Long story short, my wallet got stolen there, the lady in the front was too busy to care and refused to check the cameras stating they don’t work, which let’s be honest I know they do. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and I’m pretty sure she’s the one that pocketed the wallet and that’s why she was being sketchy about checking the cameras.We love supporting small businesses but we will tell everyone we know to avoid this place.

The guys outside were nice and helpfull the lady at front desk i believe her name was Martha Very rude, unproffesional im sure i smelled alcohol from her breath. im not sure if she the owner if she is, shes diffenely loosing lots of clients with her attitude toward cusromers, overall bad Experience will not be back here!!!.

Its a smaller business. And keeps me away from Lowe, Home Depot, Usually,saving time and fuel makes Van Dam my choise for lots of hardware , tools n stuff. Feed too.

The quarts hill location has nothing on the little rock one, the front desk lady just plain rude Martha was her name i believe she outtoo be fired,went in for pvc pipes had to waite like 30min before she can even notice me. Im not sure if she was ignoring me or she just could see with them big ahh eyelashes she got on!. NEVER COMING BACK. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION.

I was trying to find pvc parts but some loud woman wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to complete a thought. Everything I needed was in stock but had to make two trips. A very tall gentleman helped me each time at checkout and he was pleasant.

Everyone says the lady behind the counter is rude. Actually she’s just being honest. Yes, stupid people need to be called out whether you are an employee or customer. Way to go. That makes me want to come back to shop again.

Helpful and friendly staff! Great selection of feeds and farm support- feeders, rakes, paints, fencing, seeds and a ton more. They have gravel and other stone in the back by the yard. The baby chicks are Interesting varieties and you can find different ones from the last time you came. Hay prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent.

Absolutely awesome. You can actually send UPS packages here! They just can't take code packages, but they can print your label.Other than that it's a literal houseware full of essentials for anything really. Very convenient.

I always shop here for my business but one day, I walked in and CSR ( Martha and Sergio) both were bad mouthing about one of the customer and cursing. Not sure if they were aware of that I’m there.Martha was very rude and treated me like I’m nothing. Put all the merchandise back on the self and left. Since then never went back to Van Dam and never will .Sorry Van Dam management take care of your customers.

Store has a good selection, feels nice to help a small business but like other reviewers pointed out, staff is rude or at least the lady in the front. Giving 4 stars cause this business doesnt deserve to be punished cause some rood lady who doesnt know how to treat ppl with dignity.

Crappy Customer Service! Figured I was in the area and would pick up a couple of bags of shavings for my animals. The woman at the register was pretty nice but when I pulled my truck around the back ,there was no one in sight to help load me up. I waited ten minutes and then went inside to tell the woman at the register there was no one outside. She told me there was and that they would help me. I went back to my truck and waited some more. Finally after waiting another ten minutes a gentlemen got out of his jeep that had been parked at the front of the store..... Walked over and loaded my truck up with the shaving. This took him a whole five minutes. The feed store was not busy when I arrived there that day either. I wouldn't recommend going to there Littlerock store as it will be a complete waste of your time😡I hope there other locations aren't ran the same way.

The hay is locally grown and I've been generally happy with the quality of the feed for over a year. The people here are really great. They have a small selection of other equine-related hardware and products and also a small hardware store. Van Dam Farms in Littlerock offers local delivery for a small price and the delivery drivers unload and stack your hay nicely. Dry products such as beet pulp pellets are also available.

We get great customer service at this location. It's our main stop for bales of #1 Alf and 3-way. They almost always have the feed and grains we need as well. They can get crowded on the weekends, so I usually go on the weekday mornings.

They got some stuff. "Meat chicks" I was told was the breed on hand... maybe cornish? Expensive, and ladies are not overly friendly.. but they are there to ring you up when they are actually open. It's our last resort for ranch needs
