They admonished me for my dog being skittish even though I warned them. It's typical of her breed. Also charged me for nails even though I didn't ask for that. I scheduled my service online and picked exactly what I wanted done, I don't know why they changed it. Then they charged me, even though I told them I didn't ask for the service. Also, not all nails were trimmed so that's irritating. Her haircut looks great so I am happy with that. But I don't like the dishonest service.

This is a great place to have your dog groomed. I was looking for a place that started working on my dog right away instead of having a general drop off time and your dog has to wait. Stacie is our groomer and she is outstanding, our dog loves her and she does a great job! I don't worry about his safety either. The first time we took him there he slipped his leash and was running around the store. I did not even realize what all happened until after he was under control again. An announcement plays that a dog is loose, the doors are closed and locked and all kinds of people (employees) come out of nowhere to corral the dog and calm him. It worked like clockwork and I did not even realize what had taken place until my husband said "Did you see what happened?" and told me and then it all made sense. It was amazing!

Your groomers are always so friendly and address my dog by name. They seem very happy to see her, and she's always happy to see them. We're very happy with the care she gets from you and what a great job they do in grooming her.

My experience with Petco grooming went very well. I was impressed by how gentle and caring the groomers were with my dog, Milo. They did an amazing job and this was our first time using their services. I will definitely be coming back for future grooming appointments.

The grooming staff are very friendly, and do a wonderful job. I feel comfortable taking my dog there. My only suggestion: I wish there were a way to bring the dog in right before they groom him, and pick him up right after he is done. I don't like leaving him for 4 hours, where he will be in a cage.

I have a bad experienced for my dog vac the second time around visit. The lady in the front or registration doesn’t listen to my explanation. I tried to talk to her nicely but she talked loud and the people out there or other costumers/employees enough to look at us like what’s going on out there. Sigh…It’s embarrassing! I don’t wanna come back there anymore.

I haven't been to this pet grooming business yet. Thats on the 16th. But just the menu alone was perfect. You just put an x in the box of the services you want provided for you pup and the cost comes right up. Every service I wanted for my pup was in there menu. That was a home run just by itself.

I always go to Petco for the groomers and I am always satisfied. We ususally have Erica do his grooming but she called off sick on the date of the appointment. Another groomer took over her clients and although she didn't have time to cut any of his hair, she did an excellent job with his brushing. We are absolutely pleased with the outcome.
