First time visiting. Just needed to grab a bag of kitten chow. Other than I had to walk around trying to figure out what area was for cats since there is no signs for each area. Wasn't too hard to figure it out. Looked like they offered quite a bit of services- didn't look like anyone was working those areas though.

Love this store! The staff are always friendly and they are always in stock with the litter my cats like. My 3 cats are such divas and I love the convenience of in store pick up, never had a bad experience and highly recommend this store ☺️

I cannot express how great the grooming staff at Petsmart Lodi are. Especially Monique. We took our pup in for her very first grooming and she was just too scared. Monique and the staff went above and beyond taking the best care for her, not charging at all for the grooming they were able to accomplish and following up with phone calls to be sure our pup was alright. Thank you Monique and the entire grooming staff.

The best place in Amador County to buy pet supplies. And or have your dog or pet groomed. Their staff is very helpful and friendly from the bird lady to the fish lady to The Grooming lady or persons I should say.

This is a nice large pet store. Plenty of parking but not much shade as this is a newer development. The selection of pet food is quite good and had some venison cat food our vet recommended. Prices are comparable to other pet stores. Store employees greeted us and offered help if needed. Many stores nearby make this a worthy place to shop and check out if you haven't been before.

Rebecca at the PetSmart on Harney Rd was so nice at time of check out. She was very polite and helpful with signing me up for my rewards. She had a positive attitude and was knowledgeable on the dog collars to locate my customers dog. Thank you so much for being so outstanding at your job. Their return policy is excellent. I bought a rather expensive bed for my overweight big dog and for reasons unbeknown to me she was afraid of the bed. I returned it and they took it right back without any questions asked which I then got another one in which he is a lot happier now.

The staff here is so helpful! I had to bring my daughter with me, she is still in a carrier, I can't carry her and dog food at the same time or carry her and push a cart. Monique got my food and loaded it in my car! So helpful and I really appreciated her understanding.

I never write reviews, but the staff is so great I felt the need to. They are super friendly and helpful and its very clear they love what they do. They set me up with everything I needed for my new leopard gecko and I'm more than happy with my experience there.

Selection is improving again. I can finally get the brand of cat food my cats like best. Royal Canin was scarce the last 18 months. I'm glad to have it back in the store at a more accessible inventory.

Highly disappointed with clipper incident. When making appointment , my two yr old mini poodle, has a description box where you can write notes. I wrote that he has dewclaws on both back legs . I’ve had bad experiences else where with cutting the skin and causing legs to bleed. I always write down this little warning and gave a heads up in person to the front desk regarding the dew claws. The groomer nipped the claw almost off with machine. He took my dog to the vet and they performed a 2 hr minor surgery . It’s very disappointing but I know mistakes happen. The groomer was very empathetic and apologized. After almost a year coming here , I , 1000% will not be coming back.

My furbaby loves his grooming time at this location! Shout out to sweet Allie! My pooch smells like candy and is soooo handsome with his fresh haircut. Of course I must check out the sale and clearance sections in search of goodies, trinkets and essentials. What fun as the store is always clean, neat and well stocked. To top it all off, the Associates are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. We bought some fish on the day they arrived at the store. A couple fish died within the first 24 hrs due to all the change and stress. We took in our receipt and the fish and they replaced them at no charge (just like they said they would). Very easy to deal with and we have not seen any long wait times while in line. The store was very clean and well kept up.

I normally LOVE your store. BUT your Santa 2022 sucks. After asking him to lift his mustache so I wouldn't have to see his brown mustache....he quoted " no offense ma'am but they are just dogs". UMMMM you are at Petsmart. I know the pics are free and nothing in life is free...that is what you signed up to do. To be a happy Santa and take pix. Petsmart please do better in 2023. Happiest time of year Christmas 🎄

Kali and Hannah are the best groomer. Take there time with your puppies. Great job. So happy with the service.I don't recommend Kacie wasn't happy with her service at all.

Got some great treats for my pup and a chew toy from Kong which she destroyed in one day. I brought it back and the manager informed me that the Kong toys are color coded for durability so I exchanged it for a black Kong which is the strongest. So far so good. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Kudos for Bethany for helping us out the first visit with so many options for healthy diet. When my dog is happy so am I!

LOVE this store and manager Monique. I took my dogs in for grooming about a year ago and one of them had a seizure during their session. Monique personally drove him to All Creatures emergency vet clinic in Stockton. Not only did she wait for me to arrive, she waited while my dog was examined and cleared to go home. To top it off, she paid for his medication and exam fee (with her Pet Smart company card of course), something she did NOT have to do. To this day, Monique and the grooming technician who was working on my dog ask how he is doing every time I come in. AMAZING people. I will always return to this store.

I went to Lodi PetSmart for 1st time to have my dog groomed. I was impressed with their professional & kind manner, pertinent questions about my dog & how I wanted her groomed. Totally satisfied with their work and highly recommend their grooming services.

I really like this store but their fish tanks smell really bad as in you walk in the door and smell funk. The smell isn't water cleaning products or the slight musty water smell you get with natural tanks but dead fish and bad water.
