Usually, I have very good experiences when I go to Dollar Tree. Today, wasn’t one, I went to buy balloons I asked if they had air for balloons the employee answered “no we have helium” didn’t find nothing wrong with that, I then opened the drawer to check if they had the specific balloon i was asking for and he told me “don’t be opening that it’s not for customers” and i said “oh sorry, i was just checking to see if you had the balloon i was wanting to make the job easier for the both of us” and he said “well don’t do that it’s for employees only” so then i gave him the code to 2 of the baloons I was wanting, then the 3rd one he refused to blow up for me because there was one at the top which I didn’t want because it looked like it had been there for a few days, I continued to look around but was upset by the treatment I asked for his manager and he giggled and said “I am the manager” I found this very rude of him, I felt harassed by his behavior toward me his name was Michael this happened on 9/19/22 at 9:54am

Depends on when you go how tidy the store is, this time wasn't as good as previous visits but they do try to keep everything orderly. They also are fairly good at getting you checked out quickly.Lots of new items related to the Christmas season & you can't beat the price. One thing I saw that would be great for power outages was a flashlight that runs on a re-chargeable battery that seemed to work well & you just press on it a few times to recharge it with your hand. Great item for a dollar.

My shopping experience here was quite unique and different in a good way. The employees are very helpful and we had such a good time wandering around the store looking at things to buy. Hard to believe everything is only a buck. There were some name brand products and I think it's best to finally find a discount store that has so much of everything. I was greeted upon entering the place with a smile and noticed right off the bat how clean and tidy the store looked. Trust me, I been in some doozys and this was not one of them. There was a gal that was stocking shelves who was so nice and really went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. Very approachable and friendly, also informative. The manager we had seen was asked to bring change up for the cashier as we stood in line. We didn't have to wait long and the Manager asked how our shopping experience was before telling us thank you and to have a nice day and we will definitely be back here to shop again. I told the Manager, I believe her name was Monica, that I think she will be seeing more and more of us soon. We fell in love with the store and the employees there and consider the Lindsay Doller Tree, the best and brightest.

This store is a mess! I felt like i was going to have an anxiety attack as soon as I walked in! Seriously management and everyone who works there should be replaced with people who take pride in their store! It's really sad to see a store look that trashed. I only needed a few things but I walked right out and waited til I got back to Porterville. Hopefully this review serves as a wake-up call for Dollar Tree and they clean up.

I live in Lindsay but travel to Visalia to shop at dollar tree. Lindsay store is so dirty and not organized what's so ever. Boxes of merchandised in the isle it's like a tornado hit the place. It's not just the xmas shopping it's like that all year round. Coperate office needs to see it first hand. Surprise visit😉. Till then I will keep traveling to Visalia branch

I always like going to the greeting card section to see their Heartline selection; at 2 for $1 that's a hard price to beat! I also like seeing what can be used as stationery when sending letters overseas.

The store has a new manager that is trying to get the store back in order. Now that the Christmas season is over it should start looking better little by little.
