Lots of different choices in every department. The store wasn't very well stocked, though. It was towards the end of the day, so maybe that's why. I'd definitely shop there again. You can definitely find something in your price point there.

My wife shops at the Ross in Lincoln quite often. When they say dress for less than a minute. There is a wide selection of clothing and home furnishings to look at. Shop here often as the inventory changes quite often.

Too long to wait, no good for quick shopping.I used to enjoy browsing Ross almost weekly, looking for clothes that suited my style and household items for better process than you find elsewhere.But now they've closed all their fitting rooms and have only TWO free-standing stalls for the whole store (serving both men and women).Their checkout lines have been long and slow for a while now, but this is the final straw. If I have to wait a long time for the fitting room AND for the checkout, it's no longer worth my time. I'll go somewhere that charges an extra few bucks but allows me to get in and out quickly.

Well organized! Very tidy with merchandise displayed beautifully. I got a warm good morning and welcome when I walked in the door. I needed something last minute and found it within 10 minutes.The dressing room clerk was quick to greet me and help me to a room.Restrooms we're surprisingly clean for being a public restroom. No bad smell, toilets sparkling, seats dry, floors mopped well and NO stench. Everyone know that smell public restrooms have and it does not apply here!Excellent overall experience!

I almost always find something unexpected when I shop at Ross with my wife, the inventory is constantly changing and sometimes the price is a lot lower than retail. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, rarely need to wait to purchase, and the store is clean and organized.

Filthy as normal. Very dangerous for 2 employees to handle.And my personal favorite no one speaks English. The overhead speaker did not speak EnglishI only visited to be rid of a gift certificate.Never will I set foot into another RossDepartment Store Anywhere in the USA.

Overall not bad as far as friendly staff, fair prices, and cleanliness. However the store has a very limited selection on boys clothes. And as always the shoe section can be a bit overwhelming as items in the shoe area are in disarray.

I love going to Ross, don’t get me wrong, but it seems like lately, for the past months, customer service has been really bad. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood and act like they are forced to be there. They do not even greet you when you walk to the counter, they just grab your stuff and start ringing you up, throw things in your bag and hurry you out the way. What happened to “hello” “how’s your day?” Simple little greetings with a smile?? I still go because it’s there when I need something quick, but Jesus!! I dread going to pay!

At Ross I purchase all tableware: tablecloths, matching napkins, and my favorite is décor placemats that I have for all seasons. I like the prices and the quality.

Great place for nice things at a HUGE discount. I especially appreciate the low prices on kids/babies stuff. I can spoil the great grandkids and not break the bank. 😁

Ross is like a crummy run down t.j Maxx. If I don't find what I want at t.j Maxx I will go there and they usually don't have it either but whatever, it's close and convenient and still fun. And occasionally I'm surprised to find something nice

Dissapointed with this location, a family member had a product brought here, they accidently purchased the wrong size, all they wanted was another size, same item with same price, I guess they had a sale when the item was purchased, today no longer have the sale, they expected them to pay 80 cents because it was no longer on sale. Ridiculous! A number of us in my family have worked retail before and are well aware of how things are done, like everyone else we also do shopping, the point is when we had a sell item the wrong size, stores do an even exchange, if it's returned you get back what you paid for it, but not pay back what you saved on the sell for an even exchange item. My concern is my family member has an accent when speaking English and was not treated well due to that fact, maybe even discriminated, for this I hope not, no wonder why more and more people are shopping less at Ross.

wish they had more of a selection of furniture. Have to go to roseville to home goods. Love Lincoln, so it would be nice to have a store that sells small furnishings at an affordable price.

I like this Ross quite a bit. It tends to be a lot cleaner and organized than other ones I've shopped in. Staff is also friendly.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Employees seem mad when you ask them for help and they even went up to my 3 year old daughter and screamed at her to stop running around without even addressing me first. Employees/managers need to be trained

Very little housewares on the shelves. Lots of empty shelves. Doesn't look like they are even attempting to restock. I've been in twice looking for a side table for front porch none in stock. Very disappointing!

We were in the return line waiting for our turn when the cashier call 2 people from the purchase line and my husband said the returning line person goes first before purchase line. Inna the cashier said no she don't have too. There was 2 purchase cashiers.Inna is working in the returning line. We had a line of 3 person waiting.
