Great Place to take a break from the road!! Staff is really friendly, clean store, prices are great on a variety of items like, Gift Shop Items, Toys and Collectable Cars, Clothes and Accesories, plus Electronics!!! A whole lot of them reason why I always stop by. Also have a man cave near the restrooms, pool table, vending machines, arcade really nice setup. I Recommend it!!!!

Shout out to the man cleaning the showers on 1/20/2023. The truck stop overall was clean. Employees were friendly also. That's a big help to drivers.

BE CAREFUL THERE ARE IDIOTS WORKING HERE! I paid for parking, he came and started knocking on my truck at 11:30 at night. says you need to pay for parking, then checked it on your sheet and says oh, sorry, I made a mistake, you paid for it!

Love coming here they got showers and laundry w no coins ppl u betcha yup takes card now for about a yr now. I like all the food choices around fast food but choices kk. I really enjoy coming to TA versus loves because they decorate and they also have a hair dryer and there's always warm water and I feel like the pressure of water is not stronger here. They recently got this Amazon Locker which I'm not quite sure about but it looks very interesting.

They don't honor there own return policy. It is day 16 and i just wanted an exchange. I have the box , receipt and the item i boight. At first they said yes. But know supposedly there a power cord missing. I never got one. I used my phone charger on it. It wont power up. That why i wanted a different one. I not lime i asked for my money back. There no external damage. 25$ and it not usable.

All the lady workers are just plain nasty n rude every single one has there head up there u know what making 8 bucks n hour acting like they own they joint i hate those kinda people literally hand full of spots like that and this is one just plain nasty rude workers there man ewwwwww fire them all n restart

Bust place. Always clean. Friendly staff. The Burger King inside is a must stop. Nicest crew I have met. Apologized to me from a visit I had in Virginia years ago.

Didn't experience the shower here. Everything else is mostly great. Staff is wonderful. Food court is Burger King and Popeyes. No complaints about the food. Just ask for hot fries at burger King. Make sure your red beans and rice is hot and have some juice in it as they should. The store here has mostly items for being on the road. Clothing is for the season in stock.

AFTER 15+ YEARS OF THIS PLACE BEING IN BUSINESS, THEY CAN AT LEAST CHANGE THE DAMN TECHNOLOGY ON THE PUMPS- PUMPS ARE SUPER SUPER CLUMBSY- GOOD LUCK TRYING TO USE YOUR REWARDS. Just arrived for my weekend stay at the truck stop. Went inside to get something to eat at Burgerking, nothing new, been driving for 23 years stopping at many different truckstops around this country.Standing at the counter to order my food and one of the employees is standing at the fry area eating fries and drinking soda right out in front of everyone like it's no big deal. Two other truckers are standing there complaining how rude that is to be doing in front of us. The guy just smiles and walks to the back.7/7/23 1904 hours

One of my Favorite place while traveling. Their staff is always very nice. The restrooms are always clean. We feel safer stopping by there rather than a public rest area. Plus there is fast food restaurants available to the visitors. All you travel needs in one place. Family friendly and great prices.

The bathrooms were very clean, considering how much traffic goes through here. Lots of food options nearby, including an actual store if you are not wanting fast food. The hotel is tucked away but accessible. The clerks very also very friendly at the TA.

Great location right off the 99 freeway.They have great service and friendly staff.Good place for a quick bite.They also have nice and clean restrooms.They have good coffee and many flavored creamers to choose from.Parking is not the to bad either.Come and check it out for your self.

Ŕeasonably clean. The shop is ok. Took 2 hrs to change a set of batteries in the truck. They weren't busy at the time, just poorly staffed. This is a management issue, the employees were friendly and did their best. Then another 1/2 hr to do the paperwork. Typical today though.

Front desk staff in the accessories store were not helpful while some other staff went all the way out to demonstrate excellent customer service. Plenty of amenities and food choices within this location and around within walking distance. During my visit, the TA system was down for a long time, which didn't help in making my experience any better!

Easy in and out for my truck and horse trailer. The bathrooms were very clean and the employees at both the store and the two fast food departments were polite and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the lack of convenient parking for large rigs

The people were nice could of been a little cleaner but being a holiday who cares. Popeyes had trouble getting our simple order correct.dining area almost every table was dirty had to search for the cleanest one. To sit and eat or go back out to the truck and eat. We generally always do a paid spot there was plenty available when we arrived which was nice there are do many drivers that fail to actually pay for the spot.

It's a very good place.But I think the employees are kind of stressed. I don't see any happiness on their faces, and I would tell the drivers not to expect kind attention, or a welcome greeting. Ohh sorry I Forgot there is a sign outside that says "Welcome professional drivers, so they have no need to say welcome. On the other hand I served me a coffee and the coffee and the beans fell into my cup. 🤔

Store was clean and well lit, providing plenty of food options. Masks weren't really being enforced, which was a bit uncomfortable given that drivers could have been across the country and in here. There were a few small stations for sanitizer, and they did have some masks for sale inside.Food options were excellent, with many choices and you could easily tell the freshness of them. If you didn't like the case, there were a lot of fresh pre packaged options that could fit any budget or dietary restrictions.
