I have a husky and it only took an hour which was the quickest it has ever been. It didn’t seem she was even dried well or brushed much at all. I still got a lot of hair off of her when I got home and I spent $100. I’ve never had that experience before but felt Troy wasn’t very detailed or cared much.

I brought in two poodles for the first time for shampoo, cut and grooming. Told them what I would like on both and they did an awesome job. I was very happy and so were the pups. Already booked our next appointment.

Patty took the time to talk to us about Bitsy's haircut, made sure she knew what we wanted and did what we asked. She also is very loving toward Bitsy. She overheard us talking about getting our other dog's nails trimmed at Bitsty's next appointment and said we could just get it done when we picked Bitsy up. She was very accommodating.

My dog came out looking beautiful and smelled so fresh. She did exactly what I had asked for. I realize I should be bringing my dog in more often for just the grooming, not just when I want her to be trimmed. They are punctual and do a great job every time!!

The hair cut look choppy and it is obvious that whoever cut my dog's hair is unexperienced in cutting this type of hair. I was previously warned about using any department store grooming centers but because we live in the neighborhood I wanted to give it a shot.
