Im always finding such great deals!! The lanterns, wooden Easter bunny, flowers, metal tray, floral wrap, & "Follow your Heart" picture.... I found it all at Dollar General!!

It was quite busy, and went in at a peak time. But we knew that. They had some crazy sales and clearance sales happening, too. It was hard to keep focused on what we needed, because the sales were so good! Despite the bustle, employees put a lot of effort in helping and checking. They had good attitudes, despite being swamped. The store was fairly clean, considering the time of day. Plus the items we needed were easy to find and we only needed a little help. I'm sure the associates stocking would have helped us if we needed assistance. They said so. That was nice. You don't always get that during real busy times. I work retail as well, and considering how busy they had gotten; I believe they did quite well. I had a good experience. I'd also like to say thank you for being so kind and considerate towards my grandma with her bags.

I shop here often and for the most part I usually have good experiences here. The workers are friendly and I know ahead of time what I’m shopping for so I know whether or not to shop here based on what I’m getting. This store doesn’t have EVERYTHING, but they have more then you’d expect. The prices are average. I see the same prices in other local stores so it definitely isn’t a place to go for cheap prices. I feel anyways. I’d like to see better prices. Although the prices for laundry soap products are usually pretty good. So I feel I should atleast give them that.

It's nice having a local discount store to shop for bargains, or essential items at great prices. The late business hours are convenient and have been very helpful when in need of things, when other stores around are already closed. I'm amazed at the variety offered from grocery, kitchen, clothing, garden, and more. The store has also been clean and organized every time I stop in.

When to the store today after work for some Mexican candies, got a little breakfast snack for work and 2bags of small dog treats for my 2dogs at home. I like going to that Dollar General than other places. Dues to the cleanliness, nice staffs, more variety than other ones, and they have restrooms. I usually spend about 15-30min there just looking around for things I may want or need. So, check them out.

I have had two experiences of buying cereal from here and once I get home and open it its full of bugs. I have also gotten a few bad gallons of milk from here. That being said, everything else from this place is fine such as the toys, home products, utility products, ect. Other than that, this store is clean and well kept. Prices are low as others have pointed out. I would also like to say that my sister told me that one of the male clerks was making her feel uncomfortable with strange comments. Also, turning left onto HWY 88 out of this store sucks because of traffic coming both ways.

The store is always clean and stocked. Tons of items cost more that a dollar so I'm not sure why it's name has dollar in it. They have a wide selection of stuff there. Great place to stop for a wide range of items.

Shop here pretty frequently, most of the staff is great. Their are a few that shouldn't be working in retail stores. Snobby & just rude, definitely make the trip not fun. Prices are low so it's a good thing.

The staff is awesome! They always say hi when you walk in and they never ignore you! The customer service there is top notch! Be forewarned that they don't carry produce or cold beer there. Also the parking lot entrance is a bit weird.

Very nice lil store, I would recommend this one in Lockeford for sure.....I had to redo my review because I thought this was the Stockton location, I apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused, please no offense to anyone who read my first review, like I said, I'm sorry for any inconveniences, this is a nice town and store

Clean and well staffed store, the cashier girl wasn't too friendly but the young man in the back stocking was extremely helpful and polite to myself and my husband .

Im really tired of things never being on the shelves, the rest room is disgusting, and half of the employees are thieves. I'd rather drive to angels camp, much better store.

Some prices are good depending on what product you purchase others dont seem right if your name is dollar general.but I've seen a lot worse

One of the only stores in Lockeford that stay open after 9. So you don't have to but your milk at the gas station. . 😁

This Dollar General needs to expand it's aisles. The aisles are way to small to begin with. So it only makes things worse when they put up to many aisle displays and have their back stock carts in the aisles.

Its decent but its no centro-mart, also they have like 8 check stands and literally ALWAYS have just 1 lane open regardless if there is 2 people in line or 50 people in line it is ridiculous to say the least.
