Quite a big store, complete and the sale items are very cheap. The cashier's are very helpful. They sell fishes, birds, snake and have cat adoption. There're enough parking spots.

The man that helped me was knowledgeable in the cat food I was looking for even though it's not widely sold. The store is larger than my home store and yet items were still easy to find and staff was ready to assist.

I've looked down the street from this place my whole life 36 years old yes I remember they changed the names a lot play regardless this is always been the best pet store in Lodi I don't have everything that Petco and whatnot has but they got what you need in very very close I'm not saying Pedro any of those other pet stores are better but this pet store I think they even have a Stockton location as for prices this isn't no 99 cent pet store... But you'll get good stuff for cheep so it's very worth it

So giving this location and especially the staff one star is generous. I tried the dog wash here for the first time.. I had three dogs in total.. Washed the first dog because I waited in the store for half an hour.. Then waited in the parking lot for over an hour with my family on the only day I have free time from work. We scheduled appointments for all three back to back and they never called us. Even though they told me like three times that they would call. They even told us that they would keep it dirty so I wouldn’t have to wait for the second and third dog which was a lie.. They gave our spot to random “walk ins” after we waisted a total of an hour and a half at the location. I would DEFINITELY avoid this place if you’re trying to get your pup washed. Most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. They had no response when I brought all of this up to them.. As far as buying products for your pets.. this place is way over priced with half the inventory that Pets Mart carries.. This store is Just across the street” near Sprouts. I would avoid this place all together. You’ve been warned..

The staff and the vet couldn't be any nicer. Since my town doesn't have a Wellness Center I had to drive to Lodi but it was well worth it.

Love love love this place. They’ve the best staff ever attentive and helpful. I was trying on a new dog harness and the veterinarian just stopped by to explain to me how to put it on!The prices are comparable to other stores but I do think that the quality is better. I would much prefer this place to Petsmart or Petco. Would visit you again anytime I’m in the area

Haven't been here in a long time and I don't know why! I've been using PetSmart for cat supplies but I got a dog again and I'm happy I came here to get him set up. They had everything I needed, and the prices seemed comparable to other places and all reasonable. I was most impressed with the staff, there were actually people there to help and everyone was pretty friendly and helpful. I like the rewards program and the option to view inventory or shop online. No complaints, will return!

I really like their delivery service. So much better than hauling around 30, 40, 50lb bags of dog food! I like their variety. I've been struggling with allergies with my furbaby and their choices have made it pretty easy to choose food & treats.

I wish I could give it more stars as this is my favorite chain of pet stores, as they supply all the regular things that I get for my fur child (I spend more money on her than myself). Most everybody that works there is nice, yet a bit curt, but the store is well organized and clean.What removes all the stars is I felt that the customer service was a bit lacking as well as the knowledge about the products that they carry in general. If they had a little bit more personal experience with what they recommend as a good product or something that they have researched at the least it would greatly increase my star rating.

Worse service ever, emergency on Saturday with my dog and after a long speech the lady just told me to bring the dog back on Tuesday without seeing or checking on my dog.

Took a cat that had been dumped on our school grounds here because he had an upper respiratory infection. The vets and staff there were amazing with him. The store is great and has a lot to choose from. Highly recommend!

This store has upped their game recently. Well stocked and better customer service than PetSmart. On my recent shopping experience looking for a common cat medicine, PetSmart had empty boxes on display that you take up to the bored cashier who looked in the locked cabinet and said it was out of stock. I then went to Pet Supplies and found what I needed.

Pet Supplies Plus previously known as Discount Pets, is my favorite and my dog's favorite store in town. It's a large store with a huge assortment of many different types of pet supplies for a large variety of pets.I've been shopping this store spanning three decades and they always have the best selection and prices in town! It's great seeing employees who I've known for many years, Leslie and Carole are outstanding people! They are above and beyond great! Your pet will have a great retail therapy session shopping this store.Plus, this store has a wonderful walk-in VIP Pet Wellness clinic. Dr Catherine Hagan is Amazing!PSP also price matches if you show proper proof of lower price from another local competitor.My dog loves shopping here! I have to watch him as he likes to taste test the treats!
