The Rite Aid pharmacist went above and beyond to help me with a savings card for a new diabetic med (in the commercials “if you can’t afford your medication BLAH can help”); from a woping $210 it dropped to to $25, just by going to makers website and filling out some info. The pharmacist also informed me on a needle recycling program, so thankful for her.

I could give a "0"! Pharmacist is super rude. Feels entitled. Mad because we called in an rx instead of e-scribe. Pt's current pharmacy did not take her new insurance and provider left for the day. So we had to call in the RX. SMH...Just plain rude!

We got our Covid vaccination there and I have to say that this pharmacy has a very competent and caring staff. The vaccination was nearly spot on with the appointet time schedule and the injection nearly not noticeable. The explanation of possible side effects was done in a matter of fact way and all in all I have to give a "Great Job" rating

Needs more hours for pharmacy , to be considered convenient! I love rite aid, but they aren't always open when I need them so I have to go elsewhere, which I like keeping things simple!

If I could give them a 0* I would. The pharmacy is suppose to close at 9pm on weekdays they had it all closed up in the front at 830-840 and then I went to the back drive thru the lady at the window told me to give her 5-10 mins she just got the prescription for my son. Waited in the parking lot. Literally 950 at the drive thru like the lady tells me and it’s all locked up no one even in pharmacy still. Even on the inside area. Terrible. No signs anywhere saying they close before the times listed on the hour signs. My son is server autistic I can’t not take him to stores.

Every single time I have gone to pick up a prescription it is not ready! I have always called it in several hours prior and confirmed the time it will be ready. It is SO BAD I am transferring my prescription else where... The convenience is NOT WORTH their terrible service/waiting.

When I was shopping I slipped on the wet floor and the one of the male workers with glasses and dark hair proceeded to laugh at me and then accused me of stealing when I knocked over a rack, I then had to pay for the items I knocked over. They should have had a caution sign in the first place.
