I was at the Lincoln CA location today. One of the online order pullers was moving along isles pulling orders. He almost ran into me rounding a corner and said nothing. a few seconds later, I was coming out of the other end of an isle, the same guy almost ran into me with his cart again, and again said nothing.I walked to the front with the one item I was going to purchase, I mentioned the incident to a cashier up front and she knew in particular the employee I was referring to. She knew he was not very friendly as he has a reputation for being less than savory person. She seemed to know his reputation and stated he had been working for walmart for a very long time, he basically didn’t care if he was rude to people during his shift.One of the manager/supervisor’s was near his name is Randy. I tried explaining what happened and that the employee had almost ran into me twice. Randy then let me know that I need to cool it with my language when I was not using any foul language. Not one of the 7 dirty words on the list were used in our encounter. He had no interest in trying to help the situation. He just wanted to berate me so I put my purchase down and I left. I will never go back to the store again I’ve already called corporate and Randy/Captain America can now get along with the rest of his day, knowing he kept foul language out of his store!Absolutely useless……

I'm usually not a complaining type of person, but this Walmart in particular is so lacking in their teams moral and just overall friendly attitude that it's 100% noticable! Every single employee looks like they would prefer to be in hell as opposed to what they are actually doing! Makes me uncomfortable just walking inside. Good Lord!!

The laziest most disgusting group of employees I've ever seen. When the power went out the employees were cheering and telling everyone to leave as is protocol. I waited in my vehicle hoping power would be back on and was to to just go that they weren't going to reopen. Then the obese red painted hair person laughed and walked away. I'll shop at Raleys where they have decent employees

This was my first visit to this Walmart in Lincoln. The store and parking lot were clean and there were not carts all over the parking lot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Neighborhood Walmart!

Terrible, manager has a bad attitude and isn't interested in making his customers happy. When I pointed out that I was charged more than the posted sign said he acted like a child bringing back 2 small signs for pumpkins, there weren't any pumpkins in the area and that price was still different.He was very disrespectful and childish and still would not give me the lower price and when I went to take a picof the sign he had taken it down.

Yesterday I visited the Lincoln Walmart. In the self-checkout at 4:45 and 100 degrees outside. I was double charged for an item in the self check, but didn't realize it until after the transaction was complete.I talked to the clerk and he agreed. He told me he could do nothing about it because the manager wasnt available and customer service was closed. He suggested I come back at another time to get the refund or wait for the manager to return. I spoke to a second clerk and she said the same thing. I asked him to contact the manager to come take care of the situation and he told me he couldn't.I tried the number listed for the store and pharmacy and it just rang endlessly.I ended up waiting with perishable groceries until almost 5 before the manager showed up and was very rude when I explained the situation, gave no apology and made excuses to justify the closure.There were other customers who were waiting as well.This is awful customer service and a store should never have this happen. Someone should always be available, especially during busy hours.I have been coming to the store for many years and never had a problem like this.This person does not have proper management skills and should learn proper customer service and communication skills.

Has got to be the dirtiest parking lot in any Walmart I've seen in Northern California! I live close by and walk my dog every night they have got to be the only Walmart that never gathers their shopping carts before they close they are everywhere at the church across the street also at the rest home Memory Care Center behind the Walmart. By far the worst customer service and if you look the least bit dirty, it doesn't matter if you just got work. They think you're homeless and stealing from them and have you trespassed from their store. The manager Randy is very racist against white people.

Everything that we wanted was well stocked. However, we entered through the produce side. It smells horrible, almost like rotten produce or something, not fresh. I usually enter through the other side. Update:The produce entrance smells a little bit better. They got new registers at self check, so Chase cards no.longer have problems checking out.

I was injured today due to carelessness of a drive up employee. They did not stop to see if I was okay. They were so impatient to go around my mother and I (we are disabled) and because of that we had to stop suddenly and it aggravated my hip. I had immense pain from the incident.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of employees like Merle and Frank. They are wonderful and are always going above and beyond. Everyone else needs training in customer service. Especially drive up employees.

