May just be due to them doing more business than one across town, but their Christmas supplies were super scarce. Reason for 3 star rating, when I asked if I could return something if I didn't end up needing it in a couple of days, the cashier said they don't do returns at that store. That I might be able to do an exchange or store credit. That's just crazy.

Customer service needs work!!! And the cashier she was on her phone and I had to grab my own receipt , she just started ringing the next customer after asking me if I wanted a receipt. Very weird and the store was a mess will be making a formal complaint Monday

I was there today and my baby mama sweres that we were charged 41 dollars and we only got 15 item. Idk if prices went up or the cashier is just overcharging. Didn't ask if we want bags. Didn't give a recipt.

Huge Shoutout to JULIE!!! Really happy with the service received at this location. I went in to buy some garlands to decorate my office for the Holidays. I had first visited the location on Ham lane and they only had one garland in the color I wanted. I asked one of the male employees who was stocking shelves to see if he was able to check in the back for that particular color. He said they probably do but he was not going to open those boxes until later this week and did not want to check. I then came to this location on Cherokee and was greeted as soon as I entered. They had a few of the garlands on display and when I went to go pay for them, the Manager Julie assisted me. I asked her if there was a chance that they had more in the back and she gladly went to the stockroom to check. Though they did not have any, her effort to go and at least check for me was greatly appreciated. The location on Ham lane did not want to be bothered whereas this location did not hesitate to assist. Thank you Julie for your help!!!

Wasn't a long line to wait inAnd not too many people followed me around the storeThats annoying but i get it that people steal and its their job. The San jose store is bad with that but Lodi wasnt so much.Friendly cashier and everyone looked to be busy and in a good mood

I love to shop at the Dollar Tree! You can find some really great products there and it just tickles me pink to only have to pay a dollar for it. However; this particular Dollar Tree isn't my favorite location to shop at. The store is almost always a mess, the shelves have big empty areas where the products they sale are supposed to be displayed for purchase. I'm not sure; so don't quote me on this... But in my opinion; someone needs to be trained properly on inventory and ordering. I'm not trying to be mean or rude; I'm just telling it like it is; you wont get any sugar coated nonsense from me. Especially on topics such as this. Other than that "little" discretion; Dollar Tree is in my Top 5 "Gotta go to stores" when its time to go shopping. =)

Store was dirty. Employee unlocked the bathroom for me but they had no toilet paper and no soap. The bathroom looked covered in grime and dirt. Then there was an Unappropriate drawings all over the door. I'll never be coming back to this store ever! Photo is of the bathroom "artwork"

Nice store with great selections, but the lack of employees working there is very troublesome! Upon going there tonight, there was only one employee working at the register, and in the store overall, and the line was 8 people deep! Way too long of a wait for only 3 items! Also no apologies given by the cashier and store was pretty messy on this night.

Messiest dollar tree I have ever been in. Toy section looked like it had been raided by a gang of savage 5 year olds. The person that appeared to be assigned the daunting task of putting things back and restocking was moving slower than a clock on the last day of school. 2 stars for the nice efficient check out lady. Reviewing in hopes that corporate sees this and steps in with an overhaul on management.

I've never really liked going to this store because they never have what I need and the shelves are always a disaster. Well again tonight they had almost nothing, the store was a huge mess. I will be returning.

Dollar tree is always a great deal; but I give the Lodi store 3 stars because of their lack of items, the messiness that I observed, and the vagrants utilizing the front entrance. The staff is friendly, and only Management can fix the problems.

There's a cashier who never turns on the light that her register is open and makes all customers go to the other worker. Then she didn't want to blow up balloons that a customer asked her so she made the ONLY cashier that was working go and do it. I wish I got her name - She's a heavy set Caucasian lady that wears a long khaki skirt and hair all pinned back. She always does that. she's lazy and doesn't want to work. it was annoying because I had to wait much longer in line thinking she was closed! Fire her or please make sure cashiers turn their light on!

MARCOS was very rough, I buy some wine glasses and I request some paper to have the wine glasses rap, and he responds was they don't rap glass no more, and I said they do it at the others dollar tree,. And he responded again we don't do it at this store, and all the customers that were on line were so surprise at his remarks., I will go back to the twin city dollar tree they don't have no excuses., good customer service

Not a bad size Dollar Tree. It's in a good location and parking is never an issue, not to mention they have public unisex bathrooms which come in handy in an emergency. The service isn't bad either.

We have to Dollar Trees in Lodi California. The one on Cherokee Lane is always trashed and unorganized and understocked. I think management should step up and do something about it. The Dollar Tree in the Lakewood shopping center on Ham Lane is always clean well organized and well-stocked.

This is a newer store, so merchandise is in the correct place. Everything is $1.One complaint, the sun shines right through the BIG front windows. Makes it very hot

Doller tree never stock up on anything looks empty inside and bathroom is gross broken down.and mager was so rud the store is not clean.stuff borken in store and rude people there other one is somewhat better but need stock up.all the bathroom pipes were broken were the hell dose employees go pee.

This store is good for picking up cards and gift bags. You know those things you forget all the time, last minute. The store was really messy but it's the holidays.

Wow talk about service i didnt get her name the girl who help me with the ballons thank you in and out 5 minutes with 7 ballons fast eficient and kept her customers at ease because of how fast she set them up. Thanku

Went to find Halloween decor but left with very little. Disappointed with lack of supplies/selection this year. The store was clean and organized though.
