I went in bought a new hat and wanted to get it shaped and basically they did it while I waited and did it the way I wanted. The staff while incredibly busy was very nice and accommodating.

I would never buy boots here again I bought a pair and was told 1 year warranty and the stitches came out but when I try to get it fix they said since I swap shoes already they can’t fix them what difference does that make I swap shoes but I never use them they were brand new I’ll never buy here again

I usually frequent the Stockton chapter, but while running errands for something completely different I snuck on in...amazing, as usual the staff was welcoming and friendly. The store was tidy and stocked. I even managed to leave with this adorable jacket to keep me toasty and fashionable this holiday season and everyday thereafter..

Wow!! I was very disappointed with the customer service here this morning in the boot dept. The assistant rather wander around helping only customers he knows. How rude to brush me away when you are clearly only socializing. Too bad I will go else where with my business of buying some sturdy construction boots for my son.

WARNING not sanitary!!! If you want to walk into a dust storm and then have staff hover over you while you sit by the shoes while you wait on the fitting rooms then this place will not disappoint. This dust ball was right at eye level on in the front shelf, don’t look like staff has much to do but wander aimlessly. Management take notes.

Went in to get steel toes only to be spoken to dismissively by feminine gentleman whom avoided helping me when leaving the backroom so I had to follow him all the way to the front registers. Thank god it was right by the front door, I immediately left. Definitely dont appreciate being spoken to in a dismissive tone. If you dont like your job, find one you do? Wont be going back. Their selection of apparel and boots were great though so I am sad the employee wasn't.

Associates are very helpful. Store is always clean and organized. I would love to give it 5 stars except the size that I have needed in boots, several different styles, wasn't available. I also brought a new pair home for a wedding I participated in only to find the night before it had a chunk missing 😟 Thankful for low lighting and a pretty bride so no one cared bwahaha!

Need more design for ladies size 9 to 9 1/2 but always great friendly staff. I'm sure they were very busy with sales last few days. Did get a great deal on my work boots though.

Been by for boots, tops and returns. On one visit, the cashier was getting training and the trainer was giving him a bad time. The trainer wanted to know who told the cashier, to do it that way, which is wrong and he would not give up the name when pressed. Don't you know that you don't reprimand in front of customers? Shame!

Boot barn employees need training on customer service skills because I’ve had multiple bad experiences. I prefer shopping at Cavender’s and at this point will shop online going forward and wait for my order to come in than to take my business to Boot Barn.

They dont honor any kind of warranty. I soent 3 grand for a wedfing two pairs of boots actually make me bleed. They tokd me to stuff the boot with padding. At the end if i mail everything back at my expense with a detaiked letter of explaination they MIGHT give me a refund.

This is the to go place for western wear clothing and boots! The staff just seem to be really busy restocking because most of the times I've been there they don't bother to assist me in any way I could be there 1 hour and they just pass by me like nothing! but when I'm at the register they want to know who to give credit for my purchase! I just tell them I helped myself...

Boot Barn in Lodi is great. The store is well set up and organized considering how much they have in there. I go there for the work boots. My hf bought me a pair for xmas and I had to exchange them, and I did that on xmas eve. So, almost 2 months later, the boots stitching popped and the leather came apart. Denise, the mgr on shift, gave me store credit so I could replace them. I walked in my socks and picked out a pair and left with them. The cashier was a sweetheart, and Denise really took good care of my problem with the ease of a true professional.

Look fot size 6 work boot no on the steel toe. First time in the store. Every thing was real nice. Needed to use the bathroom and the lady let me in real quickOne lady in the store followed me around the store the whole time. I told them i was just looking. Which i was found many things i like. I just didnt like them watching every move i made they had camras in the store shouldnt that be enought . I gave three stars instead of one. Because a girl with long hair ask me if i need help i said no and she back off . Then when i came to thr lock cabnet that had some stuff that appeared to be real silver she ask if i like to look at it closer she take it out i said no. I understand why they were watching me so close but not all cpustomers come in to steel. I like to do window shopping alot. So when i do get any money i know exactly what i want. So i hope the next time im in the store they can give me a break. If not then i will shop some where else.

Purchase Justin boots on line due to covid closure wore boots 4 times and pull loop split in 2. In the past have had boot barn in Turlock provide outstanding customer service and warranty replacement of Justin brand boots well past 30 days . Different story in Lodi supervisor didn’t even look at the condition of the boots just said sorry 30 days is it no returns. You just lost a customer forever will no longer shop boot barn!
