. After I pay I notice the 6th ingredient is corona virus. Knowing how controversial this is to people I feel they should have disclosed this information to me and they wouldn't let me return them once I noticed. What a sham

They were very helpful with fitting boots. The sales girl was great in that she said I don't know and went and got the answer instead of blowing me off. Their prices are very fair. I'll definitely go back.

Great selection of feed and clothing, fabulous boots, great customer service. I bought a pair of boots that didn't fit me when I got them home, and it took me *forever* to get the chance to take them back to return them. (Partly because I got stressed out that it had taken me so long.) But I didn't need to worry; they were super gracious and exchanged them for another pair, without any problems at all. Just be sure to keep all your paperwork :).

USED to go there. For about 30 some years. We spend probably $9,000. a year there, most likely MORE. Bought chicken feed, clothing, boots, jewelry and whatever else we needed. Husband went in A couple of weeks ago to get our feed as usual. We had been given a discount and when my husband asked for the discount, he was treated VERY RUDELY by Garrett. Garrett stated they have a slim profit line and was not able to give it to him. Husband asked why he was able to receive it previously and not now. Garrett said he can no longer give him the discount. My husband said I guess you don’t want my business. Garrett stated no sir, and as my husband walked out the door Garrett said sarcastically, “have a nice day SIR”. Then smirked. Needless to say that did not bode well with my husband. We have over 200 chickens we feed and we will be bringing our business elsewhere.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff take heavy items to your car! ie.50lbs of chicken feed. The prices are affordable. I plan to return!

There's an excellent selection of items, feed, supplies, and more for animals (plus people) here. In search of some specific livestock items, I had been to two other farm & feed stores, plus searched online, and had no luck. I came to Robinson's in hopes of finally finding them, and I did! I could have easily spent a half hour or more browsing around, but managed to restrain myself this particular visit. The customer service here is also good and this has been the same experience every time.

Such nice and helpful people! Old school service and atmosphere. All kinds of pet and livestock supplies, plus cowboy/ girl wear. I picked up some 4x4 cattle panels and they helped me load them on top of my rather tall truck

Nice organized store. Loads of good quality dog and cat foods. I like the selection of pet supplies.Very nice employees that know what they are doing.If you haven't been there you should go.

My children and I went in to Robinson's about 2 weeks ago to purchase some baby chicks. The staff was so helpful! I had never had chickens before, and was asking a ton of questions on how to take care of them, and what exactly I needed for them. I apologized to the young man helping me for all of my questions, and his response was, "no problem, that's why I'm here." He showed me all of the different kinds of chickens, and even walked around the store with me, showing me the things I might need to help care for them (and did not try to sell me things I didn't need). During this, another gentleman grabbed me a big bag of wood chips, and helped me to my car with it. The customer service was great, and my chickens are doing awesome! I will definitely be back for all of our chicken needs! :-)

I bought a bottle of pesticide. Very high price. Took it to the truck my handicapped employer was sitting in. He was in full view of the cashier. Discovered that it was the wrong product. Brought it in to exchange it for the correct product. Asked if I could show it to my companion to ensure that it was the bug spray he wanted. Now dont forget he was parked RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SHOWROOM WINDOW IN A HANDICAP PARKING SPOT. After clicking her tongue in an annoyed way, she refused to let me confer with the actual final consumer. Regardless of the fact she had his credit card. THEN to add salt in this ingury, she then took the one already purchased and then ignored me for @ 15 minutes while she searched for a pair of work boots for a guy that came in quite a bit later. Felt like i was a big inconvenience to her. I will no longer shop for ANYTHING there and urge all readers of this review to follow suit!

The staff goes out of there way to make sure your questions are answered, they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They also support animal rescue programs like Golden Gate German Shepherd Rescue. They also have an absolutely huge assortment of food, feed ,toys, beds, cat trees...you name it, they have it!

I called and asked if they had a certain product in the store. The lady went back and checked on it and was able to tell me how large it was and its price. I asked about another product the lady was able to tell me about it and another product i could use instead. This other product was cheaper!When i went to the store the lady was able to show me right where the stuff i wanted was!

We go there for our dog's food. Load up for the month. Great service, and the staff is knowledge. Lots of stuff to shop for, and they have everything cowboy or cowgirl.

Hidden gem. Robinson's has a large selection of live stock supply's. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a couple of adorable cats up for adoption. I want them all.....

Robinsons Feed Store Is My " Go To" store for All my Animal Provisions! They good sales on lots of products for All Animals, livestock and Pets, as well have a wide variety of Remedies, prevention products in case your animals arent doing well inc. CBD line of products that i have purchased & any time i have a situation all i have to do is ask the managers, or any worker really and they are wonderful as well very very helpful people at Robinsons feed store in Victor Rd. I also buy 90 percent of my clothing also comes from Robinsons!

Had high quality Cat food and for my newly adopted Cat, Discounts on Everything😉! Even Free Starter Kit! However, I got 1 Ugly Cat Carrier (Bright Pink & Black), and I either have to give it away, and buy a New One. Cat Litter was Very InExpensive. Will go there again!

This is the best feed store in the lodi and Lockeford area. Providing bulk feed, animal accessories Western clothing including boots and workwear. All at very reasonable prices. The staff here is very helpful.

Went last Sunday after church. Found out that "there IS such a thing as a free lunch!!" I had pulled pork sandwich with salad and homemade cookies! Free coffee. Sodas $0.75 from indoor vending machine. I was given 10 free tickets to put into several door prize Mason jars. I did some Christmas shopping as well. Family run store. Very welcoming and a vast array inventory of clothing..feed..anything animal related...even kittens!! After a few days I got a call that I won one of the door prizes a basket filled with Robinson store items!! Yay! Of course I went to pick up my prize the following Sunday after church! 10 more tickets..and chili and cornbread free lunch! My husband bought 2 pr Wrangler Jean's. Free lunches are every Sunday between Thanksgiving and Christmas for past 10 years!!! I highly RECOMMEND this well established honest family run business...

The store has changed considerably and I can no longer recommend Robinson's Feed. They used to be so good that I would wait until I was in the area to buy anything because the service was great and they carried all of the stuff I needed. I can No longer recommend Robinson's.
