I've been frequenting this dutch bros for a while now and I came by today to order my usual. The drink came out wrong so I came back around to ask for it to be remade and the blonde girl at the window tried to convince me that it was the correct drink(mind you I get the same thing EVERY time). She had an attitude and made it seem like such an inconvenience to her. On top of that she forgot the straws, both times around. Super unpleasant and unprofessional behavior.

This is my FAVORITE place to get coffee! I absolutely love the people who work here. They're so sweet, and kind and very easy to talk to. They all remember my name and my drink and always write little notes on my cup to encourage me for the day. Love Dutch Brothers. The one in Cherokee Lane have the best employees. They remember your name and treat you very good. Makes your day to see a personal note on the lid. Awesome place.

I'm not even sure which Dutch Bros this is for, but my rating is the same at all of them. The drinks are great, the prices are as expected. But where they shine is employees. They're always super friendly, and ridiculously kind if you're having a bad day. Definitely my favorite between them and Starbucks.

Went today and received a free drink because it’s my birthday. I had previously ordered a drink that I liked the flavor of, but it was just kinda weak for me and wasn’t sure how to ask them to make it more flavorful and keep the same taste since it has several different flavors. Explained to the guy taking my order and he knew exactly what to add because the drink was great! When I got to the window the girl was super friendly and chatty about my birthday and the other girl who brought over the drink said happy birthday as well. Very friendly staff! And they even decorated my cup and wrote a nice message on it. Great customer service all the way around. Thank you!

I'm giving a one-star because I absolutely love Dutch Brothers but as a person who is on foot I am unable to go and walk in and get a drink. It's really sad that I am unable to do that and I cannot get delivery all the time it's too expensive 😠😡😞

This is the third time in a row I have gone in and paid for 3 extra shots in my mocha, and have not received the extra shots.. I know what 5 expresso shots tastes like in a medium drink.This time I even reminded both the person taking orders and the person in the window.It's very frustrating to need my coffee in the morning and expecting it to be as strong as I paid for, only to get sweet hot chocolate.

Have yet to get a poorly made Carmelizer from here. They're always perfect. Plus, one of their locations in Lodi is open late. There are a lot of us who work late shifts that appreciate that immensely!

The customer service was great and the service was fast. The employees were very friendly. However, I got a caramel macchiato and it had hardly any flavor and I couldn't taste the carmel. There was no carmel drizzle and the milk and the expresso was not seperated like at all the other coffee places I have been. I was very dissapointed in the drink and had to return it. I think I will just stick to my usual coffee places.

My dog makes me stop here. It's better than Starbucks. I have coffee or tea and they make a whip cream with dog bone for my dog(free). Everytime we go by one he starts jumping all over the truck.Features: Drive thru for cold or hot drink
