I’ve been to this store many times and I have always left with a good feeling. The customer service I experience here is outstanding. The store is kept clean and smells good. The staff is knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction when I’m looking for a certain product. In my trip to the store today, Linda and Gillian were extremely helpful. They were so helpful that I felt compelled to write this review. Both had knowledge in the products and spent time answering my questions while helping other customers on a busy Friday night. They honestly went above and beyond. I recommend this store to all. Because of the excellent service I have here every time I come, as well as tonight, I will choose this store over other pet stores when I need something for my furry friends.

Best pet supply store ever. The staff is also super helpful. Even won $250 once from a raffle a couple of years back, which paid for a good 5 months of supply for my dog. Bought pies for the wonderful staff in return, absolutely love shopping here

Just rescued a dog this morning and basically needed to buy everything to get started. I was in the store for almost an hour, picking out everything from food, toys, bed, treats, leash, etc. The two girls that were working this morning really took their time to help me make the best decisions for my new pup and guide me in the right directions. They were so patient with me and my baby and both were extremely informative, kind, and professional. I feel bad I didn’t catch their names. I’ve never had a bad experience here and go out of my way to come to this location. Thank you so much for your help, ladies! My dog is settling in nicely. :)

I buy my dog food here only. The service I've recieved over the last few years is incomparable to any other pet store. I love the customer service here. I've got a very finicky dog. I've finally found a diet he will eat after 3 years of trying to figure it out. So happy we finally figured out a diet for Ellis. Thanks to Pet Food Express for finally helping me figure out a diet for my sweetheart that works. Love you all!!!

Just went to this store and wow the staff is amazing! I’d give this place a million star if I could. There was two women that I spoke with I forgot the name of the other but *yaz* was one of them and their like a walking cyclopedia !! They really know their stuff! I’d suggest going here all the time, just I’m so amazed with how great yaz and the other lady are.

We love the self-service dog wash here. Plenty of room, and a well organized bathing area awaits the dirtiest dog! In addition, they're stocked with anything you need for your fur baby.

They always have the freeze dried foods I look for!I have a finicky Pomeranian, and this place has a lot of knowledge about different foods!I have tried a few, suggestions from them, and all of them were received well by my spoiled Pom!

Self Pet Wash for our 110 lb Bernese Mountain Dog. No reservations needed and they supplied the aprons, soap, blow dryer and towels. Very convenient and under $20. Very nice staff too!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this location!!!! It was so clean! I used the self service dog wash to wash my puppy. The staff was so friendly and helpful since it was our first time using the service. The baths were very clean and easy to use! I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area. The staff gave my pup so many treats the entire time and gave her so much love! I cannot thank them enough! Especially Ashley, who answered my numerous questions over the phone!

Incredible and knowledgeable staff. I went looking for some specific food for my cats urinary issue, I ended up getting so much more. Linda educated me on my cats condition and pointed me in the right direction for her care. Could not be more pleased with my visit here. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars!! 2 thumbs up!!

I'm giving them 3 stars because I like the vibe when I came in. The cashier greeted me well and asked me right away if I needed help. Though she handed me to a different staff to help me. I was looking for suggestions and the staff was not quite sure what to recommend. She offered me a bunch of things but that's not what I was looking for. Would still come back because it is convenient and close to us and have a lot of healthy options but hoping all the staff is more knowledgeable with their products.

Great local pet store! Their selection is really good, especially for such a small shopping space. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really seem to be newly to work there, which I think is great.Range of supplies is pretty small for little pets. I still like to come here for some of my chinchilla supplies, since they carry Aspen Shavings. Hopefully they'll expand someday!

Staff is always friendly here, lots of parking available. Sometimes they don't have enough stock for their buy 4 get 1 free deal but they've always sold me what they do have and still give 25% off. Would highly recommend for their service, pricing and selection.

Very helpful staff! They helped me find the best fit food for my older allergy-prone dog and the store also offers refunds on unused food. Haven't used the dog wash yet but definitely plan on it in the near future.

Great place to wash the dogs. 1st class do it yourself facilities. Also very knowledgeable staff to help with all those pet care issues that crop up from time to time. Excellent selection of pet food and great advice on what type is most likely suited to your own pet.
