The only reason for the second star is that the Subway worker was friendly and got my order correct...If Pilot and/or Flying J want to know why their reputation in the trucking industry has become the level of gremlin snot, send somebody here with no advance notice!!!While I do understand that some truckers and RVers are slobs and do not care about their surroundings, you will have a very hard time convincing me that any body has done a even half way proper lot check in the last week.Signs and painted spots stating "tow away zone" and "no dropped trailers," yet the employees say, "Our hands are tied."I got to listen to a few conversations while I was in the shower room. Not because I was listening in, but they happened right outside the door, and were quite loud.One was as I was getting ready, between a customer and a employee about how there were no wash cloths due to "alot of recent theft" to which she replied "did they also steal the hot water?". I almost walked out then. Fortunately, I am ok with a fairly warm shower. It could be that we have different levels of water temperature tolerance.Another conversation I heard (and this will make me sound like a prude, but as a parent to kids in thier early 20s, a former sailor, tow truck driver that has been in more than a few shop bays, and current trucker, I do not offend that quickly!) Included two employees talking about car modifications and ways they had made money on (what to me sounded like very shady) car deals. That I can get over, do what your conscience allows for a side gig, but do you need to drop 7 "F" bombs in every sentence? Especially at that volume? It is a truck stop, sure, I get it, but there seems to be more and more kids in these places...Tidy the place up, empty the bin in the shower room between people, order some wash cloths, and while you are at it, order some black tea bags for the beverage station!

The next person who knocks on my door to ask if I have paid for parking will be knocked unto as well... Where I'm from, you're not allowed waking a driver... And you sure as 'F' don't knock on every trucks door. I found out from other drivers that you knocked on all of them, not just mine. Your establishment is a disgrace to the trucking industry. Your security guard is scum! When you disturb a driver's sleep, you are putting everyone else's life on the line. Get your act together.

Good showers with great flow of water.Subway options are great.I experienced great joy on Christmas day ( today 12/25/2023) with an employee (Thomas young man) at Subway at this location ; he was quick , courteous and multitasker handling 3 customers at a time without any stress. Very kind human bring.This location has multiple showers and plenty of parking.5 stars for my today’s experience.

Get cleaner shower better enough when I find somebody else's razor too cheap. The bio dryer for they can drive their own towels. But tie up 2 in the laundry room.This place is turning more and more into a dump every day.

I wanted a cinabun and went to get one waited several minutes as the employee had social hour with a friend of hers finally after giving the fake cough thing the customer realized that I was there I was never treated with such disrespect and then the employee said was I’ve been nothing but nice. Sure if ya keep customers waiting 4 to 6 minutes after the sale of the person in front of me and taking 13 minutes to get two cinnamon rolls for them and then disrespect me for ending the party

Im on the road a lot (not a trucker but I do travel a lot) stopped here and asked for a shower. I was told no, they are for professional drivers only (I've been to many flying j's over the years and this is the FIRST time I ever heard of this) I was going to get some food items after a shower and some laundry and gas and hit the road again, clearly didn't happen here. Who ever was working was rude about it too.

Excellent Truck stop. Great place for travelers that need to rest between a long drive with space for RVs. Clean restrooms and showers. Excellent customer service they are always friendly here. If you are hungry there is a Dennys Restaurant, Subway Sandwich Shop and for that sweet tooth Cinna Bun all inside. And if you don't like that, they also serve Pizza, mash potatoes and gravy, meat loaf, veggies, fried chicken or chicken wings, corn dogs and for breakfast you can even make your own biscuits and gravy, and by the afternoon soup is on, all nice and hot togo food, they even have a varieties of salads and fruits for those lite weight healthy eaters, what more can you ask for. One stop shop for Truck Supplies, with a Little gift shopping as well. The store is always clean. They even have a ice vin for those that need to fill up there ice chest. Is a typical truck stop, plenty of pumps for gas. A Denny's, subway, lots of over priced stuff to buy. On my last visit, (10/27/23) the place was kinda busy but clean, service was friendly and fast. The cappuccino and hot chocolate machine was down. The cold slushy coffee dispenser only the mocha was working, as the other flavor was just liquid and not slush. (Usually not an issue)

Overall not a bad experience however there are definitely some cons. Parking is extremely difficult to find after 4 PM, the showers at this location need a massive upgrade and the way the location is laid out is very confusing. However the customer service was good they had fresh pizza and it was a clean and friendly environment

