Ronnette, and now Samantha, has taken care of my Standard Poodle for over 5 years. They do an amazing job. The prices are fair, and the results are exactly what I ask of them. They are the only place around that grooms larger dogs. As long as I live in the area, this is where I'll be going.

Great place. Very friendly staff. As Long as 8 brush my dog and it's matt free , I get the haircut I want. If my dog is matted , that's my own fault, but it's OK hair grows back and I just do better at taking care of my dog and not let it be negalected with natts.

By far, the most talented groomer we know. We actually drive all the way from Sacramento to take our two dogs here. Ronnette is well trained in her craft and I have never been disappointed in the work she has done. We won't even let another groomer touch our dogs. I'm not sure what could have possibly gone wrong for the other reviewers to give Diamond in the Ruff a one star review, but I have to assume that it was a misunderstanding. Ronnette doesn't have a rude bone in her body and would do everything possible to remedy any problem.Bottom line, if you want a show-quality bathe and cut for your furry family member, this is the place to take them. If you're unsure about how you want them groomed, just ask and Ronnette or her staff will happily discuss a plan. I promise, you won't be unhappy with the results!

I have been taking my dog to Christin since he was 8 weeks old and have been very happy with the results every time. I would highly recommend bringing your animal here.

I have used several groomers in the past but have finally found my go to spot for my Australian shepherd. They groom him exactly as I request and are consistent everytime.

We have a double coated dog and have been doing the best we can during covid. We did the best we could but as soon as we brought our dog in for the first time to get her groomed we were met with extreme judgment and ridicule for the mats she has on her rear end. We aren’t groomers and did our best to brush her as much as we could. There was no reason for that level of rudeness and judgement. I don’t recommend you bring your fur babies to this establishment

I took my yorkie in to get groomed because he was looking really rough around the edges. I was able to get an appt at my preferred time and day with ease. When I took him in the day of his appt, they let me know that he would need to be shaved bald due to too many knots in his fur. I believed they knew best and to my surprise, they were able to groom him to get the knots out but also keep the fur around his face looking characteristic and cute. They even tied a cute bandana around his neck.I was very pleased with my service and also appreciated that they were so friendly and positive about the experience. I will definitely be bringing our puppy in again.

They do a great job on both my small westie/poodle mix and my golden retriever. The little dog is cranky and doesn't do well with groomers usually, but they seem to get a perfect hair cut every time.
