Angel & Karina are fantastic at what they do! My dog is incredibly high maintenance and Angel is so thorough. The two of them are excellent at communicating and they always have a smile on their face.

I took my sweet girl Chloe in for a bath and I was extremely impressed by the staff. It’s extremely nerve racking to send your baby in and trust that they will be taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my YorkiePoo Chloe, her fur was nice a fluffy just how I like it! There was the cutest girl Karina who took care of her and Chloe just adored her as she was licking her all up and wagging her tail like crazy when I came to pick her up!! This definitely made me feel like she was well taken cared of!!Thank you Karina for taking care of my sweet girl!! Chloe looks forward to seeing you soon!!

My Goldendoodle went in for a bath with Karina and two days later, she has scabs and hair loss!!! Vaginal area Swollen!! They have NO IDEA what happened.PetsMart you better make this right!

I always find what I'm looking for here. My dogs are spoiled rotten, I'm always spending money on them. They always have a clean store with friendly sales people. They offer grooming and vet care. Also, they have dog training classes that are great. Also, a great selection of dog toys for your fur babies. 😁

UPDATE,, December 2022, I understand that the person that caused this action no longer works there, Benji is now going back there for his grooming!!! Been using PetSmart Grooming for over 8 years, about every 8 weeks steady. Booked a "Top Dog" grooming for our poodle mix Benji 3 weeks ago on line for 5/3/22 at 1PM. Living off grid in the mountains now I drove for 1 1/2 hours, 42 miles, (we were 20 miles away from the store), only to get a phone call 45 minutes before appointment saying they were canceling our appointment. Our dog had one mild seizure in December that they were aware of, it`s in their records, and he had been getting "Express" attention lately due to that. They refused to take him in due to the previous stroke. I inquired why they waited until 45 minutes before appointment to call me when I booked this 3 weeks ago, no responsible answer, she told me I booked on line. Needless to say I am not happy with them. Would have been nice if they would have reviewed my pets booking data when I did it to re-schedule for "Express" service until waiting 45 minutes before check in time and refusing to take him in. 80 mile round trip wasted and a $56 fuel cost.

I always price match my pet food to my jobs Hills Rx Diet account because it’s much cheaper and the PetSmart website guarantees price matching except for Amazon and eBay. I’ve never had any problems with this before but today Zach told me we cannot price match anything except PetSmarts own website. I informed him it does actually say on the website I can price match and I haven’t had any issues previously. He again said he can just make an exception for this one time but won’t be able to in the future. I offered to pull up the spot on the website that says I can for him, and he proceeded to watch me struggle with my dog and kid to pull out my phone and pull up the website. PetSmart should do a better job educating its employees on their policies.

The staff here is amazing. My dogs loves them and they do a great job bathing, brush and cutting his nails. He’s really bad with nail trims and they are super patient.

The groomers are always friendly and helpful. They love my schnauzer and I appreciate the care and attention they give her. I recommend anyone try them. They are following COVID-19 guidelines and only let one customer in at a time but there is a long bench to sit on if you can’t stand. Really impressed as always. Thanks for caring for my fur baby.

Very clean, well organized store. All workers were very friendly and helpful. Glad to see they were carrying more of the specialty foods for pets with food allergies, skin and digestive problems. Having Banfield Vets open on the weekend great. Dr. Jones is wonderful!

We go in every couple of weeks to get some minnows for our turtle, my husband says the customer service is always great in the aquatic section where the fish and turtles are. He said the woman back there was friendly, informative and knowledgeable, she also made some good recommendations for turtle treats. Thanks a bunch!

I feel the overall Hospital personal care has declined in the past few years.As a senior citizen, I would appreciate them not only telling me how to give the medications but have it written out on the paperwork given to me, as I don't always remember all the application, especially when several prescriptions are given. The front desk people seem busy with their personal conversations many times and when you ask a question, you feel as if you're imposing on them.

We bought a hair brush on line for our little dog. That part was excellent! The brush was even better than I hoped. It had two sides so she can enjoy being brushed. Picking it up was supposed to be simple, too but it wasn't. We called and were told they'd bring the brush out in a moment. We waited for some time then called again. The person bringing the brush out wasn't too surprised they hadn't come out before as the employee said it can be difficult to hear the intercom over other noises in the store.

Pet care, grooming, and supplies, all in one place, for me a 100% disabled Vet, 1 stop shop and all, with discounts, let me know if someone can beat that, oh and by the way the topper is staff is EXCELLENT, I've been going there with my Shepard a little over 5 yrs, they have different locations, every one we've gone too leave with a smile, just my humble opinion, good luck
