This complaint is against not the pharmacy itself but the store worker by the name of Marco I went in to buy a over the counter cream for my baby and although I did go in late 2 min before closing he was nice enough to still let me in which is greatly appreciated but when I went to pay for the item he snatch the cream from my hands with an attitude and his face reflected anger towards me. I understand it was late and he wanted to be out of there but I work as a customer rep and I have never treated my customers the way he treated me . Please make sure your staff understands what customer service is, I’ll consider bringing up this incident to the store manager

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy made a mistake on glucose lancets and tried to blame it on the doctor and than us. Front staff didn’t even tried to make it correct and said medication can’t be returned plus I will have to pay for new order because insurance might not cover second order. When I said its must been human error by pharmacy because on the slip everything was correct. Provider ordered glucose meter, strips and lancets together. Everything was correct except lancets. When I pointed out the correct lancets, staff got upset and said I don’t have to tell her what Is correct. She slammed the bottle on the counter and said I need the receipt “The long white one not the one you are holding that’s medication instructions”. I was like seriously is that how you talk to customer and it’s not even my fault. Staff called her supervisor and slammed medication on the counter again. This whole event was witnesses by other customers and I had my 5 year old niece with me. Staff didn’t care about little kid. While I was walking out of pharmacy, my niece said why she was so mean to us. I couldn’t resist and went back to talk to store manger. No actions were taken nor I received any call back. I am taking my business elsewhere and suggested everyone to stay away from this pharmacy.

I came here when I was in high school to get a plan b that was prescribed to me, and one of the ladies working at the pharmacy made me very uncomfortable. She looked at my jacket (I was wearing a sweater that had my school name) and she said, “High school huh?” while looking at the prescription, then back at me. I felt like I was being judged. I believe that if you are going to work in an industry where you are supposed to be helping people with their medications, being a person who is unprofessional and rude should not be a personality trait for the pharmacy worker.

Not happy at all! Went here for my COVID-19 testing which went well on the first day did a drive through testing and was told it would take 2-4 days sometimes 10. Now going on 16 days and still no results called and called and all they can say is someone will contact you. Family member of mine went to a CVS AFTER ME to get the COVID-19 testing done and got their results within 3 days! ........Sounds like they lost mine!

MARIZA in pharmacy is THE WORST person to ever help get your prescription. She was rude and a liar .waited for my inhaler for 4 hours go in there and she asked me to wait 10 more mins after I just called them before I left my house the second time and said it would be ready in 30 mins.

Wait time at the window was ridiculous. Just waiting for them to bring covid test out. My kids are sweating, we have no ac in the car and the lady is taking her time. Wish i had went somewhere else.

I was the last customer they were able to assist me.when I had gotten to the ER on Thursday 26th in Sacramento I sprained my meniscus and my left knee. They filled the prescription that I had a few days later and it's across street from the truck stop. And I will be utilizing them frequently and often. As necessary when I'm on the road.

I went in to cvs after running across the street from the truck stop to grab a few things after getting what I needed I seen some leftover christmas stuff on sale sign says 75% off thought good deal got a few things from there went to check out got told the items I grabbed from leftover christmas was excluded even though sign says 75% off christmas so I guess its 75%off what they want it to be. Manager condones theft from his own employer saying he could switch prices if he wanted and the customer is cooperative

The pharmacy is awful! Very rude and possibly racist after hearing the term "basura blanca". I was standing in line and they let 2 people cut me. After waiting 20 minutes i walked out and used the drive though. I rather drive all the way to Turlock than deal with this place.

Called in to ask for face masks to be held in my name but did not come in for a couple of days as I said I would instead of selling them, they held the one box in the managers office! WOW! Great job and excellent customer service and so appreciated!!

My little boy was having a bathroom emergency and these 'medical professionals' in the pharmacy were utterly indifferent given it's public closure. I find it devastating this is the direction society has taken.

I went for my Covid test, which I had scheduled for 12pm. I waited outside until 1:20pm for them to finally attend me just for them to tell me that their technician, which was just there, left for the day so my only choice was to reschedule.

El mejor costumer service!!! La señorita Porsha es una de las mejores cashiers ,siempre sonrie, atiende a mis necesidades. Para mi gusto es la mejor tienda del área ( Turlock, atwater y merced) she is the best... Hoy 11/20/15, aproximadamente a las 9:00 am, fui hacer mis compras y ella muy amable m atendió..y no sólo hoy..siempre q ella esta siempre me atiende muy bien...