First of all, I think the employees are great. However, I think Pilot/Flying J needs to come up with a plan for consistency across locations regarding maintenance and upkeep. Some locations are clearly better than others. A few of the busy locations struggle. This location is one of them. Regarding the truck diesel pumps. I have had so many issues, and this area doesn't seem to get the maintenance and upkeep it needs. Many times at this location the mobile fuel app doesn't work. Some of the pumps/ hoses don't automatically stay on, so you have to stand there and hold the handle down, which takes more time for everyone. Also some of the DEF pumps only dispense a small trickle at a time making it take forever to get 5 gallons of DEF. Sometimes the card readers don't work making me have to get in line again for a different pump because mobile fueling wasn't working that day. There are always window squeegees missing, making you have to borrow from other pumps or wait for other drivers to finish using them. I hope management or corporate sees this review, because some of these locations really lack maintenance, and i think there needs to be more focus here

Huge facility, plenty restrooms, clean, huge store food blankets trinkets gifts auto supplies of course gas and my favorite thing cinnabun rolls cooked fresh all day long. We stop every time we have a long road trip down the hwy.

Flying J is about as good as a truck-stop gets, I suppose. I did not try to use the showers but the bathrooms are clean and they have an interesting restaurant. Rather than the usual hamburger joint, the place has mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, roast beef, meatloaf, and other more homey type foods. Although I don't eat meat, I do appreciate the variety.and they do have fruit and packaged salads in the store . The gas prices are slightly higher than what I paid in Sacramento on my way here, but not bad for the area. There is some kind of continuous hum, I think from the factory across the street, that bothers me but, for most people who are able to filter out noise, I don't think most would find it troublesome. The People here are nice and don't bother you when you stop for the night while traveling. All in all, a decent place to get some grub and sleep.

2nd time I have had a non freindly or gelpul experience with a cashier JJ. This time I went inside because pump 25 buttons will not work so I cannot input info. I said can you pls cancel pump 25 it will not let me enter my information as the buttons are not working. She said there is nothing on 25. I said okay and let her know the app didn't work either. She said that is put my control. I said okay who has control? Her response was "corporate... so do you need help"...... well yes I need to get a the pump started. I asked if the mgr has reported to corporate that the pump is not in working order. Sje shrugged. Last time she told me the computer does the math when something didn't ring up correctly. I just don't get it. Why be in customer service at all if you are not willing to try to help the customer when there is an issue.

We love this Flying J, and few other travelers know about it. Great service, super clean station, great food and coffee, and large parking lot. We crashed here overnight on our road trip and look forward to stopping here again.

I am not sure what truck stops are coming to these days especially this one! The managers and some of the employees of this place are so rude. Especially for travelers in an rv or any traveler really who needs a couple days rest who needs to use the facilities. They will not cater to anyone but truckers on there laundry room, showers or movie area! They will kick you away. If there's issues in their parking lots including theft related stuff they won't do anything for you and it's their lot!!! They will be rude to you on that as well. The only thing nice I can say about this place is the awesome staff at Denny's they helped us out so much and we loved feeling like family there.

Super duper clean!Tons of "professional drivers" amenities!Denny's, and Subway are both connected to the main shop.A nice waiting room with a big TV and comfy chairs.I noticed...-Showers (didn't see them though)-Big restrooms, that were very clean-A decent amount of parking spots...however some were "reserved" and I don't know what that means exactly.-A good assortment of truck type gadgets-A good assortment of PPE-Coffee was pretty good!-Attentive staff!It was a good rest stop! Thanks gals and guys!

Good selection of products inside the store, and the fuel prices were good for the area (especially with the $0.10 discount per gallon pilot rewards membership gets you). It's free to sign up for that, after October 31st it goes back to the regular 3 cents a gallon discount but that still helps quite a bit. Employees were friendly and all the lines moved quickly. We'd have no issues stopping here again to get snacks and refuel.

Shower #14 is luke warm at best. Until someone flushes a toilet, Then nice & hot for a few seconds. Then back to luke warm. Also it doesn't seem like anyone is cleaning showers over night. 3 people waiting at 5:30am including me & no one is cleaning showers. But there are dirty showers to clean.

Best Flying J I have been to in years. From the parking lot to the showers the place is very well maintained. Whoever manages this store should be a traveling trouble shooter/trainer for other stores!

Since when do they teach drivers to pull into spots instead of backing in? I just love sitting here knowing that my truck has a greater chance of getting hit now. Do drivers not realize that they stick out 6 feet further which makes it harder for other trucks to back in and also you risk hitting something backing out because you can’t see anything for 53+ feet. Is this a California thing? Or do drivers just keep getting more and more lazy?

Now I can speak for every employee there but the lady that greeted me when I ask about renting a shower cause I've been driving all day long . I was shut down and denied MD told you gotta be a truck driver to enjoy cleaning yourself here.And she said try loves accoss the street.Won't be back there.