Workers try to ignore you. You ask for help it’s an inconvenience to them. I tried to buy vitamins from a case asking the manager to unlock it after waiting 30 minutes. The response from the manager was sorry we lost the key can’t open it.

The manager there works really hard to take care of everyone. He is usually up at the front asking people if they need any help and just being friendly and nice. I even saw him on his hands and knees cleaning up a spill, and he was still interacting with the customers. Makes me want to work there just due to the great atmosphere.

After checking in online I sat here for 20 min being skipped by everyone and they would just look at me including the manager instead of asking if I needed help since I was parked at a stall. Then they tell me I was marked as a ghost arrival .. what does that mean I arrived and checked in . It's always a hit and miss with the service here. No accountability

Was a good store until they cluttered up the aisles with the "puller" employees pulling items for taking to customer cars. Now they just block aisles and pull items that STORE shoppers are wanting to buy but the pullers have emptied the shelves.

I love Walmart and shop there pretty much exclusively. Unfortunately, the manager Randy does not manage the store very well, particularly the online grocery pickup. Almost every time I order they substitute items for something I order which I like. About once a month I order something that they do not substitute for and label as unavailable. However, I know that they have the item in stock in another quality or brand. One time, they didn't substitute for shredded cheese and I asked if they didn't have any in stock in a different size or brand (which of course they did). After arguing with them for a few minutes, they went and found some.Here's their policy: When an item is out of stock, we will offer you a similar item as a substitution. You can accept, decline, or return substitution offers. Here is what you can do to make sure we get you the items you need.Today I ordered 2 x 150 10" paper plates and they said they didn't have any in stock. Well of course they had some in stock and Randy confirmed that they did but wouldn't substitute. So we had to go into the store and get them. Terrible customer service. He literally went to the shelf and confirmed they had some in another brand at a cheaper price in stock.but would not substitute.

10/4 Produce floor was very dirty. I almost left. Employees stocking produce area were not greeting customers, including the asian mngr who never greets. Older lady cashier with blonde hair didn't greet while checking out early evening time. Employees need to apply proper customer service common sense. Tons of trash in the parking lot, gives a terrible impression.

I am. I really enjoy your store brand potato chip, however today you had none. ( Most of time you have limited flavors) The lack of consistency every time is frustrating. I will try a flavor and then never see it again!!!

Great store. Love the added self-check out lanes. Seems like the wait is less or not at all. Fruits & vegetables could have a better selection. Organics are just OK, wish there were more varieties & higher quality.Glad there are a selection of grass fed meats & uncured/nitrite/nitrate free meats too.

I gave it 3 stars only because the employee's who bring the groceries out are polite. But the parking lot is filthy with trash and could be washed down. My online order is constantly and consistently having items out of stock or not available after I place the order. I have walked into the store and bought the items I needed on the online order that were not received because of being "not available ".

I love the pick up option and service at this Lincoln CA location. The app is great. The ability to alert them when you're on your way AND check in when you arrive and indicate your parking spot makes it fast and easy to get your delivery.The staff is always helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job of keeping health and safety a priority during COVID.Carter helped me today and he was awesome! I wish the company allowed us to tip the associates who work pick up because I would have liked to leave him a tip. He told me they aren't allowed but said I could fill out the online survey to let the company know how he did. Give him a raise Walmart!

Selection is overall very good. The checkout lines have had a 10-15 minute wait recently. The self checkout lines are usually very fast. We try to only buy a few items so we aren't wasting too much time waiting to pay.

I periodically use their grocery pickup for dry goods and more non-perishable items. Their produce is often pretty small and goes bad very quickly, if not already past its prime when I get it. More than once I've gotten meat that still has a lot of time before expiration but is rotten upon opening. Its disappointing because their prices are great but we don't shop here that often because we end up going to other stores anyway for the meat and produce

I'm not a huge fan of the neighborhood market store format. It always seems like a gamble if they are going to have what I'm looking for and is mostly grocery. However it is a convenient location in downtown Lincoln and it has self checkout, but is NOT open 24 hours. The parking lot usually has a lot of debris and needs to be refurbished.
