I was loving my shopping experience but one evening I was in the check out line and I heard the cashier pressing a customer about signing up for something and wouldn't stop, when it was my turn I very firmly to them (turned out to be a manager) no! I'm not interested and this guy would not stop! I told him no like 4 times!!! Unbelievable!!! I was so mad by the time I left, then the next time I went in he was hovering around me and my daughter like I had done something wrong. Very rude person, but I can't say that about everyone there. Overall nice workers and Clean organized store. I still shop there.

This was a nice store but there was an old lady worker who kept following us with long brown hair. I am an ILS worker with my clients who are disabled adults. She rudely said "Excuse me!" And dismissed and ignored my client after rudely telling my client she can go price scan at the register. Nasty attitudes like that makes us customers feel uncomfortable. She kept following us throughout the whole store too! The other lady with short hair, glasses, and acrylic nails was very sweet though.

Always check your online order when picking it up; 1 discovered 1 item was missing when I got home, HOWEVER the guy I talked to when picking it up was the same one that pulled the order and the same one who answered the phone so he remembered me and credited my account for the missing item. Don't know how it would've played out otherwise... but he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

Inflation has this store charging crazy prices on some stuff. Their pet beds were more than ones at big name pets stores!

This store has great room spray. I bought two bottles the next week went back and bought four more-vanilla sugar you need it in your life and up your nose. Christmas! They have super cute Christmas goodies at very reasonable prices. Really if your reading this thinking of going here do it you never know what you'll find.

I have bought a furniture there and an awesome associate named Eddie help me out with another associate didn't get his name helped me load the furniture to my car which was little difficult but they got it in. Great going above and beyond customer service

Never assume all stores are the run the same. Having had bad exp with a Stockton store didn't put much faith in em. But I tried the lodi store and must say it's night and day. The stores clean and Employees were very helpful and nice.

Does anyone work here? Very post-apocalyptic feel. Not all lights were on, there was so much stuff crammed in aisles and shelves it felt like being at Kmart. I've been to Big Lots before and others seem better kept.

Great bargains & bad attitudes.Horrible customer service. The cashier Jasmine never greeted me, or even acknowledged my presence, while I was standing in front of her, until it was time for me to pay. If I ever go back it won't be for the "friendly customer service.

Great store! But the guy watching security cameras can’t do their job catching all these people stealing. Corporate is ran by idiots who let people return stuff that can’t be resold! 3 out of 10 things that are returned are used things that just shouldn’t be resold!! Fix your system not your employees!!

I feel like this place is underrated. They have affordable furniture that is good quality. They always have a huge selection for holidays. Plus towels, pans, picture frames and other home decor. Bonus they also have some pantry essentials and day to day stuff: toiletries, cleaning supplies, and snacks. Definitely a place to check out for a bargin price.

Updated. Horrible company to work for. Store and staff improved greatly because of new manager. Within 2 yrs store was in top 5 of district. From being at bottom. Manager was recently terminated with out warning. After 15 yrs of hard work and relentless sales and cutting shrink. Big lots does not care about their employees.

Took over an hour to get the chair we bought. Apparently the manager is the only one that can give it to you and she left in the middle of our transaction... she literally told the guy checking us out and gave him the keys as he was wrapping up our transactiin. Will NEVER buy furniture here again.

A lot of random goods from electronics to food... Good deals on toilet paper, grooming products and household consumables. There's patio and home decor and furniture, a sports and toys section, office supplies, pet products and more (selection can be limited). The refrigerated section is very limited, however, they do have a lot of unusual dry food and jar/can products, some of which can be hard to find at the usual grocers. I'm always surprised because I often see some organic products that are affordably priced too.The staff is always pleasant.The store is decently cleaned and organized.

Used to be this place if you looked hard enough, you could find a good price on something anything for that matter. Everybody's prices have gone up I was looking for drapes I can go to Kohl's the $10 more and get something that was higher-quality. So what's up with the high prices Big Lots Lord knows it's not going for janitorial services...!

I went in yesterday looking at living room sets , i was helped by Alison and Logan they are the best great attitude and very helpful !!!!! made my experience stress free and i love that !!! If you are thinking of stopping by i highly recommend it you will not be disappointed !

I went to this store excited to purchase a living & dining room set, but was told by a couple of very nice staff members that they do not offer delivery service. One lady told me that it might be cheaper to rent my own U-Haul truck to transport furniture. Hmmm, that wouldn't be cheaper if I kill myself trying to carry furniture up to my upstairs apartment :\ I was told that the store has had a couple of bad experiences with delivery services. Nice store and staff, but you'd think that the store manager would stay on top of that and hire a different delivery service so that they don't lose any furniture sales. No worries on my end, I gladly took my money elsewhere :)

People that work ther are pretty nice store says it opens at 9 but evertime I show up at 9 am they don’t open till 9:15-9:20 which is a bummer because I only have a little time to spare in the morning so I just go to Walmart in the am don’t waste your time of your running behind

We stopped in looking for office and school supplies. They do not carry either. We did buy some earbuds that looked good for the price. However, the price for the quality did not strike me as particularly good.
