I’ve taken my small 5 lb dog here for nail trims over the years and it seems as though they’ve been raising their prices. $20 dollars is pretty steep for a nail trim that took them less than 5 minutes. A lot of folks don’t even make that in one hour. A few months ago it was $15. Other places in town are charging around $10. Although they do a great job and the staff is very friendly I think I will be returning to another groomer who charges $10 and also does an amazing job. I understand inflation has affected all businesses but wow, $20 just seems out of the ballpark for what it is.

Never have I had a person treat my pet like D'Tails. Absolutely wonderful. For the first time, my dog was calmed by the person that cut her nails first, and it was the first time my dog walked in. Within minutes she was done, and she had a smile on her face. Since then, her dementia has been even better. I have no clue how this happens, but if it will help my dog, this is where I will go bring her.

I brought my 11 year old German Shepherd in for an Express Service!They trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears, bathed, and brushed him out extremely well!They listened to all of my concerns and treated him accordingly!I will definitely be bringing him back! 😇😇

Always does a great job with my Aussie. Quick at doing nail trims. Definitely so much better at the bathing and trims compared to big box pet stores. Totally worth the wait since they are so busy with repeat customers.

Being taking my dog here for awhile now. They always do a fantastic job. They take their time and do their job right and throughly the first time. And the prices are reasonable also. For my 85lbs huskey Sheppard mix it only cost me about $55 and that's with them using the desheding shampoo. I highly recommend this place.

Fast and professionalEdited to add:I get my dog's nails trimmed here regularly. I call same day and get an appt or window. They have you pull around back then you call to notify them of your arrival. Someone will come outside to retrieve your pet and within 5 minutes you get your fur baby back trimmed and happy. The cost for my small dog is $15 but i always tip them an extra $5. Dtails has groomed my MIL's dog since it was a puppy and she also uses their boarding service. She is happy with both services.

We bathe our own dog. The bathtubs are great! They provide shampoo, conditioner, little rubber brushes, and aprons. The employees are super upbeat and helpful. There is also a blow dryer room. This place is great!!

Called three times to leave message. Two weeks I have been leaving messages. I stop by the shop and the said they called backed left voicemail. This never happened. I have no info on my phone from them. They agreed to schedule an appointment 6 weeks out.Unprofessional...moving on. There are better places out there who actually care about their service.

Neat place to give your dog a bath without making a mess at the house. They have shampoo, conditioner and towels there for your pet. Big bath basins and a dry room to make sure your pet doesn't leave with a mop head.UPDATE: they no longer have this service.😭

They do an amazing job with our Great Dane. The de-shedding is awesome and they've even de-skunked her. Always able to get her in and done in a timely manner.

These ladies are fantastic at clipping cat's claws! One held out usually touchy cats while the other quickly cut the claws. Quick, painless and inexpensive 😃

Used the self service wash, everything was fine but they don't have a blowdryer system for the dogs, which is a bummer.
