Twice that I've been here, there is this one particular employee ( somewhat tall, young female with blondish long curly hair) does not greet customers. If I asked any questions, she answers with such a stink attitude (Stuck up like) she doesn't seem to know anything about pet supplies. It seems like she's miserable working there. Her negative attitude is enough to make me not want to come back.

Will choose this place over the box stores everytime! Well run feed store with great pricing/savings on dog and cat foods as well as well as toys ands treats. They also have a small selection of soils and seed for your garden. Ive seen baby chicks avaliable here as well. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Don't forget your frequency card!

I’m a regular at the Pleasant Hill location and have been calling different locations checking chick breeds as I like rare breeds to add to my flock of 15+. Dublin and PH have no problem answering my questions and putting me on hold to see what selection they have left.. can’t say the same about this location. Every time I’ve called I’ve spoken to a monotone man named Steve who has now told me on multiple occasions that he’s too busy to see what they have left for me, and refuses to provide adequate customer service. Like I’ve said it’s been MULTIPLE times I’ve tried to call, even asking for ANYONE else I can talk to rather than Steve. So thank you for your service Steve, your the reason I won’t be spending my money at this location. If your looking for great customer service go see Nate at Dublin or ANYONE in the PH location.

It's been a long while since I visited this place. It was under a different owner and the set up and supplies were a bit different. Expected of course. Anyway, it was clean, well stocked, and friendly. A fella working the counter has been there for years. Still as friendly as ever. While looking about, I saw some baby chick's for sale. This place has bird, dog, hay, farm supplies and etc.

Always a great selection whether for your pet dog/cat or larger, rancher-scale needs. Prices are competitive and it is good to support local businesses. They are always available to load my vehicle whether a bag of kibble, bales of hay,, or whatever else I need. It's also great to get their advice on products - I find that they are always truthful and genuinely try to help me get what's best for my pets. Have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

This place is amazing!!! I am a new dog owner and low on funds so I called Concord Feed Pet and livestock I was able to get my dog's shots the same food he loves for $10 cheaper! He likes Blue Wilderness Taste of the Wild! I was also able to get my dog wormed by buying some simple powder wormer and wet food, also a big shout out to Brian!!! He was the one who answered the phone, got what I wanted/needed and put it at the front counter with my name on it! He also explained to me and my husband over the phone which shots to buy and how many for our specific dogs weight and breed! I am proud to say that my puppy is almost 5 months now and we are just now scheduling our FIRST Veterinary appointment because of Brian at Concord feed pet & livestock I didn't have to go to the vet until his 6 months appointment!!!! Wow I have just saved literally thousands of dollars!!!!!!!!! my puppy hasn't seen the inside of a Veterinary Clinic and won't have to now until his 6 month appointment! Thank you Brian and everyone at Concord feed pet & livestock! You really saved our puppy and my wallet! Thank you again!

Specialty Pet Supplies store.The regular pet food such a Bird Feed, Cat food, Dog food are not competitive. Bird Feed I found was $30+ similar item at Walmart store I got for $23.The weight labels on the packages are either missing or hard to find.Horse feed or other Barn supplies are plenty. As I don't have Horse or Rabbit so difficult for me to comment on the price.Plenty of choices for Chicken feed though.Parking is very small and limited. Especially as they use parking lot to load the fodder.You need to climb the stairs to enter.Staff was courteous and friendly.Inside the store lightning can be improved, the isles in the back are poorly lit and are a little too dark.

This place used to be amazing but since they sold to Concord it’s been not so great. Trying to get chicks has been a mess and the last straw for us. Called five times, talked to multiple people, and showed up in person twice. Shipments delayed which is totally understandable and out of their control-but in all six of these interactions no one mentioned they were keeping a list of people interested in chicks. Chicks finally arrived and we called to confirm, showed up, and were asked if we were on the list? How was this never mentioned? They say we have to have gotten on the list yesterday...but we were physically there yesterday and no list was mentioned. Employees don’t seem to know what’s going on and the manager was extremely rude responding to questions. My family has used this store for over 20 years and it’s just sad seeing how management has gone down hill. Not to even mention the employees weren’t wearing masks in the back.

I've only been here once and it was a great experience. As I had been to Concord feed in Dublin and had been there a few times and it was excellent then I believed that Concord Feed in Livermore would be just as great---- and it was. I got the service and products that I wanted and needed. It is a well-stocked store. I recommend them.

We have used Livermore Farm and Feed for years. They have a great staff, and are happy to help find the best feed for your animals. On top of having fair prices, they are also willing to price match. It made it an easy choice for us.

Large store with a large variety of dry cat food with an excellent selection. Didn't have a chance to look through the whole store but my guess is that you will find pretty much everything you need for your little furry friends. Friendly and helpful staff

I was able to find paper egg boxes here when my daughter's Girl Scout troop needed them. It was fun to see and hear the baby chicks 😍 and they have all kinds of food and equipment for horses, chickens, probably lots of other farm animals - as well as a big selection of dog and cat supplies.

After the Dublin location didn't have what I needed. I jetted out to the Livermore locale and I don't think I was there 5 mins. Paid, loaded ( thanks fellas) in under 5 min. It was like a Nascar pitstop. Vroom! Vroom!

Concord Feed is the best place in Livermore for all your livestock and pet needs. We use them almost exclusively for our Boer Goat business, buying feed by the pallet. The staff here is top notch, very knowledgable and just plain friendly.

I've been coming here for many years for pet and feed supplies, and I have yet to find a better store. They have a great supply of food for all sorts of animals and a friendly staff who are always happy to help you load your vehicle.

A bit pricey on items sourced from outside but the local feed are priced very well. There are hey bales and feeds for larger farm animals. My first impression is very similar to Petco or PetExtreme but more of a local feel and snaller variety.

I've been a long time customer of Livermore feed for my chickens, peacocks and burros and have never seen a more helpful and friendly staff at any retail store. I actually enjoy shopping there.
