Love coming to this Costco. It's typically not too busy here. Which is why we love it so much. Easy to shop and they always have what we need.Helpful at the check outs whether you're doing self check out or are waiting in line. Everyone is quick but friendly. Very efficient.Food court area is clean and easy to maneuver around even with shopping carts. Again never very busy during the week. Weekends, plenty busy.Food is delicious! Quick service.

Went to Costco (Lodi) Optical for. Contacts. Got an appointment quicker than most places. Did not try to upsell exam add-ons or contact lenses. I would recommend.

Very ckean and well stocked. Sraff is friendly and helpful. This store does not rrally change put items so you are able to buy your favprites without worrying about it being out of stockton. The food court is fast and alwats ready to take your order.

We finally got a membership here. The membership lady was very helpful at explaining different tiers avail.Only complaint is there is no set area for certain types of items. Other than you can see where the grocery section is. I get that their inventory changes frequently, but it'd be nice if they could at least have generalized groupings located in certain areas.

Went to lodi Costco today there was a issue about my membership, it got kinda heated with neomi in membership department she wasn't very helpful at all, she sent me to her manager Kurt.. he was ABSOLUTELY above and beyond AMAZING !!! I was ready to cancel my long term membership and I spend thousands there a year! Being a business owner that definitely needs costco.. but was ok with other options after today, until kurt thank you so much for being kind today ! This world is a better place with people like you in it !!! I hope whoever see's this in the higher ups in costco knows they picked a great, kind and ABSOLUTELY perfect person to be a manager there! You rock kurt!!! As for neomi you should take notes!! Since your unkind and have a bad attitude you ma'am should not be working with the public!!

Big shout out to Ray at the tire center! Came out to bleed my tires after another chain put regular air on them, Ray saw me doing it and asked me to move closer so he could do it for me! This was 5 minutes before their closing time! Talk about displaying the best customer service that Costco has to offer! Ray I appreciate you thanks for taking care of us

A man took out his private part 2 feet away from me and other customers and PEED INSIDE of the store. He did it right next to the premade salads, across from the rotisserie chicken. He literally walked away like nothing happened. I don't even know if the Costco employees caught him after showing them a picture of the guy.

They have what I need and usually quick on and out. The only BIG problem is that location of items in the store changes. Top management feels this is genius, to keep you shoping but most customers disagree.

The pizza is significantly better if you go during the middle of the day vs near closing time. Seems obvious, I know, but hey it was my first time in there. I know now.

I went to lodi Costco this morning , the supervisor name Jenee S. was so rude , embarrassed me in front of customers told me that I can’t go shop there for the reasonthat I use my husband membership card , I told her that I pay cash and myhusband just have knee surgery pain and he is in the parking lot , so I need to call my husband to come over in the counter suffering knee pain, can’t barely walk, don’t have a consideration so rude not deserving on her position doesn’t know how to threat customers or approach ….

Awful experience. This is our normal Costco but will not be going back there, EVER.A cashier wasn’t paying attention, and had some confusion with what products I was purchasing. My husband corrected her, and she said clear as day “I guess it’s going to be one of those days” clearly directed at my husband.Through out the transaction she asked my husband where he worked, and said “I guess you don’t make mistakes there” and continued to try to argue with my husband.She was unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude.As we walked away she continued to make negative remarks.Will not be shopping there again.

Love this Costco, especially for gas. Paid 3.99 here, Orlando's in the general area was 6.55. iykyk. This Costco usually goes pretty fast with the lines too.Update: such great customer service here. Everyone is helpful and courteous.

Costco has always displayed a terrific genius for providing great merchandise -- both normal inventory as well as seasonal products. Need sunscreen, diving goggles or a new swimsuit? I can almost guarantee you that that's what you'll find when you walk in their front door on January 2nd. So, as a member for more than three decades and having shopped in probably 40 or 50 different Costco stores, including a big one in Mexico City. I would never rate any of them less than a 9.5 on a scale of 10. And the Lodi store is definitely a 10. It's a great place to shop and a great company to do business with.

Came here for laundry detergent and left with a whole lot more (in true Costco fashion!) We even tried the "no cart method" and they were laughing with us on the way out cause we were so loaded down carrying stuff😂Staff was super friendly and accommodating💗
